Akpokue hear the Dinge...

At the Change of Baton, THE HOMELESS AND CAR-LESS Magistrate suffice.. By Mkpisi.

Just few weeks to actual handover but not ceremonial feast, but a mild and reformed oath of allegiance to the state , I remain the Special Adviser on Good Governance and because I will like to cover the Back of AKPOKUE, so that things won't be really rough and over bearing for him and his goons after the change of baton , so Kam bido na Oge maba okwa Mmiri maka oga ezo acidic rain.

Dear Outgoing, there is great animosity and hostile feeling toward you by Magistrates  na the State, you know Men like me who are UNPAID are doing pro Bono, because we know that if you refused to pay us even to the Last Kobo, we will hunt you to the end of time and hunt kwue even your generation, so we don't bother because na you go soon do the bothering, but ifukwolu Anambra Magistrates and Judges , what  I heard from them gave me goose pimples as they have resolved that once you handed over without giving them what was due for them long ago which is accomodations or Monitized one, then Car just like last Government gave each of them which is the only Car Judges can boast of, how about those inducted after Anids left?

The aggrieved Judiciary umpires said na any case concerning you that cross any Court in the state, iga ejeriri Nga or it will be on record that you were sentenced and you went AWOL, which can be analised as Prison break by writers like me.

So gbagharia and settle them because Nke bu Eziokwu bu, it will take just a pronouncement asi na Igwe Eje Nga and I won't like it, because my WAGES can't be paid from prison..

Below is an in-house muted conversation of  magistrates of the state, see Excerpts

"The executives loves to use and dump the judiciary. we have magistrates in Anambra  being evicted from their homes and entering public transport to work. Too bad.

You may say, what's wrong with a magistrate being evicted from his rented apartment? Perhaps nothing but then again, amongst all the houses being built by the Anambra  State government, why can't our magistrates be allocated homes? Or even lands. "...

They have a reasonable poser here, since many SA or Rascals from a particular part of the State are swimming in Hundreds of Millions, they have choice houses, Lands even at ROCKLAND ESTATE, and retinue of Cars, but the Judiciary are left like Nwa Oseaka, if you ask me, I will say it is like one iji aka ya tua onwe ya Nga, because it will take just a bitter Judge to look at any silly Case and pronounce na Idi Guilty, you may go to Appeal from Prison, so if you ask me, I will Suggest, do right with them maka na VOOM ka nma karia statement.

Another segment of the bitter complain said and I provide ..

"Meanwhile, our house members, politicians and even ward chairmen in the executive arm of government have more than one car given to them by government. They have more than one home and numerous properties around Anambra. Why should a magistrate put up 35 years of service for the state and yet the state does not care to give him a plot of land or even a house built by Anambra  Housing Corporation and yet they expect him to be passionate in doing his job. "..

Okwu Agwu, the dice is Cast and as my old man will say" agwa Nti ma Onughi, ebelu isi Nti esolu "..

This Men of Law has a legitimate complain and Nke bu Eziokwu bu na Nga na esi but can be Voided, oburugodi Innoson Cars Ebunye fa just to follow the Counsel of Nnam Ochie that said, kama nmanwu amam pu, nya pua Nke akpa aji (instead the masquerade can't show case, may He come out with SACK CLOTH).

Just know that if they carry this amount of bitterness in mind, once anybody drag you to court, that you did not make appearance won't stop any Judge or magistrate from passing a judgment of Guilty even before your lawyer will finish arguing the case.

Once your case gets mentioned, they will see a man who wronged them so bad they wants a pound of flesh.

THE last part that made me to join this Cry is where the said missive said...

"What kind of government do we have that  can't provide cars and homes for less than 80 magistrates? This is wickedness.

A house member only stays 4 years and he is made for life but 35 yrs as a judicial officer ends in a life filled with struggle and regrets . Tufakwa."..

Dear Akpokue, let me just tell you that this Men are the wrong people to be at thier bad book, Maka fa ga eji Nga turua gi aru just to show they can.

As for me who has worked as Special Adviser for 8 years UNPAID , I have no problem because onye ji Mazi Odera POg JP ugwo is like one who live in a house built at Gully erosion site during rainy season, at day ichiri Obi na aka, at night you won't sleep because the gully may take away the house any moment.

Inshort owning me is like owing OGBAKIRI the God of Kitikpa as he dance Surugede as Lullaby.

I believe na onye ugwo nusia Ogu, Oma kwua ugwo Oji welu Naba beya..

Point to Note... All the people flocking around you will start to disappear a Week before Handover, then a night before Handover you will Wonder if there is Epidemic around you as even those who always come to drink won't like to be seen around you, as many of them will be busy applying go be Shoe shiner to Soludo.

All the SA and SSA will vanish from sight and distance your name from thier Social Media spaces, then not even one will Pen in your favor and mgbe ahu those of us neglected will come in Shylock style for Pound of Kidney not even flesh..

Few days to handover, many friends won't be picking your call unless you give them 6 miss calls and as act of mercy, they will answer and explain that they were busy and missed your call, so when it happen just know that time has come to know the back stabbing they are prepping for you.

Thanks, kindly neba Anya na Nke Ndi judges please Maka hard I know.

Yours out going Special Adviser on Good Governance, who also is waiting for you to hand over without paying him all the unpaid salary as Special Adviser and the one you inherited from the other Government, so that I will dig deeper into archives and make sure that INTERNET never forgets..
