APGA is confused but they have the advantage of having the incumbent Governor and it has enormous weight in scale of things ,and many Politicians simply want to perch on moving train.

YPP will give APGA serious run for their money , especially na South Senatorial where they are reigning supreme.

Labour Party..LP is in serious dilemma as they will be waiting for Okwute to come and lead them again in the election as he is the only enterprising thing in Labour ,his name or movement is the only lively thing that ever happened to Labour and the party is not reciprocating ,the party refused to tap into the Shine he gave the party,the muscles he gave the Party which they only traded for moment euphoria.

When OKEY DI OKAY a member of State house of Assembly, representing  AGUATA including ISUOFIA district in Anambara house of Assembly was murdered in fatal severance after they nabbed him ,the case went cold on the Government books.

When UGM kept slaughtering Men and Women on daily basis,the Government throw more parties and behave as if it doesn't matter .

Fast forward,when UGM attacked and killed CONVOY of AMERICAN CONSULATE mission at Ogbaru,the Government was non committed.

When you joined in Ochestrating  rigging be it in your local meeting, State or National Politics ,be rest assured that you are not shoving your own person into power as they may tell you that Party is Supreme, you are just inviting POVERTY and degradation into the entire system and the Nation ,meaning POVERTY is supreme and inflation is not sectional , it's always intertwined as we all know that even Rain makers roof is not exempted from Rain Fall he Conjure down,you can import doom but you can't control the boundaries of the carnage, more so if you throw Bomb in the market place ,it cannot discriminate,so if your family is within the distance,they will collect the same bloody dividend just like others .

Now in Nigeria,that Ndigbo did not vote right as in one political Position as some wished or they Voted according to what they felt is just ,but now it's irrelevant because they have cried enough for better tomorrow which Always fall on deaf ears ,but it's loud that the nation wants part 2 of the APC INVENTED POVERTY,which has gone round the First round,second round and it's About to be enshrined in our book of Laws that ,As a Nigerian your inheritance is Hopeless Future.

The then serving CBN GOVERNOR contested Presidency under a Party and Judiciary didn't find it outrageous,the Legislative went blind on such absurdity,other Political parties were so concerned about extorting members to notice the Abormination that taints our Nation.

He failed and return as CBN GOVERNOR instead of other parties to cry and demand he is made APC treasurer that must vacate the Finance house,they kept mute and such Brindangate become a come in Nigeria and that tells us that our problem is not even the President, but majority of the Nation,we felt at home with Aru na Mpu.

How about all the NGO that picketed any other Party that has led Nigeria even on good stead,they all got bought or sacrificed on Alter of see nothing and do nothing or Tribal and religious costume.

 IS ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF NNEWI SUPERIOR TO NIGERIAN COURT RULING ?(A case of Holy desecration)

  

It is not every day that a Pastor, Minister, Reverend, Reverend Father, Bishop or any man of God forays into litigation with one of the congregants, except where the Church is fighting for its existence or on behalf of one of its members. Rarely do we witness a church encroaching into the land of one of its members so defiantly that even a court order could not serve as a deterrence. 

One of our correspondents in Nnewi was availed with a certified true copy of a court order from Nnewi High Court 1, where the court issued an interlocutory injunction against Most Reverend  Jonas Benson Okoye of the Nnewi Catholic Diocese and the Trustees of Nnewi Diocese, in a suit filed by His Royal Highness, Igwe Barrister/Attorney Alphonsus Ezeoke, the Igwe of Amichi. 

In the suit titled: HRH Igwe Dr. Alphonsus Ezeoke and Most Rev. Jonas Benson Okoye and Incorporated Trustees of Nnewi Catholic Diocese, with Suit No. HN/103/2022, Igwe Ezeoke urged the court to restrain the bishop and the Trustees of Nnewi Catholic Diocese from encroaching on the land named popularly as “Agu Ugilinze”, that is located in Amichi, Nnewi South Local Government of Anambra State. 

In the suit, Igwe Ezeoke Amichi claimed that his father owned the land via a Supreme Court judgment delivered under Suit No. FSC/27/61, which was awarded by the Supreme Court in 1961 to Alphonsus Ezeoke, the late father of the current Igwe Amichi.

In the Supreme Court judgment, which our correspondence read, the Supreme Court clearly stated that Alphonsus Ezeoke was granted the entire “Ugilinze Land.” In some of the Supreme Court documents, Late Nwafor Orizu testified that the land belonged to Umeorimili. Jeremiah Nnakenyi, Henry Nwosu, etc, testified that the land belonged to Umeorimili. There was not a testimony even mentioning the Catholic Church in the documents we read. The Catholic Church never entered or claimed the land until Bishop Jonas Benson Okoye was ordained the Bishop of Nnewi Diocese. A phone call to the Bishop directed our correspondent to call Rev. Fr. Izunwa, who refused to answer our calls. This is a complete mess. 

In the suit pending in Nnewi High Court, Igwe Ofobuike Ezeoke alleged that the Catholic Church, under the currently bishopship of Jonas Benson Okoye, decided to flex its muscular machismo, by forcefully entering the land and claiming that the land belonged to the Catholic church, in total reversal of the Supreme Court judgment. 

The case is still pending in Nnewi High Court, and under a sustained interlocutory injunction ordered by the court restraining the Bishop and the Catholic Diocese from further entering the land. Bishop Okoye mobilized even more than 100 men on the site, with clear order to continue erecting buildings on the land. The buildings are erected almost weekly. The land now looks like a luxurious estate. Amichi people are irate that a Bishop in Nnewi could easily invade Amichi, and claim that Amichi land belongs to the Diocese without presenting any evidence of ownership.

Our correspondent in Nnewi reviewed the Statement of Defence filed by Bishop Benson Okoye, and could only find a survey conducted by some families in Nnewi in 1986, claiming that the land belonged to Nnewi people. Bishop Benson Okoye also attached a document purportedly written and signed by one reverend father from Umeorimili family allegedly gifting Igwe Ofobuike’s land to the Bishop. There was no other document provided by the Bishop to trump the 1961 Supreme Court judgment tendered by Igwe Ezeoke to the Court to establish his clear ownership of the land. 

If the only evidence that the Bishop presented to the court is a letter from Rev. Father Ferdinand  Ume-Ezeoke, who is a Catholic priest under the Bishop and the Diocese, and a survey conducted by some families in Nnewi as evidence of ownership of the land, then Bishop Okoye is not the owner of the land and must discontinue the current incursion into the land. 

Taunting the Igwe of Amichi, and encroaching on his land, while claiming that the court cannot stop him because the governor of Anambra state, His Excellency, Professor Charles Soludo is aware of the Bishop’s trespass into the land owned by one of his flocks, is shameful and reckless. 

A short visit to the land located at Onusologu junction of Nnewi, Amichi, Utuh, Awka-Etiti, reveals a tremendous covert, adverse, and forceful possession of over 100 plots of land that had been in existence and undeveloped since the 1961 judgement, except the occupation of Lepers at the Leprosarium. The place was used to house Lepers in the olden days, until most recently when the Lepers were chased away by Bishop Benson upon his enthronement as the Bishop of Nnewi Diocese. 

The lawsuit alleged that the Bishop would appear in person and threaten to physically fight anyone who dared to stop his intrusion into the land. At one instance, as stated in the suit, the Bishop and Amichi Youths were engaged in altercation that was only stopped by some sane Reverend Fathers at the site, who begged the Youths not to let the Bishop bait them into a fight with a man of God. The youths exercised some restraint but went home disillusioned and mentally wounded by the disappointing actions of the Bishop of a Catholic church, whom they held so highly. 

We urge the Bishop and any of his advisers to approach Bishop Benson Okoye and call him to order. Bully tactics never work. Using the funds voluntarily donated by church members to fight one of the church members will have a chilling effect on membership. The buildings currently existing on the land exceeds 8. There is no reason that a Bishop would erect so much building on someone’s land and dares the person to do something about it. No reasonable person would invest that amount of money on a land where he cannot produce a single document of ownership. 

This cannot continue. There is a need for reason here.

If somebody can desecrate Alaigbo from Abroad, the Dibia na agwo otoro ekobeghi otune ya na elu that he can't taste the otolo. 

Why I love Americans is because they take your fight to your door steps , not to keep cleaning the debris and carnage you caused in his lawn.

Anambra has a Bad name as it is, which transcend many administration's, Ngige tried to clean it up but he signed a pack with the Devil and he tasted the intercouse of Mr Satan, the state have suffered many seem like irreparable damages from the days of Late Mbadinuju who held forth for Anambra South and labored under the bondage of Anambra  Musketeers made up of Shylocks from same Southern Senatorial zone , then it laced down from Chris Ngige who held sway for Central,he wrestled gods fathers of the South who held the nation to strangulation Choke, he succeeded in showing that there will be a redemption and true to his quest, Peter Obi came in his stead and pave Anambra well.

Such SKIT is a big let down to Anambra and her Culture, I know that AASEP (ASSOCIATION OF ANAMBRA STATE ENTERTAINMENT PRACTIONERS) was making sure that Anambra were presented in good light during the days of Past Governments with Film making and entertainment shot in and around Anambara , which Bob Manuel Udokwu ,Yul Edochie, Chigozie Atuanya, Tony one week,Leo Ewuzie, Rita Edochie, Ifeanyi Ikpoenyi "Mr Hollywood , Ejike Metuslaeh , Chido the MD of ABS known as Agu ji Ogene were all strong members of AASEP but seems that the present Government prefer to sideline AASEP AND Entertainment, nuisance has taking over the projection of the state and doing to pysch of the state what even UGM can't complete.

During the days AASEP were representing Anambra image, those SKITS would've been  nuked and better sense making and image making with secured image presenting in its stead, because people address one the way he or she dresses, so if we are dressed by Umu Otu as unserious people and Ndi Nticha, then people planning to come to the state will make a moral conclusion that the state is a disaster.

If only the Governor is given to taking and implementing advise I would've advised him , but he is Eze onye agwanam, he should be worried that the state is getting very bad image by the insecurities, Bad Roads (Though some attempts are ongoing to palitaive some Roads especially those in Anambara South, though some of them last for 3 days like the one leading from Ichida through OYE Amalaju toward Adazi Enu, the road was tarred again and it rained after three days and obido Ido mmiri na center , na eme mnhekesi, but I digress), the state need some facelifting, give the state some sense of sanity and not to make us always looking as capital ndi Agbero and the insane.

What I know is that Ndi South should wake up and know na anyi adigo tired of raiders of the South instead of leaders.

As for the present style of advise less Government, I want to say that, they will lie to you that there's light at the end of the Tunnel, but listen that's useless lie, why can't they put the light at the entrance or middle of the Tunnel. Should it be at the end when we have wandered through the darkness and came out, then they give us light, which is useless at that point in time.

I am sure they have watched Asari Dokubo pouring venom on Ndigbo,they should have faced him than raging internally.

NDIGBO let's build more bridges by Always siding with outsiders especially when they brought in divide and rule to tear us apart ,I saw something that ignited a fire in my Bowel,maybe because I am total igboid or bushman,but when I saw JAMB trying all they can to trash a very brilliant girl that started winning academic laurels right from Kindergarten till now ,then they smarty alleged that it was also an ANAMBRA GIRL that won the Position,I knew something is totally skewed,so I sat down and look deeper and I was shocked that our silliness is very high ,I maybe wrong but somebody should clear me ,they said the Girl that won it is from DEEPER LIFE SCHOOL owned by Deeper life church owned by Kumuyi and the girl despised is of ANGLICAN GIRLS NNEWI owned by NNEWI Anglican Church,a 100% control of Ndi IGBO,what made my Blood pressure shot up was that they said the DEEPER LIFE school (don't forget where the control comes from ) have over 130 Students that hit over 320 Score in same Jamb and I say if it was a core Igbo owned school,JAMB chairman would've granted interview to allege that they used Miracle center and the school may be under suspension ,but it was a Tribal invasion or say ownership, and all this our Bridge builders won't see it ,they took from ANAMBRA and give to whosoever that will represent an Ethnical Odyssey,anyi na ezuezu ghari.

The Governor of my State is not as Bad as he is portrayed ,but his Talkativeness added a great expectations to the people sych ,he boasted that once he hit the ground that he will gbapuo Ezi Imi (Will Pierce the Nose of a Pig)  just like Oturukpokpo the bird boasted that on the demise of the Feminine Parent he will use his Beak to Dug grave at the Trunk of Iroko tree ,then on the dead of the mother and the Expectation for him to do the digging and it was at that point in time he was afflicted with Beak Boil, creating a scenario for him just like ira mbejiaku na ikwu UDO, oburu okwu ma burukwa Inu (an idiomatic expression ).

Just know if you throw APGA under the Bus ,we dust it up and give that ticket to somebody who will spring surprise.

Some Works Being carried by Gov SOLUDO is worthy ,but the large larger than Day expectation which he created as myth made people to expect OYSTER from an Egg.
