I come because in 25 days today, you Prof Charles Soludo will inherit the state as the CEO and like it or not, most people won't judge you fairly if your Governance is retarded by the crippled effect of the Bad Government of the past, the onus will fall on you, though Men like me will be smoking you all the way if you fails to make good on the expectations which is very Huge and sky rocketed by your earlier utterances. 

So I will advise as OUT GOING Special Adviser on Good Governance (SAGG) who is also (UNPAID) and who will naturally serve as PITA (PAIN IN THE ASS) to your Government, that you come clean on ASSETS and INVENTORY as at the handover, because no matter the Milage you added, there must be a drag back and credit may be given to the out going who excelled more on MEDIA Balderash than sightable projects, in his Government..
