Court Judgment on PDP, An exercise in Iri ego Ndi Anambara By POg.
Today a High Court in Abuja raked another bags of Money that would've helped our State from one of the plagues that has visited the state through the acute bad Governance enthroned by out going Apga in Anambara state.
The ill wind Merchant of PDP today obtained another noisy and unmerited judgment which many mistook as Notch that will shake PDP, a party that is poised to regain the Guber mandate that will bring back relief and restore hope to the Generality of the state.
It is Noted that the ill Marchant is known to always play spoiler against his party, he is a known Mercenary that get paid to sabotage any progress or milestone of PDP.
The Court provided that the Convention which brought CHIEF OBUKA is not properly controlled and constituted, but when we reached to PDP SECRETARIAT in OKA to measure thier reaction, they said the Judgement is exercise in Judiciary mutilation, as another Competent Court have ruled earlier in favor of the Convention and her electing the seating Executive.
On our own, we wonder how the Marchant will think that every election he will trade with PDP and they have not deem it fit to sack him or offer him a Long over due suspension.
Meanwhile it should be noted that even at the event of Court saying that PDP erred, the Party still reserve the right to argument the CARE TAKER COMMITEE that will supervise the election said one of the most advanced Legal mind in PDP and Anambara Politics, who we sought his mind on the ongoing Charade.
He said that the Judgement is another Exercise that makes Democracy what it is, but of no consequence whatever.
