A SECURITY MEMO TO OUR SECURITIES written by Mkpisi. 

On this innocent morning, though the atmospheric nature of the Nation is penetrating everybody like Winter without a Jacket or added protective garment, We observed the fearless daring and taunting of our Security Men by drooling boys and mannerless Men that made money the illicit ways, they engage Security as Personal Details, just because the Securities they uses did not activate the duties required of the office which is Spying at them close range. 

They gave them protection from hard prosecutions,it adds certain decree of immunity to the people that supposed to be always on Security X-RAY,as there should be no way Law keepers will be working for Law breakers, it's height of decadence.

If a YAHOO Boy or man desires a Government security, it boost his temerity and down played the acceptance of our National securities which should be acting as Crime strippers and stoppers, what Securities should be doing is to detail the personnel to be REPORTING daily activities of the person to CID attached to his Division. 

Who in turn will be vetting and studying the reports as intelligence overture.

Every morning, a WhatsApp report on who the Client visited, who visited him, the mannerisms of the house hold , record the vehicle numbers that visited and or associated, so those ones can go under the microscope as well. 

In other Clime where Security take pride in executing the Job, they have what they call Moles, infiltrators of organizations or families and report back to offices, and Criminal investigators will investigate and do the needful, that way all Union of crime shall be nipped in the bud, this one our Criminals are asking for protection of the Men they are supposed to fear with passion,it simply show they have no respect for Law and law enforcers.

We always see them on convoy ,at home of Persons with shady Characters, atimes they use them as Servants, making one to wonder,how deep shall we stoop because our economy is Bad ?

If our Securities are working without blemish......... the citizens can compel the Government to increase the welfare of our Securities, starting from Jumbo salaries to insurance, wardrobe, mobility and many other things, including pushing for Subventions for personnels that show zeal and dedication to duties,there should be rewards for professionalism.

knowing we have the money but it's shared to POLITICAL looters and same securities work to secure them instead of investigating them,that trend can change when the hunter became the hunted Prey.

Unless our Securities rise and make self POTENT, if not the belittling shall continue from hands of Street Criminals and Government Viles, but put them under scrutiny which will send them away to prison, that will start restoration of Security pride and start certain amount of dignity in the Nation. 

If any personnel working for individual refuses to submit daily activities and or progression, the personnel should be investigated as accomplice. And if he or she submit falsified report,the personnel should face in house discipline that may include demotion, Sack and imprisonment,as the weight of the case may be. 

But if intels supplied lead to prosecution and recovery of loots,the personnel shall be entitled without questions certain percentage , infact 30% of the recovery which will be a good incentive and will break the temptations of working in favor of violators ,the payment must circumvent offices of the bosses,but direct from FEDERAL accountant general,that way nobody shall divide the spoil or sit on it.

Lets start doing our things right and well ,because what is worth doing, worth doing well.

If truly we want to curb the menace of bastardizing Securities in the State, there should be FRIENDLY oversight on Forces, where Forces in another State will be investigating Sister Forces in other State, and reporting to SPECIAL Section independent of the Approved officer for the detail, that way many Top Officers will be afraid of whatever they are doing, because as it is today in Nigeria, instead of working as Crime Busters, many personnels are Crime promoters and or advocates , but put an Oversight monitors, then the percentage of corruption will dwindle. 

We want a better Future for our children, we must start fighting back corruption, to enable us recreate our Future and have where to stand and turn back the hand of dislocated clock.

On the above Note, our Securities shall be adequately provided for, as they put lives on the line with current empty stomach, most times i wonder how family men within the Forces manage to survive, as salaries won't sustain a family of 2 for 2 weeks , talkless of many that are up to 5 for a Month and we expect them to work wonders ?.

The restructing shall touch both sides, both the services expected from personnels and the welfare empowerment and not some meagre salary adjustment. 

This is our supposedly independent month, we shall start to be independent in our doing.
