Sir, i come with a Broken Heart to lament the decay in ANAMBRA TOWN PLANNING, especially every week a building will fall and nobody pays attention as if the Agency is Lord of it's own.

Sir, we are still trying to come out from the Ochanja disaster and another 5 Story building collapsed at BASDEN Street Fegge Onuicha and Souls perished.

The problem is that we have Relevant Building Authority in the state (Town planning and physical planning board), even when we know that they monitized quality but there's a requisite standard for housing construction in the state, the law provide that no House will be taller than 3 story especially in ONUICHA because of the Topology of the City, but here they heaped another 2 stories above the law approved standard and no head is rolling at the requisite office and that is where the Government should take the blame as they should've let down the gauntlet on the AGENCY for neglect of duties. 

Chairman Physical planning board

Barr Chike Mmaduekwe has been the Chairman of the board for more than 8 years and he is not generating good result, what then is Physical planning plan for the state? even with 21 SUPER EXECUTIVE SECRETARIES in all LOCAL GOVERNMENT who has the supervisory mandate to inspect projects, Amend or remove, yet our buildings are falling like pack of cards and they seem immune. 

Only this year , we have seen many Buildings collapsing in the state, and you have ordered for demolition of substandard ,and we have Physical planning that are not physical and or planning, then the Government should do the needful.

Either it's scrapped or investigate how they carried out Jobs out there and check why old hands in the Agency were moved out and new inexperienced neophytes replaced them, and buildings started collapsing with vengeance.

Despite the fact that i disagree with the  Style of Gov SOLUDO Governance style, yet i will say he has done some innovative moves .

Gov Charles SOLUDO enthroned many Perm Secretaries, even out of state citizens that merited it , but Top of it all is his giving CHIEF MARTIN AGBILI, Known as Agility who is the Fire chief of the state , who has made so much sacrifice toward making Anambara FIRE CONTROLLED state, who has being crying for better days for his Men on service, He has won so many awards in Nigeria, Africa as best Fire Chief and all on Merit,as he is always responding to distress calls.

Martin is to Fire service what Konti Komplete is to Traffic management. 

Today, he is the first Fire CHIEF in Anambra to become a Permanent secretary,if not in Nigeria, i will say this is innovative and encouraging to civil service and SERVICES in general. 

Congrats to the New Permanent Secretaries and Especially to Fire Numero uno for making another First.

The Nation expect Ndigbo to join the Remonstration and Demonstration that are Rag Tag like , what is worth doing, is Worth doing well.
