Sir,the Nation have seen your effort to deliver a transparent 2023 seamless election ,but feelers off the street is showing a well Packaged Clandestine operation to thwart same in other words to belittle your efforts.

Sir , some of the players have plotted this game long enough ,while you gave them open hands of unity they planted people in places where they will sabotage your effort and they are openly having ERECTION competition with you just to show they have you  where they want you.

They have gotten ROYALIST from Nooks and sundry which they planted way before now, and they are making this a payback time for being placed in place ,just like Mafians will place what they call a Sleeper agent in places awaiting time of coordinated reprisal.

INEC is un-Independent Unit of somebody which have been placed to sabotage your good and promising free election.

Let me use only B-VAS which all the Nation think will be used for the election to make it Hopeful and acute seamless ,but the tutorials from INEC to field operatives, B-VAS was defined as Instrument for only accreditation and transmitting of manual results.

After accreditation ,MANUAL voting shall be used.

 B-VAS recording after entering into result sheet,  it means they will over rig the election as usual.

They have plan B to over stuff some places where they don't have the capacity to win or do well,so the place can be judged OVER VOTING and stand Canceled,just like they did in EKITI GUBER election as it manifested in Court ruling.

INEC concluded that the will use B-VAS for accreditation only,then use MANUAL Voting and ramp us in a rigging fiesta, even while using Manual papers some INEC officials usually counsel older generation who voted against whosoever paid them ,they advise the illiterate to Fold the voting paper before inserting into Box ,so the fresh ink will spread and smear other party Voting provision and it will be called Void vote.

Sir, NIGERIAN BAR ASSOCIATION (NBA)always have their election transmitted live on TV MONITOR,they use B-VAS style of setting and deliver a perfect election that can never be rigged or tampered.

 Everybody can monitor NBA ELECTION and see transparency,they have done it many times and as INEC is not competent or have the capacity to adhere to the Might of the president,I think it is proper if you delegate NBA election conductors to take over control of the election,that will teach INEC that you are the President and still in charge.

They can send the Software providers of NBA to take over that of INEC IT and the B-VAS gaffe can be rectified.

In KADUNA LOCAL GOVERNMENT Last ELECTION,they Used B-VAS and it delivered perfectly,that can be duplicated as well on National level.

Even Banks transaction are delivered immediately,not after withdrawal then Bank will manually deliver your Balance after days ,the soft ware can still do same on B-VAS Machine.

 COURT Sacking VICTOR UMEH,My Angle by Mazi Odera POg JP.

After a 3 hours Judgment gave in OKA the CAPITAL city of Anambra this afternoon, and do not ever forget that the state is the home base of APGA Political Party where Senator Victor Umeh reign SUPREME for 13 good years before porting to Labour Party after Dozie Nwankwo(his Protegee) defeated him in a Primaries in APGA.

The First Senate Sir VICTOR UMEH  went to was as a gift of the Party Primaries and He was deflated by IYOM Uche Ekwunife who was then serving as the CHAIRMAN Downstream petroleum (First for a South Eastern Senator) on the proper Ballot , but the winning was reverted by the Powers of the state at APPEAL court,though Uche Later defeated him again when the election was decided at the second term through electorate,the second defeat was mean that the APPEAL court can't do otherwise but allowing Uche to serve her tenure but never as the Chairman of Downstream which would've benefited South East a great lot.

 Today Federal High Court 1 in OKA  presided by Justice H. A.  Nganjiwa  disqualified Senator Victor Umeh with active Prejudice from contesting on the  Feb 25,2023 Senatorial election for Anambra Central.

Senator Victor Umeh was knocked off as APGA CANDIDATE in the First ever Primaries he held by Honorable Dozie Nwankwo ,he contested against UZUEGBUNAM OKAGBUE who was the Chief Protocol and Engine room for GOV OBIANO.

It was ironic that same SENATOR UMEH Yanked the LABOUR TICKET for Anambra Central from same Uzuegbunam who was begged to fly Labour ticket in Central for LABOUR as a Party, but a dying minute old political denominational gimmicks removed same Uzuegbunam from the Flag and hoisted Sir Senator Victor Umeh as the Candidate which the Young UZU has being crying blue MURDER.

The APPEAL COURT declared that SENATOR UMEH did not resign his membership with APGA before taking the LABOUR ticket which is against the new Political Laws signed by the President.

The Form submitted as at the time he grabbed Labour ticket wasn't signed as sighted by APGA and it is constitutionally wrong.

This Court pronouncement mean that LABOUR Party will not have Candidate in Anambra Central Senatorial , leaving the election between Incumbent Senator Uche Ekwunife for PDP and upgraded member of the House of Representatives Hon Dozie Nwankwo who bested Umeh in APGA.

The worries is who facilitated the removal of Senator Victor Umeh from this Race ?.

APGA HUNCHO is not in Love with UMEH going out of the Party because he lost the Primaries as he always fault those who left the party at any provocation, and UZUEGBUNAM who  UMEH out Foxed and left a bitter man ,also Uzu has a friendship reel with the Judge and may have taking his pound of flesh at a time Labour can't amend whatever mistakes they may have made by asking him out and belittling him at same Hand.

Either APGA out played Umeh or UZU played a capitulative game to deal with the Party and Victor Umeh ,but in brief it is obvious that LABOUR may not have a candidate at Central in this February 25th Election.

Talc

Over 40 million tonnes deposits of talc have been identified in Niger, Osun, Kogi, Ogun and Kaduna states. The Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC)’s 3,000 tonnes per annum catalytic plant is the only talc plant in the country. The talc industry represents one of the most versatile sectors of the industrial minerals of the world. The exploitation of the vast deposits would therefore satisfy local demand and that for export.

Gypsum

Gypsum is an important input for the production of cement. It is also used for the production of Plaster of Paris (P.O.P) and classroom chalks. A strategy for large-scale mining of gypsum used in the cement industries is urgently required to sustain the existing plants and meet the future expansion. Currently, cement production is put at 8 million tonnes per annum while the national requirement is 9.6 million tonnes. About one billion tonnes of gypsum deposits are spread over many states in Nigeria.

Iron Ore

There are over 3 billion metric tonnes of iron ore in deposits found in Kogi, Enugu and Niger States as well as the Federal Capital Territory. Iron Ore is being mined at Itakpe in Kogi State and is already being beneficiated, up to 67 per cent of iron. The Aladja and Ajaokuta Steel complexes are ready for consumers of billets and other iron products for down-stream industries.

Lead/Zinc

An estimated 10 million tonnes of lead/zinc veins are spread over eight states of Nigeria. Proven reserves in three prospects in the east-central area are 5 million tonnes. Joint venture partners are encouraged to develop and exploit the various lead/zinc deposits all over the country.

Bentonite and Baryte

These are the main constituents of the mud used in the drilling of all types of oil wells. The Nigerian baryte has specific gravity of about 4.3. Over 7.5 million tonnes of baryte have been identified in Taraba and Bauchi States. Large bentonite reserves of 700 million tonnes are available in many states of the federation ready for massive development and exploitation.

Gold

There are proven reserves of both alluvial and primary gold in the schist belt of Nigeria located in the south-western part of the country. The deposits are mainly alluvial and are currently being exploited on a small scale. Private investors are invited to stake concessions on these primary deposits.

Bitumen

The occurrence of bitumen deposits in Nigeria is indicated at about 42 billion tonnes; almost twice the amount of existing reserves of crude petroleum. Analytical results suggest that this potential resource can be used directly as an asphalt binder. Most bitumen used for road construction in Nigeria is currently imported.

Coal

Nigerian coal is one of the most bituminous in the world owing to its low sulphur and ash content and therefore the most environment-friendly. There are nearly 3billion tonnes of indicated reserves in 17 identified coal fields and over 600 million tonnes of proven reserves.

Rock Salt 

The national annual demand for table salt, caustic soda, chlorine, sodium bicarbonate, sodium hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide exceeds one million tonnes. A colossal amount of money is expended annually to import these chemicals by chemical and processing companies including tanneries and those in food and beverages, paper and pulp, bottling and oil sector. There are salt springs at Awe (Plateau State), Abakaliki and Uburu (Ebonyi State), while rock salt is available in Benue State. A total reserve of 1.5 million tonnes has been indicated, and further investigations are now being carried out by Government.

Gemstones

Gemstones mining has boomed in various parts of Plateau, Kaduna and Bauchi states for years. Some of these gemstones include sapphire, ruby, aquamarine, emerald, tourmaline, topaz, garnet, amethyst; zircon, and flourspar which are among the world’s best. Good prospects exist in this area for viable investments.

Kaolin

An estimated reserve of 3 billion tonnes of good kaolinitic clay has been identified in many localities in Nigeria. Lift from page 4 and 5 of Local Sourcing of Raw Materials.

I can't count the variety of vast deposits including Gold inside SAMBISA FOREST which is conscripted by the Powers that be and shrouded same with Militants as if the place is War Torn.

Crude oil is no longer on discuss.

What we need in Nigeria is leadership devoid of religious sentiments,devoid of Ethnical jingoism.

Let's choose someone who is a leader,who has managed wealth.

Let's not vote for LABOUR,PDP ,NNPP, APC ...let's Vote for Characters we can vouch for ,let's Vote for Tested in character,let's Vote for one who will work for the progress and for progression.

After I read your press Statement about the removal of Labour Party bill Boards,I FROZE but let's concentrate on the removals of the ones in OKA ,I felt the Government wants to trash you as well with events if you let them, but I won't allow such as long as you are member of the SOCIAL MEDIA family,we should get our backs same way the Politician Fraternize even when we fought to impress them and bear the blunt of their mistakes.

Let me state to you some of the events leading to the removal of LABOUR PARTY BILL BOARDS.

In an APGA meeting convened by the Governor on December 2022 ,he told those present that they will remove all Bill boards of PETER OBI and Victor Umeh in Anambara state,which somebody reminded him that they paid for the adverts ,which he replied "We should Refund them the Money ,this is APGA state". Assuming other Parties remove APGA memos ,won't it make APGA Nwa okpuru ?

Does it mean APGA love to be a Party State never to enlarge ? Even at that ,same Peter and Umeh made that party to be what she is ,ask around,you can't mention APGA without giving them kudos.

Meaning he can't tolerate any other party ,right ?..Guess who imported ATIKU and Hosted him with all his chest ,while he despised his own brother with all his might ?.

VICTOR Umeh paid for the posters and campaign articles as demanded by the Government and he was issued a receipt for that.

Point to Note ...that Cross over Bridge was contracted to a company that pays the Government and allocate it to those who want to use same ,so it is not in the hand of the Government any longer.

The Government is not in the business of telling sellers who they should sale to ,unless before the contract is perfected.

What the Governor said to APGA before he pulled LABOUR advert down was " it is placed in a  strategic position and ANAMBRA is APGA state,so those adverts must be pulled down and giving to APGA".

He mentioned places like  TEMP SITE advert ,NNOBI junction heading to NNEWI that is also strategic as those to be pulled down without minding the enmity it will generate.

I can tell you that the Governor aided the Removal and he is targeting more Boards , but he should know that the repercussion will be huge on APGA Candidates ,they will find it difficult prosecuting this election ,and if they fell because the Governor wanted them to fail,I can tell you that they will take it out on his re-election and with lots of venom as it is now with OLD horses of APGA who he discarded and trashed, especially those that fought to crown him Governor..

 On the matter where you said "SOLUDO even allowed OBI to use Government house to see Ndi igwe".

May be Because you are not a son of the Soil,in Anambara, those born with ANAMBRA blood do not play POLITICS of do or die .

Obi is an EX GOVERNOR and he erected the Government house after the Mafians of the state burnt it ,he re built it and build all the Halls in that premises to the later.

He built the Government house you are currently Using including where the Governor is residing,I mean Governors lodge .

That Hall is for Ndi Igwe Anambra ,unless the Governor said that Ndi Igwe Anambra are not eligible to meet or he must vet who they will meet .

If that is not so,if they had the liberty of meeting ,had the privilege to invite who they want ,have the capacity to take important decisions without asking the Governor for his blessings,then you should know that Ndi Igwe meeting with Peter shouldn't be a context, questioning such meeting is affront to Ndi Igwe Anambara state.

 *GOVERNOR SOLUDO DID NOT ORDER REMOVAL OF ANY POLITICAL CANDIDATE'S BILLBOARDS IN ANAMBRA STATE*

The attention of the government of Anambra State has been drawn to several misleading reports insinuating that Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has ordered the removal of billboards belonging to the Labour Party in Anambra State.

For the purposes of clarification and to prevent further deliberate sponsored write-ups to mislead the general public, we therefore wish to state as  follows:

1) In August 2022 Anambra Signage and Advertisement Agency, ANSAA sent out letters to all the political parties in Anambra State to obtain political campaign permits as provided by law which would enable them enjoy campaigns around the state and access to rent available government outdoor media assets and public spaces. 

2) Also in October 2022, the Agency again sent out another letter to the candidates reminding them of the need to obtain the permit. Before commencing enforcement in November 2022, ANSAA ran a one-week sensitisation paid adverts in the media for further general reminder to all political parties and their candidates. Many of the political parties and candidates responded including the APGA candidates.

3) Sadly, no payment was made by the Labour party candidates both at the National and State House of Assembly levels. Several phone calls and entreaties were made to them through their media managers by ANSAA.  These appeals and entreaties were brazenly ignored. They have had several campaigns in the state without permits and have their campaign materials everywhere without permits.

4) It is only fair that all politicians and political parties should be treated equally. The Labour Party cannot choose to be lawless in a society governed by laws and regulations, whereas other parties and candidates comply with directives of the signage agency, except Labour Party, which believe it is ENTITLED to a different set of rules. Is lawlessness and operating with different rules for LP and another for others what Labour Party stand for? 

5) Governor Soludo and Anambra state under him have been commended as the most tolerant state during this campaign period. Soludo has even allowed Peter Obi to use government facilities for his campaign without paying any fees. 

6) In Anambra, law and order is our first agenda. If Peter Obi and Labour Party cannot play by the rules during campaign, we wonder how they can govern lawfully?

Governor Soludo has nothing to do with the billboards. The Signage Agency is the lawful authority to regulate billboards and also apply sanctions.

 FACT FACING MISSION TO ANAMBARA STATE by Mazi Odera POg JP.

I don't rate Politicians without on ground verification myself because they say what they want you to hear and do what they don't want you to know ,hoping that the Media aides who they micromanage the future will defend them with sweet words and stout defense that makes you to think na Ndi Media reason through the orifice.

After imposing Professor Charles TAXMAN SEBEIFE on us by AKPOFUE Dike Ndi Aguleri ,though I was crying all the while na Aru ga eme ,but as always,my cries doesn't sink in because many think that Mazi Odera is too harsh on our Politicians ,some said I step on powerful toes which I love to do with finesse if they refused to pull the leg off the walk way,I simply will stump on it with Spike Shoes as Last Born and if the person show Muscle he then meet God to explain why he hate his Last Born .

Since his swear inn which have succeeded in showing his inconsistency especially in making pronouncement he won't carry out ,like he said he will start with swear inn that will cost nothing which ended up costing more than Akpokues wild party.

He said he will head straight to Okpoko  ONUICHA owing to the Slum nature, which he forgot the route weeks after or he avoided same like plague.

He said he will weed Agbero out of the system which he planned to do by changing the module from instability bunch, to Government decorated TOUTS with utmost gusto and he empowered AGBERO more than the SA . They have more powers than even Commissioners.

The most irritating mantra in the state is "SOLUTION IS HERE",this is a provocative statement Because our STATE doesn't have any flaw that needs Solution.

After all he said and I quote "It is not BROKEN,no need Fixing it" and on that PREMISE I STAND.

What I don't understand is why the Governor removed the Billboard of AGULU LAKE HOTEL which is said to be handed down to GOLDEN TULIP for effective management and maintainace by AKPOFUE Dike and Lord TAXMAN over as the Chairman of the Board,which may have tampered with effective management from Tulip group, Erie the Hotel ka ife one anataro Army.

Now he replaced the Bill Board with SOLUTION IS HERE or it has changed name from GOLDEN TULIP to SOLUTION IS HERE ?.

Places like UKPO,UTU,LILU,OSUMOGHU,ISEKKE became a place of refuge to the ills and the Government is not keen on retaking or reclaiming the Land....VERY SOON those areas may elect a GOVERNOR or SOLE ADMINISTRATOR over the Abandoned Zone.

ONUICHA is a gateway to Alaigbo if you do not stop there for anything.

If you step down for anything including buying things or easing self near Upper Iweka  ,the newly recruited and fortified Government Reflective jacket wearing Hoodlums will Either eat you as Suya and your remnant will be at the mercy of the Street fearless urchins that came back when they observed the caveat extended to them by the incumbent,now they act like UGM with Government muscles.

Well , the truth is that we are insecurred by all manner used to gauged it and things are not getting or planning to get better.

He plastered the Road from NNOBI to ISUOFIA,he plastered the bad areas ,I didn't say Tarred.

ATMA headed by Komplete Man is one of the old Brigade doing things to create a better pathway in a state of Chukwu nye Aka like our own ,they have worked hard to enthrone sanity ,though they nabbed my Vehicle at ONUICHA for something silly.

I paid with ease but will take it out on the Boss at ERIMEDE Nnachi with Utali I will come with from Oka di na ETITI,but that's by the way.

You can now drive round the state without much hold up, even though scarcity of returnees contributed immensely.

Walking or driving round the state is a mirage ,because everyone fears the unelected umpires who drive around with impunity and relaxed minds,  without fears of any kind as the Governor is not bothered with the security challenges.

The Governor tried in OKA the State Capital as he commissioned to Draw the Picture of him and Zik at Amawbia Bridge as Ndi One NIGERIA,little wonder he hates Igbo emancipation with perfect hatred which he is showing on the mighty glaring chances we had on PETER being the Best the nation can spew, and also the Next President as ordained by the gods .

He made provision to draw Akpokue with Pencil and smaller on same bridge be built ,to show he can belittle him .

Then provision to Draw Peter Obi as one he wish to fail election, then draw himself and ATIKU with the largest paint. Don't forget that all is on the OKWABE IKWUBE built by AKPOFUE Dike which can be summarized as painted sepulchre.

Point to note.. SEBEIFE have never visited Peter Rally just as brother and Close friend mgbenwa ,same Man that Hosted ATIKU and write off PDP expense on that trip .

Still in OKA he allowed a distance painting of IKEMBA at Aroma area ,just to pontificate na na obego Agu mbo, but we know a Fart and a crash from Tray Pan.

So when PROF SEBEIFE turned the Maximum Taxation on the state and he cling to Zik style of GOVERNANCE which in Igbo parlance can be called "Oji Nwanne ya agho",then I know that he may have entered into a pact with our oppressors,while wondering such and terms of the pact ,after all his GOVERNANCE were dashed to him by AKPOFUE Dike., so I dug deeper ... Lo and Behold he had this Hallucination that ATIKU will give him Power or kwanu chupu Okowa and elect him at second Term as VP ,a mirage that can only be nursed by somebody who love Utopian than realities.

So the TAXES may be to show a submissive attitude that he can deal with his own people with Afo ita mmiri ,but I may he wrong and stand to be corrected.

Bringing me choice of leadership in 2023 ,we have tried APGA which we called our own ,for two consecutive times running into 3 tenures ,she gave us more punishment than even APC.

So if you find a good Candidate in PDP,APC,ADC,NPP tunyeru the person, forget nkea bu nke Ndi Ugwu na obu nke anyi ,such bad belly politics have done more Harm than good .
