Re transition prep...

TRANSITION kindly Transmit on ANAMBARA HOUSING Anomaly by Mkpisi.

Good afternoon and welcome to RE-FOUNDATION of Anambra, the committee that have the responsibility of creating a new and workable state.

Please while making your report kindly find a place ka Unu gbakwunye something about Anambra Housing especially Nke Onuicha and Nkpor where it is obvious that TOWN planning are never in control or they are inept or complete incompetent to handle the Job.

Though the present Ministry focus more on collecting money like OMONILE and Land Touts, before now Village houses are sacred, nothing brings Government close to houses located or built or building in the Village but with this one, they will come with known and unknown demands just to get bribed or put money into the Coffers where they will loot on a Larger scale, Emesia Agwu nyebe fa Nsogbu, they won't know it was what they did all hiding behind LINE OF WORK.

We are Ndigbo in General but Anambra in particular pand anyi Nwelu Nso,little wonder they have a shrine at Ichida junction heading to Adazi that said OMETELU BULU..

Majority of the Houses at Onuicha and Nkpor Axis are what one can call GHETTO in Capital letter.

The Buildings are built without Ventilation plans, the worst is that it is always 4 Stories with Pent house, making it 5 Story high.. Or 5 Story with Pent house making it 6 Stories, but either way there won't be parking space in the Compound which force Tenants to turn streets that are not WIDE in the first place into Car parks and extra Narrow the already narrow Paths they mistake for roads.

None of those Mount Everest called House has WATER, there is no Bore Hole to serve the compound and where there is, the Landord will be selling the water to Tenants of same house, a case of Man inhumanity to Man because they lack supervision and also because the Government doesn't show commitment to the betterment of Ndi Ana achi.

Here is what I think that will help in narrowing the menace...

1)Any building that is higher than 2 Story including Pent house must HAVE WORKING BORE HOLE that serve the entire house or the Landlord will be forced to be paying Government ministry of WORKS that will  be  providing water to entire House.

The Water will be filled in a Reservoir dug within the premises at the cost to the Landlord.

2) Such house must have a great Drainage system that must be connected to Street Drainage, so that waste water should stop messing the street or roads and thereby damaging the Roads and making the state always look like Asylum.

3) Any house that is higher than 3 Story MUST have Lifter/Elevator and Standby GENERATOR that will be powering such incase of power failure, the houses that doesn't comply will be evacuated with SEAL Band, pending intervention or obedience to prevailing Law.

ONUICHA is the gateway to Alaigbo and a breath into the State, if kept as it is as Agony of Civilization, then our pysch will remain below Par.

Hence no building shall be approved to be more than 3 Stories in all ramifications.

Just observed that even as we speak, most existing Buildings at Onuicha or Nkpor that were build three stories and have lasted for decades have the Roofs removed and Rods added and more two floors added, without considering that the weight of the New Cements and blocks can weight the Building down, this is where the TC will check the Ministry that approved it and send the person to ebe Ana agwo Ndi Ara.

Any Street with up to 10 Buildings comprising, from 3-5 Stories shall partner with Ministry of WORKS and Tar, German Floor or INTERLOCK the street, that way the value of properties shall appreciate.

All the original mapped places for recreation but turned to Hotels, Residential places and or converted to other things shall return to Status quo without apologies.

Jisinu Ike as we watch the state and looking at the 94 Men commitee for the Inauguration just to make sure that what was presented orally shall be delivered physically.
