SOS TO PRESIDENT BUHARI from MOWNSE.

Greetings Mr President, I come to you as a Son in Distress, a Son whose life and rest of comrades are currently a Mirage and a Son who is speaking the minds of his sick and weak siblings.

Sir, the current Condition of the Nation  is more severe than when there was Austerity measure in mid 80s , even in places where it is official FAMINE situation of things are not this mean and brutal.

Right now, the price Hikes are no longer just abnormal as the astronomical nature of daily essential are giving every parent a dangerous Blood pressure.

Sir, I went out today to buy Bread for the family, a bread that was sold at 400 Naira at the beginning of this year suddenly it seems to be using skipping rope like every other thing in Nigeria that Jumps through the hoop, it is now sold at 1,100 Naira and the size is shorter, the taste reduced and everything has been tampered with as if it is just a mold of Flour.

Price of painter of Beans which was at 800 is hovering at 2,000 and above and without hope of stagnancy.

Provisions prices seems to have quadrupled, even Pure Water prices jumped from 60 Naira to 250 Naira, we know that Pure water replaced WATER CORPORATION provision which was the family sources of water in the past but for now Children born around 80s can only read about the exploit of WATER CORPORATION on Books as they can't even find any abandoned Government Water Taps that may raise questions of curiosity , not as if Nigeria have a narrative that will give our children's the history or call it the checkered history of this Nation.

It is painful because we still have a functional WATER CORPORATION, what they do is what I can't tell, unless somebody educates me.

Even as we speak our tertiary students don't know our current affairs, so let's perish the thought of them knowing our past history and we don't find it repulsive, as even our Education Minister don't even worry because it doesn't matter not even to members of our ineptitude legislation, if we had a robust legislation, they would have summoned and terminated the works of MINISTER OF LABOUR and that of  EDUCATION that allowed the strike of our Students to last over a Month, but in Nigeria our kids who are supposed to be our future have been out of school for about a year, not because they didn't pay school fees or they have committed one of the abnormalities that happens around Youths especially tertiary ones, but they are out of school for the fact that Government are owning lecturers , not as if Lecturers requested for an increment because of the astronomical nature of things in Nigeria, they weren't asking to be fairly treated, they simply were asking for payment of the unjust and under payment that was negotiated for them but never paid.

But because none of our leaders Child is schooling in Nigeria or have the inclination to school here, none of them worries about it.

I know that no serving minister or Perm Sec or managers of Government parastatals have thier Children in any Nigerian school, so there is no urge or commitment to do the right thing, what bothers them is how to give our patrimony a proper raping, so they can buy more houses overseas just like one who lay his house on waste, so that he can rent a house inside that of his executor and will think he is doing well.

Instead to cut off the allowances of our Legislooters and convert same to payment of  ASUU, so they can go back and start teaching out wards.

We know that even one session of Legislators allowance will pay 10 Years of ASUU backlog, but that is of no interest to them because none of them have a Child in our abysmal schools.

Moving on to our theatrics of the absurd..

I wonder how our Universities will cope with  new entrants especially those who gained admission before the strike, then those who gained through JAMB after or while the strike is striking and those after that, will they all be called New intake or year one or move some to year two and move year two to year three and move year three to Final Year?.. I just wonder how they will solve the quandary and if you ask me it is just a great Mess.

My President the current price of Fuel is now scary  not because it is out of control but because prices of even foodstuff are measured with that of transportation and transports are determined by prices the commuters bought fuel.

Parents are worried because everything in Nigeria increased so much but never SALARIES, we now work in health centers where we can't afford to fall sick inside.

We serve at restaurants where we can't afford to eat within.

We teach in schools our kids can't be admitted into.

All of this happens because our leaders has no stake in Nigeria as a nation or in our lives.

Sir, if you ask me, I will suggest you force every child of a serving Government staff to be brought home to Nigeria where the parents earn a living , including the children of serving Governors, Legislators, so we all we have the commitment to threat the curses of this nation as national crises and not our crisis and they are the consultants that get paid in whatever condition they left the job.

If they think it is impossible to return thier Children, then make it possible for them to move down and stay with thier family and let those who have stake to take over and start rebuilding this decadence we call a NATION.
