ANMABRA MINIMUM WAGE, whispers to my Governor by Mkpisi. 

Dear Gov SOLUDO, this is your SA ON GOOD GOVERNANCE (UNPAID) bringing a street Memo to you. 

Sir , the Civil servants of the State are worried that the new Minimum Wage of mere 70,000 Naira may have same Crack of subtractions just as the Last minimum wage of 30K were reduced with some silly deductions.

They are worried owing to high cost of items in Nigeria that multipled cost of Living especially in Óka the State Capital.

Not only there's very high cost of Living in Oka ,they have high insecurity as they dread Cultist, Flying Bullets, Kidnappers especially now that there's a Operational ground near ABUJA ESTATE, especially that route after NNPC beside Road safety and all the developing estates inside that place , it's a big risk going into that side any time as Kidnapping is common like selling corn along the Road,which they will shove into your face until you buy some with Ube.

They kidnap people out there without worries and nobody pays them mind.

I know Outside our Usual minimum 4.5 Billion MONTHLY ALLOCATION from FEDERAL Government and the extra taxes, couple with mind boggling IGR drive including nke Eji AKA ODO anako today are big enough to drive Anambra as Top NOTCH State.

I know we also receive a bigger separate allocation as OIL PRODUCING STATE which Started coming to Anambara from your first day in Office,so we can't say we don't have enough money to pay serious wages to our own workers.

We have been getting 10 Billion Naira SIGNATURE ALLOWANCE introduced by Prez TINUBU, which we all know that currently we don't have Ghost workers and what we have in the state Civil service, if we pay them 150K against the 70K, we got it covered with the offshoot of the Signature ALLOWANCE. 

SIGNATURE ALLOWANCE is a Monthly Gift to all states in Nigeria, maybe sharing of Bounties or whatever, but every state is getting it outside the allocation and it's not under JAAC.

It's shocking that Lawyers and Human right groups are yet to demand accountability from Governor's on the usage of the Money(Excess windfall), we know our Graft Agency doesn't investigate crime any Longer, they follow petition mostly against Hunger driven Yahoo boys, who what they make in gross between all cannot measure to what one Governor Pocket per Month. 

Once you petition EFCC against any politician,they will ask you for evidence, meaning you do their Jobs and they collect ransom from the suspect and let the person go ,if they don't,then Court will collect and set them free ,as if the corruption is only affecting us the down throdden.

Little did they know that once the head is decaying,it will get even to the leg.

Sir, i won't say anything about the Security Vote that is same with what AKPOKUE takes, so i won't ask why is Insecurities very high in the state but minimal during AKPOKUE days, as i will demand to know if the money was actually deployed to work for us or it was exported into GOLD MINE in Far away Places, so i will let that topic rest, unless Civil Ndi ANAMBRA decides to Protest not against Federal Government but against our State Looters, sorry leaders.
