Just as the National atmosphere was charged with the fictitious "He raped me 19 years ago, in our house, then his House, his Car, his office and he took me to USA on several occasion, Wed me and my Husband, gave us 5 Million Naira as wedding Gift with  Car.. But he stopped paying ransom and I cried.. RAPE".. 

As the above was ongoing, we get go watch the Video, where a Young Serving Senator from ADAMAWA beat the living daylight out of a Young Nursing Mother Bibra by name and there was an outrage.

I was watching Channels TV last night, though in error as the station is the most Hyped and Anti Balanced News in Face of Africa. 

Watching it is like watching NOLLYWOOD movies and hoping to see originality instead of the ever crappy churn out. 

I saw the SSA to the President on Media reacting to the issue of RUGA, Where I got thrilled is when he explained that RUGA if established will curb the menace of Herdsmen, then it will provide Jobs, have Abbatoir and many other things he explained. 

I expected the Channels TV anchor person to ask him why Federal Government decided that even before they pull together the Ministers, before they Set up plans that will hold the affairs of this Nation for the period, pending the out come of the Tribunal that is handling the undigested  Presidential Election result, why it is the Cattle Herding Business that takes priority?. 

Even when there is no Minister of Agriculture who should be in better situation and or Position to analyze the pros and Cons of setting such precedence, and set out the road Map of the beneficiaries,as the SSA said it wasn't meant for only FULANI people, which we Satrically and Sarcastically agree to, just to aid the discuss. 

Then, personally I will like to demand that, it is great if it is not for only FULANI people, but then what is the Federal Government interest on setting the Land and settlements since it has moved to all cormers affairs?

Won't it be excusable and more Matured if the Government stand on her legs instead on the Belly and make declaration, such as..

HENCHFORTH, NO CATTLE SHALL BE ENTITLE TO OPEN GRAZING, ANY CATTLE FOUND ON OPEN GRAZING shall be forfeited to the Government of the State it was Grazing Upon.. Or... 

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DECREE that every person in Cattle Business must built a Farm, Ranch or settlement as that is personal business. 

OR Association of Cattle rearers shall contribute Fund and raise a Settlement where it can't serve as menace of any sought. 

The Farm will become a Herds Village.. 

That way any person looking for Cow or the proceed, shall go to the Farm, same way we go to poultry when we need or have the urge, the crave for Chicken or the proceeds.

Imagine if OBASANJO had allowed or made a pronouncement during his Tenure that every state must offer POULTRY LAND to Farmers to avoid Trouble, he can do it as it will benefit him as a Farmer but set the nation at Pars and peril. 

The excuse that it won't benefit only the Fulanis is petit and mean, it should not be Singular in purpose, there is no need for such craving, Cattle Menace is not a problem the Federal Government won't solve in matter of Days, infact only Pronouncement that any one  found Open Grazing shall take the possession of the Herds, will make every Herdsman to recoil as they will face National umbrage and having in mind that the Police will be eager to reduce the numbers of Cows on the loose, same way they always help to make sure any state that Ban OKADA must be OKADA free, but do not ask where the confiscated Bikes are kept or rested.. 

So in the event of Federal Government making daclaration about scrapping OPEN GRAZING, the Police will arrest all the Cows that are roaming including those at Abbatoir and I tell us, within one week, you can't see a Cow grazing in the open and the Killings will stop for real. 

No doubt the Government may be looking for a workable solution toward the conflict between the Herdsmen and the Villagers or Farmers on whose lands this Cows are Grazed, but they seem to have employed a situation that portends more danger than the present. 

The fears that, if you give them Space and land in your State, it won't be problem for the next 4 years, but in 20 Years, all the Children that were born within the settlement have grown and the adrenalin will be pushing them into moving out of the Encampment, that means they move out to live within the Town and since they where Born in the State, that has become thier place of Birth and that will kick start the Troubles that may be more lethal than the present. 

Which also reminds me to beg the Federal Government to scrap this idiotic schism in empowerment, where they will ask you to state your TRIBE, RELIGION before employment on the Form to determine if your Tribe are ordained to be in leadership or the led... 

In our National Anthem, we recite and agreed that we are ONE NATION, ONE PEOPLE and in one UNITED SOVEREIGN NATION, so if that is truly the status.. 

We can ape the Western world.. 

An American is free to live, Vote or contest election any where in America.. Seek for a Job without limitation of aborigine. 

NIGERIA should eraze that from within us, it shall be..

Lastly the Federal Government should as a matter of Redemption of the dwindling economy, choose men and women with expertise in various field of Professionalism as Ministers.. 

They should perish this choices that have never worked before now, the choice of giving one who has no knowlege of a Ministry, then the same get a Ministeral appointment, which we know that it can never work as there is no way an Auto Engineer will perform Surgery on a Sick person laid in the Theater, and same way no Surgeon will repair An Auto that is parked in Workshop with Bad engine. 

As much as I am no longer a disciple of Academic Certification for Jobs as it has gone Sour as much as we can see and feel, but let us at least try and bring on people who are tested and trusted, say we want a Minister for Transport and we bring in a Transporter that have manged Transportation for 10 years and it is still standing and thriving.. 

We want a Minister for Health, we should check his Hospital or the one he have managed, then see and hear Testimonies of people that survived under him.. 

We want Minister for WORKS, we must see where he has done his own Work at least on state level which will be used as gauge to judge his qualification for the Federal portfolio.. 

Meanwhile, the Government should make it unwritten rules, that any serving Minister that doesn't have confidence in the Nation must be relieved of his or her Job.. 

Imagine Education Minister whose Children are not in Nigerian Schools.. That is unimaginable.. 

Health Minister that can't fall Sick in our Hospital or members of his family visit and take treatment in our hospital, there is no way, the person will give the best to survive that ministry, he can only line his pocket to sustain his family in exile. 

Ministers should not go on vacation Overseas while they serve, if they wants to travel, they can face OBUDU CATTLE RANCH, PLATEAU GAMES RESERVE and many other places back home, that is the only way to repose confidence in our Nation for real. 

The problem we went into recess was because we placed our priorities wrongly...

Sure we can reward Party membership, but not with the faith and Future of our Generation. 

Political rewards can be limited to Jobs that doesn't need expertise, and for the Future of this nation to look bright, we should stop making Politics to stand as a vocation, it is not, never a profession, so people into it should have a Job that sustains them, that way Politics should be a privilege to help and Set a Map that benefits the People and not the one that lined the pockets of the Gluttons.

One thing you can't take from me is objectivity in my duties as Unhired, Unpaid, Unappreciated SPECIAL ADVISER to the Governor on Good Governance, plus the Voice of the masses, the oppressed and the disfigured.

This Morning as in Chi Bo anu Ozo, we saw that which I predicted weeks ago  about APGA relegating the Heavy weights, including BIANCA and Victor Umeh to the back ground, I said it that the fight will get interesting once Victor understands that his Route and sources are drying... 

I said that it will be Dirty and Nasty and as a great Political Consultant, I know my onus and you can bet that I am always right.. 

Today as I just came out from ebe mnabalu ura (Where I slept which is not your business) , I saw the Bomb, the tactical War brought forward by Victor Umeh through his Disciples and acolytes, but the funny aspect is the timing, the Cabals in Kitchen Cabinet of the Governor that suddenly realized that the system is being taking away from them, so they recruited, they harvested and they throw caution to the wind, just to get back at the Governor. 

Maybe because they banked on the Governor being a Rookie the first 4 years and held him in Political Captivity, not knowing that the man has learned close range and now a bit wiser or those around him in inner Core removed the clogs or web hovering over his face. 

As much as I don't like the Governor because OKA Jim Ezigbo Ugwo and not running the kind and style of Government we anticipated. 

Today, I want to calmly and kindly doing a close up analysis on the events of the Letter, the qualms and after that, I am going to Swim RIVER OGININAFIO.

APGA was exported to IMO STATE by the brave effort of Peter Obi and Ezeigbo Dim Ojukwu, they Won and same Chairman who rendered the party powerless  killed it by Extortion, but Rochas is a good Con, so no Con can Con a great Con, he left APGA at the watch and supervision of UMEH. 

ABIA STATE was also won by APGA with the help of the DUO above mentioned, but same frivolous demand and fom fojue akpa, the Governor ran like mad out of APGA. 

Do not forget that during Victor Umeh days as Chairman of the Party, that he never for once handed one Kobo to any member of any Arm of the Party, despite the fact that he sold all the FORMS, both for Local Government election, House of Assembly, National house and other saleable in APGA.. 

And it is not me that will tell us that the party never for once have her Finances audited or vetted, his words became the Policy and his wish serve as the command. 

He ruin sorry he Ran the party as one man business..answerable to NONE and appreciable to none as well. 

 He took the party ticket for Senate, lost and blackmail the Government into buying him the Senate seat at the expense of a more Dynamic Senator Uche EKWUNIFE, the Senator with Clout, Class and Swag, though she repeated the beating again and this time, the Government is not going to buy him any favor, so he is agitated and smoking with putrid.. Warranting throwing of Bombs and missiles that he started when he plotted Impeachment of the Speaker of the house that flopped. 

So there is nothing spectacular about his days as the Chairman of the party, that will position him to speak about good or bad leadership, he lacks any qualifications to know one and he has nothing to offer as counter or way forward. 

I believe that VICTOR OYE is not good enough, but to compare him with UMEH, he is Mastero, as he handed a Billion Naira to the party whereas Umeh handed Zero plus Debt.. 

Do not forget that Oye is 4 years plus some months, whereas Umeh did 10 Solid Years.. 

Now the Dilemma is that those Irritants in the Government are now hopping in bed with same man to punish the Governor and Government for trying to sanitize the house, as much as I am suppose to be at the front Row, enjoying Chapman with SUYA as the rough house goes on, but my conscience can't allow it, so the need to ask.. 

Why is it that this Private letter from the Box of Victor Umeh to that of OBIANO suddenly gets to Social Media? 

How come that it is also same source that sent the Idiotic write up to Nairaland about UZUEGBUNAM and Governor's wife, same source also transmitted this to Sources and Social places? 

How come that it is when the Governor or the Wife wants to clean certain mess that all this tantrum surfaces? 

Know it that this fight is not just to suppress the Governor but in a bid to hold the patrimony of the state to perfidy. 

So I can't fold my hands just because, I am also bashing the Government to align with "Enemies of my Enemy is a friend".. Nkea ahu bu asi Ocha... 

I fight Bad policy and Governance, but this sect are fighting to enslave the state and wind the Patrimony into individual wallets.. 

Have it on record that this Fight just started and will get messier and Nasty, as the fight has no Rules and nobody knows who is on the other Team, as those in Governor's camp are aligning with the Opposition just to pull the Government down and cause her Nose to bleed... 

The only Solution is for the Governor to DO A THOROUGH SACK... I repeat Clean all this absurd and bring in qualified to see if he can manage to get some dignity back..

Oye Reacts To Victor Umeh’s mail

The mail by Chief Victor Umeh to His Excellency Gov. Willie Obiano was brought to my attention. The first question should be: why would Chief Victor Umeh release a private mail to Obiano to the public? What does he want to achieve?

If his interest is revealing how APGA raises funds for its operation, I shall make public what he raised through the same means when he was the Chairman of APGA. During his own time, he was the Chairman, Tresurer and Financial Secretary, but now each post is independent, making it difficult for any person to misappropriate the party’s funds.

What Victor Umeh does not know is that APGA now works as a team. He is listing who paid what, without asking himself if it was only Oye’s decision. Who does he think Hon. Chinedu Obidigwe and Primus Odili who were part of the deal representing? Where does he think Gov. Willie Obiano raises the money with which he used to prosecute the election? 

Chief Victor Umeh should be advised to keep quiet and face his Senatorial case  with vigor.

He should also be reminded that a person who lives  in a glass house does not throw stones... End of Victor Oyes response..

For about two weeks now, I have been approached by some persons from IMO State with Complaints of Monetary Extortion from Chief Victor Oye during the last Primaries in IMO State with a Request that I pass them to you to direct Oye to return their Monies to them over unkept Transaction Promises.

I requested them to furnish me with Details of the Transactions.

I shall forward to you their Narratives and Documents for your Perusal.

I will suggest that you go through this and form your Opinion.

1. MR OKEY EZEH.

 From Okey EZE's Account, Chief Victor Ike Oye with Chief Chinedu Obidigwe negotiated and took from him a total sum of N273, 250,000 ( Two Hundred and Seventy Three Million, Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) only in return for the Governorship Ticket of APGA for Imo State in the 2019 General Elections.

When this Arrangement failed, Chief Oye has been able to refund him only $100,000 made of two Installments of $50,000 each, leaving a Balance of N237,250,000.

Regrettably, Chief Oye told Mr Eze that I Chief Victor Umeh and Archbishop Valerian Okeke were responsible for His inability to honour their Agreement.

I will forward His written Petition to EFCC and  some of the Bank Transactions with Oye and also bring it to the Attention of His Grace.

2. MR STANLEY AMUCHIE

Mr AMUCHIE until his Resignation to join the APGA Gubernatorial Race in Imo State was the Chief Operating Officer of Zenith Bank PLC.

His Written Statement said that Chief Victor Ike Oye and Chief Chinedu Obidigwe negotiated with him and received a total sum of N280,000,000 ( Two Hundred and Eighty Million Nairobi ) in return for APGA Governorship Ticket in Imo State for the 2019 General Elections.

The Money was given as follows,

Chief Victor Ike Oye - N250,000,000 paid in $694,400.

Chief Chinedu Obidigwe - N30,000,000 paid  in $83,333 leaving a Balance of N20m to be paid to him upon completion of the Primaries.

3. CHIEF IKEDI OHAKIM

Chief Ikedi Ohakim narrated that Chief Oye Collected $300,000 ( Three Hundred Thousand Dollars) and N100M from him and other Payments. His Detailed Account is contained in his Petition to the EFCC. The Petition is also forwarded to you.

4. CHIEF HUMPHREY ANUMUDU 

Chief ANUMUDU said that Oye obtained a 2018 TOYOTA Landcruiser Black Jeep from him under false pretense. This is aside from other Dollar Cash receipts which he is ready to forgo.

He is already in Lagos State High Court with Oye and his Wife claiming N50m being the Value of the Car where Oye claimed that the Car is a Birthday Gift from Chief ANUMUDU. This Matter is also reported to the EFCC.

These are just Four Outstanding Cases. There are other Tales !

I see these as very serious Moral Issues particularly as Oye has consistently insisted that he did not take money from anybody during the 2018 Primaries.

I consider these Revelations as serious embarrassment to the Party and Gross Abuse of Office by Chief Oye.

One unfortunate thing was that they engaged these Fellows by dropping your Name as supporting their Actions.

Some of these were part of the reasons why I told you on the 28th of April, 2019  that Oye is unfit to continue in Office as National Chairman of APGA.

I believe that it will be FUTILE and DAMAGING to APGA if you continue to support him for a Second Term in Office.

I advise that you confront Chief Oye with these Revelations and consider asking him to Refund these Monies to them and bow out and save APGA from protracted Crisis!

Sir, I come to you as THE unpaid, unhired, unappreciated SPECIAL ADVISER on GOOD GOVERNANCE.

As nature provides and I present, hands in glove we can subdue Ndi Osochiegbu and set the land that is in fetters free. 

It is an observer that analize Match better than the player, so I am a keen and good Observer and as I watch the dance of Igbadirigba some of those working under you, but against you do, I simply do my little Pontification to right those wrong... 

My Gain is that, my state can be salvaged. 

There is a Cladenstine move by Cabals close to you but with Malice and bitterness that runs like Water, but without Foundation pushing them , to create chaotic circumstance, then they will be same that will come and start telling you that it is so so and so that are sponsoring the torments. 

I tell you in advance Sir, your enemies are close enough and not anyone outside.

Good Morning Ndi Ezigbo mmadu, thank God, we have a new dawn and brand new Mercies from the most High. 

Like we know, I am not writing to appease anybody, I don't pen to show Pensmanship and I am not in the business of accolades that will come from mastering English words and phrases. 

I write to correct or give my best in suffocating the ills that predate and prevail our land, though it seems what plague us are Man made, without hope of Redemption, at least not with this Foxed, I don't care attitude of the Oppressed masses.

Not only that the nation is in Limbo,but the agony is that, the Led and the leaders seems comfortable with the Predicament, that seems to be our Comfort Zone, which reminds one of the Executive Loop Hole in Government, especially the unchecked embezzlement and unwarranted Conduits that Suck life out of the Healthy Economy which they made to look like Kwashiokored Economy.

State Governor's have what they tagged SECURITY VOTE which is not open for scrutiny and not meant to be accounted for, so they hide Fraud in plainsight, not even EFCC or ICPC has wherewithal to query the process and route of the heist, once it is shrouded as Security Vote, then nobody can ask how they spend or retire our Patrimony.

It can't, it hasn't and won't happen in other place in the World, we seems to glorify and magnify Aru na Mpu and the worst is that we tolerated such under Tribal Toga, then we added the clownish Clan or Zonal Mastubation, with that whatever wrong you did shall be swept under Zonal protection or it creates wrangling that creates Divide, the kind of Divide that makes people to protect Iniquities under the canopy of NKEA BU onye nke Anyi (This is our own), even though what he stole is not for communal benefit, but privately owned and managed, but it makes some charlatans to feel good as in Nwata Nwe Ewu na aji (A child ownership to a Herd is the Hair and not the meat or the Financial proceed).

Umunnachi reacts..

 Yesterday in the afternoon, I was alerted of the publication of a very disturbing article in an online media, Nairaland Forum, about the Igweship contest of Umunnachi titled COMMUNITY PASSES A VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE ON GOV'S CHIEF PROTOCOL OFFICER. This publication was purportedly made by the Umuezeajana family of Umunnachi.

The publication in essence portrays Umunnachi as a community now in crisis following the "messy" Igweship tussle. The publication portrays the Chief Protocol Officer to His Excellency Gov Willie Obiano, Hon Uzuegbuna Okagbue, as being behind the crisis, being hellbent on imposing his alleged candidate Igwebuike Anochie as the Igwe Nnachi 2 who is described in the publication as "an ex convict" and  "common criminal". The publication further accuses Hon Uzuegbuna Okagbue of imposing his wish on the Igweship contest on the Umunnachi Improvement and other institutions in the town.

It is worthy of note that we have not received any document certifying Chief Igwebuike Anochie as "an ex convict" or any evidence establishing him as a ''common criminal", or any notice, information or communication to that effect to guide us properly in his screening process.

Furthermore, after reading this article yesterday, I immediately contacted the Ichie of the Umuezeajana family, Chief Emeka Anekwe (Ichie Ezeani) and another chieftain of the Umuezeajana family, Chief Cletus Omuta (who also is the current chairman of Nzeoba Ojiana of Umunnachi). Both of them quickly disclaimed and condemned the publication in the strongest of terms, stating categorically that the publication did not emanate from the Umuezeajana family. Both shuddered and expressed shock at the publication. Shortly afterwards, I was also in touch with the Traditional Head of the Umuezeajana family and Chief Priest of Ana Nnachi Chief Ozoekwe Nweze (who is also presently the oldest member of the Umuezeajana family). I was also in touch with the Secretary of the Umuezeajana family Mr Patrick Ezeukwu. They both categorically condemned the publication and disclaimed it.

Early this morning, I also spoke with the chairman of the Umuezeajana family, Mr Raphael Anekwe and he expressed shock and bewilderment over the write-up while also disclaiming the article.

Since this publication, I have also been in constant communication with the Chief Protocol Officer to the Governor, Hon Uzuegbuna Okagbue , a worthy son of ours and a great benefactor with whom we are well pleased. I have also been in constant communication with our brother Hon Chuks Azotani, the SA to the Governor on Domestic Matters, who incidentally is  nwadiana of the Umuezeajana family. We have all together vowed to get to root of this obnoxious publication and fish our the people behind it

May I first and foremost condemn this publication in the strongest possible term. It is reprehensible, distasteful and repulsive. No doubt it is the predictable product of mischief makers and fifth columnists who have embarked on a futile and forlorn mission to cause rancour and disaffection in the town and possibly disrupt the Igweship selection/election process. Our town Umunnachi has been a very peaceful one even up to this moment and will continue to be after this process. No amount of devilish  contrivance, blackmail or intimidation  can disrupt the peace in the town, much less the on-going selection process of the Igwe Nnachi 2.

Neither our brother Hon Uzuegbuna Okagbue nor anyone else has tried to or can impose his will or choice of candidate on the Umunnachi Improvement Union. The activities of the Umunnachi Improvement Union on the selection/election process have strictly been guided by the Constitution of Umunnachi and Igweship Instrument and therefore cannot be subjected to the  whims and caprices of any individual. Most importantly we have been open and transparent in the exercise. This publication therefore is a cheap blackmail that is dead on arrival

To this end, we can happily inform you that we are gradually coming to the summit of the Roadmap we designed for the selection/election ofNnachi 2 based on our Constitution and Igweship Instrument which we have meticulously been implementing. May I also inform our people  that as earlier announced, the screening of the Igweship candidates by the UIU will commence today and is expected to be concluded by next weekend.

May I also use this opportunity to commend Mgbuke village for their last ditch efforts at securing a consensus candidate as a way of avoiding the inevitability of the ballot box which will definitely ensue after the screening exercise.  We wish them the best of luck in this noble venture.

The Igweship of Umunnachi is not a do or die affair. It is for the people of Mgbuke village and Mgbuke village alone to select/elect the Igwe Nnachi 2 and this time under the guidance or supervision of the UIU and nothing other than that will happen, otherwise we will run foul of the clear provisions of the Umunnachi Constitution and Igweship Instrument.

The town has been in peace since the departure of the Igwe Nnachi 1, HRH Igwe FEOU Onochie, whom we have duly conducted his burial and last ofala rites successfully. We are now in the process of finding his successor. We have so far stubbornly followed the Umunnachi Constitution and Igweship Instrument regulating the selection/election process and have stoutly resisted and rebuffed all diversionary and distracting machinations.

Be God's grace, within the shortest possible time Igwe Nnachi 2 will emerge
