Why OLISA METU is guilty as Charged by Mkpisi Ndi Egede.

Since yesterday, I have read many lamentations on how the justice from Justice Abang was wrong  and insensitive, so I sat down and try the case from Informed position and I can tell you here and now thaf OLISA METU is Guilty as charged. 

Come with me, let me present my argument and you take me to cleaners if I err.. 

OLISA was convicted not because Dasuki gave him the fund approved by the President for a Job he is accountable to the Presidency alone. 

Or that Dasuki has been found Guilty of having or distributing the said Fund.. 

Not because he is good with his work as PDP PUB SEC as against the Mistake APC has in same position. 

Not because he gave APC trashing when they took powers and were urinating with prostate affliction.

OLISA was guilty because he is Onye igbo , as if that is not enough, he join the worst part as he is from same state with General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, and as that has beclouded Judgement of any Retired Soldier from the other divide, the same METU came from a Town that developed self without Government intervention his Town has factories littered every where and provoking the anger of those who can't have the vision or who can't even manage a Factory even is FORD MOTORS left the company for them to carry on.

What again does he want to make him guilty?

As we know Law in Nigeria wear Goggle when issue affects a particular Tribe is on discuss, it will be a monster. 

It will become a non issue when it affects another.

Having finished my light breakfast of 6 Kg of FUFU drown with Ofe Nsala mixed with Onugbu and a little Ogbono with assorted Meat, I was ready to read the minutes of the last meeting and that takes me down to the Students Stabbing at ANSU, Uli CAMPUS..

Which has been trending but with only a side of the narrative, which makes me to wonder why!! 

The Boy with Meat Cleaver and stabbing adrenaline is Emmanuel Philip Chijindu.. 

The unfortunate girl that got stabbed is from Nnewi. 

I discovered lots of intrigues, but my worries seems to be that some NDI ANI ADIGHI NMA wants a devilish status quo to remain visible and relevant with Hope that they will have another chance to continue ikposa afia na isi the Students, but anyi ga afu isi ya. 

As much as the VC is not on our Christmas Invitation card or on our list of friends, but we don't pick and choose whose side to take in Era of events afflicting our state,we try as much as we can to present unbias angle to our reports.. 

I read a version of it as posted in the Whatsapp group, same version sent to me with appeal to publish, which I did, but as courtesy demand, one has to chase loose ends of any story to balance it, so I started putting my Flat Nose on the ground and while doing that, I discovered that certain things are not right.. 

I checked with many students at ULI CAMPUS and none of them knew about the story or have first hand information, what they knew is the version read from ANSU GIST (CAMPUS  online MAGAZINE) but the version was same as shared on every other whatsapp, written by the Girl or one with her interest or with extreme soft spot for her.. 

So I contacted the VC office and discovered that some of the things did not add up, we must learn to be factual, so we an help to  hold our leaders responsible and keep Anambara shinning... 

Remember the VC, DR NWAKOBI who we had unfinished fight with when we reported about the School Proposed  increment, which they denied with every muscle they can get, so we promised to investigate to nail them, but so far, they still keep thier noses clean, but our eyes are still watching them like a Hawk na ede Nwa OKUKO. 

For the record we are not in the Business of Witch hunting , we are presenting facts,  truth undiluted , while people read and believe or disbelieve we move on to Abakiliki street for a Cold Bottle.

"Then the VC instructed the anti cult squad in my school to come and call me. When I was called out from the laboratory where I was carrying out some of the practicals that we were taught, they informed me that the VC wanted to see me.

When we got to the VC office he asked me why happened, I told him exactly what happened,then he said that I have a very  good case, but due to that I have involved the police that I should withdraw the case that the boy is not going to the court."end of quote.. 

The office said that such appointment wasn't recorded, that such appointment never happened. 

It said that the VC has never met the Girl or the Father, that the Boy in question wasn't related to the VC. 

And both the VC and the  Boy have not met nor ever had any reason to discuss, they are not relations or acquaintance, so there is no reason for the VC to side with the Boy or anybody. 

He said that the VC made available his personal Mobile Number for Students and has been encouraging them to Text or call him when ever they felt threatened, intimidated or bullied. 

If students can confirm this, I will advise they use it, especially reporting things through TEXT messages, that way He will make the school habitable and extreme conducive for students and rest of mind for parents, beside Ndigbo said "Anuta akoru Eze, odika Eze agwolu anumanu" (Free flow of information toward the throne makes the King to appear OMNI that hears everything and knows everything) 

When i told him that the VC suspended the Girl and favored the Boy, He made it known that both the Girl and the Boy were both suspended for bringing the school name to disrepute which is the standard school measure before they determine the guilty one who will be singled out for punishment and the innocent exonerated. 

The Speaker said that if it is found that the boy wasn't suspended at same time with the Girl that he will quit his Job at the school, because he believe he has the record at his disposal and that the VC as at date is just, too clean to got his hands tainted as he knew that enemies of progress are lucking around watching to see how they will smear him with charcoal,as pay back for the Sanitary he brought to the School, instead of allowing the status quo. 

An independent source within the school said to me that, the VC will face more calumny, especially from those who bastardized the system in the time past and he got rid of them and still removing bad eggs, that many of them wants to get back at him by Fire or force. 

I made calm and tactical enquiry about the Dean sent to Court and the Speaker told me that, the VC sent the Dean truly to go and ascertain that the Court is handling the case which he did and report back to the authority and that the School disciplinary committee is deliberating on the matter as they are both students of the school and it is the responsibility of the school to provide security for each and every of the student, both the ones living off and on the campus. 

Our investigation will not be interfering as the case is in Court, but if there is anybody that can ascertain that the VC and the Boy are related, then the person should let us know with facts, as we will make sure that the VC should stay in office with Clean hand or we buy him soap and bring water with Towel to keep his paws clean. 

If there is any confirmation that the girl is victimized by VC and not by the Disciplinary committee that has competent jurisdiction, the person should bank on us for we will bring our OGENE and do the needful. 

Finally, we see no involvement of the VC on this matter so far, as the case is in the court, we await the Court to ascertain if the Boy is guilty and do to him what the law provide for such guilty ones. 

The school should check if the Boy is High on some cheap Crack to have acted the way he did or just some idiocy of Cult initiation. 

We thank God that the Girl is hale now and hearty, not minding the scars, the boys with his parents will dance with the law.

Welcome to Monday, another grace we got without merit but grace of God. 

I woke up startled and sweat that is over bearing suffocating me and with heavy burden on my mind.

Nigeria as a Nation got the current leader because the Nation decided to walk the path of Quota system spiced with Religious idiocy, then suck up to Inanities and here we are with leadership that not even the leader can tell you if Nigeria have a mission or Vision, our future is just a mirage and ife chi fotelu. 

My own State Anambra tried Quota System and we got Adaka na onu enwe, because nothing in this world would've made Akpokue Governor or Local Government Chairman because he wasn't ready or has the conviction, so the error is regretted and cannot be repeated, but it pains the mind when even Elites will say, let's start Quota System and give Anambra South a Quota and I was like, anyi ekpuru isi?..

I am glad that one of them either by choice or vision has realized that subjecting thier people to ignorance is never a plus but minus for in no distant time, they will start asking questions of how is it that the Children of thier leaders are not walking the street with them as beggars, never join them in thuggery, never beg for bread and are well educated in IVY leagues and yet the Father's prefer to tell them that Education is evil, when they do realize that, the repercussion won't be on the people that has been eating the apple of marginalized all along, they will use the Bloody knife which they handed to them with the mindset that it will always be used as Cleaver to separate the neck of people from other divide that did them no wrong. 

They will use it on thier own leaders and then Baboon blood won't be needed on the street, but that of those who has denied others the same right they gave to thier own children.. Moving on.. 

South South and South East Senators should start fraternal assembly, as it is becoming clear that the basis of running this nation out of the present quagmire is a mirage after all, the South should start by making all the Law makers to have a Voice, a unified Voice that speaks in one accent without dissent, and they will demand that the 1999 Cultural book of lores which they passed off as Constitution should be used to wipe our asses and a Constitution shall be crafted by Well endowed and educated Lawyers, if they are scared of getting a qualified lawyer that is vested in African, European, American laws, men that can write a Constitution that will align this nation to a better end, we can lend them just 2 of ours ..  Alex Ejesieme (Ogbodo G) and Echezona Etiaba they are current Legal Pinnacle that is not subject to debate.. 

The time has come, the hour is here and we should stop asking God to do what our Government should do. 

God is not in construction business, our Government should pay those whose Jobs are to construct Roads. 

God can't make our refineries to work, but engineers can make that work. 

God can't make our hospitals to provide health solutions, medical and well paid personnel does.. 

We should stop giving God assignments meant for our leaders, we should also worry the leaders same way we worry God. 

Our Legislators should also stand to do us one favor, as the North want the Government to take over the affairs of repentant BOKO HARAM, they should quickly add to it that it must include all the OMO ONILE, MASSOB, IPOB, AGBERO on and of the South, so it  will represent One Nation with Dying destiny.

SOUTH EAST COMMUNITY POLICING, WHO CALLS THE SHOT? by Mazi Odera POg JP.

Onye ajuju adighi efu uzo is a phrase in Igbo land, so forgive me, if I have questions that needs answers and serious clarification.. 

The South East Governors went to Jamboree cum South East Security Summit at our headquarters in Enugwu, they brought along all the Federal Government Security apparatus to seat and witness that the Governors are very Royal with tails tucked in between the legs.. 

Little did the Governors have the boldness to ascertain na enwe nzokwa enwe. 

They choose not to annoy the Federal eventhough both of them enjoy same immunity and Chief Executive status, but seems the ones in South East are inferior to the ones on South West. 

My question goes to them and Ndigbo.. 

1) The Vigilante they are about to Form, who will be in charge of the Command?..

Is that the Governor of the state or the Local Government Chairman or the Police Commissioner?. 

2)if it is the Police, what difference does it make, with the Police as the Chain of command will always be at Abuja and let's say there is an invasion from sect that Abuja has interest upon, who will give them the command to go and do the needful?

3)Are we aping the AMOTEKUN?.. If yes, then we should know that Amotekun are being prepared the Native way, which means they can face Bullet and use it as Chewing Gum, face Matchet and it will bounce off like Tennis on a Board..
