The MISSING AIRPORT OF ANAMBRA STATE

I know when they quipped that "SURUGEDE is the dance of the Spirit " ,the likes of COS think that it's Ogu Nne na agbalu Nwa, but the sound truth is that he refused to understand that "Mmiri riri Enyi ka Mbe na awa Ogodo, jua ya, oga awu awu, ka obu Ofufe ?"(The Sea that drown an Elephant is what a Tortoise is tying his Loin cloth at the bank, ask him ,is he going to jump across or fly across?) .

As we are about to start plerims of the second Tenure, and as we need to establish the hurdles and  defines the Deeds of the Government.. So today we will like to have a Time travel.... 

We are about to take off from our ANAMBARA STATE AIRPORT located at UMUERI, a brother Town of AGULERI .

In 2016,The State sent a delegation of  over 30 People that has nothing to add or contribute toward the Airport ,led by the SSG PROF. CHUKWULOBE, they toured Guangzhou and Beijing as if they were shopping for T shirt and not for a highly Technical setting like AIRPORT. 

This I can say is waste of Fund and Journey,there is no use sending SSG who had no Technical knowledge about Aviation with also group of people who know nothing about Airport to go and negotiate for us on an Airport project. 

PETER maybe AKA GUM but he always dot his i and cross his T when it comes to Public funds... He cannot send delegation for such, they won't be more than 3 Experts that he will send , each will be Expert on RUN WAY Fabrication, another AIRPLANE Matters, and last Airport structure. 

Well after the State Delegation went to China Jamboree and came back, we also sponsored Chinese Gardner's who came posing as Investors on October 2017 ,the state was agog as the Government promised to start and finish the AIRPORT in less than 1 Year, so we watched as Ground breaking were televised LIVE as usual on Channels TV, atimes I wonder why we cunningly investing on Channels TV because no Month we don't employ them to run  a Live Show for us and each cost us above 30 Million, a sum that would've gone far in making our own ABS to be Digital and International. 

The State also refuse to patronise even MINAJ or any IGBO owned station, but I digress.. 

The ANAMBARA AIRPORT is suppose to be partnership project including SINO KING HONG KONG, ELITE GROUP , ORIENT PETROLEUM, OSIKE SYNERGY LTD, EMSWORTH OIL AND GAS but unfortunately the Labyrinthal mouse trap called investment attraction is a Fluke .

The Government told us that the AIRPORT will Cost 2Billion UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN DOLLARS, just do the Maths and see how many Trillion Naira they said it will cost. 

The project was awarded as BUILT OPERATE MANAGE and TRANSFER (BOMT), which will be loacted at 1,500 HECTARES OF LAND belonging to UMUERI,which I suspect was a ruse to reduce the Land Mass of UMUERI, so they won't be at Par with the neighbors..  

Now my worries is , last week I wanted to have an Early Morning Flight to Abuja, so I headed to our own ANAMBRA AIRPORT only to discover that the only thing that takes off from there are Birds and Nchi with Mgbada racing unhindered , infact the Ground has not been cleared of the Bush and Thick and menacing Forest , not even one piece of Block is on sight and to crown it all, only the Sign Board measuring about 4 Story building that is on sight with Painted Flight landed on the Bill Board , though we have a Paved Express that led to the Bush which is a waste of Fund as it serves no purpose for now as the project is yet to see light of the day and when it will be remembered , the roads must be so weak and  old because of lack off Use over time. .. Then it will cost a fortune to excavate and start afresh , making me to remember why my old man called "Penny Wise, Pound Foolish ".

As we talk about ANAMBARA AIRPORT,we should remember that Originally it was supposed to be sighted  at OBA during the Era of Mbadinuju , but Legends has it that LUXURIOUS BUS OWNERS conspired to stop it to avoid ime ha Njo ahia, but that's a fat,flat lie and Urban Legend.. 

The truth was that the Topology of OBA is so bad that Airport can't stand on it.

First it is Erosion prone and if we build Airport on it, if planes lands on it within months it will crack, quake and sink, so it was abolished because it was a wrong soil and also Airports should be located out of Town. 

When ORACLE wanted to start this present one at UMUERI, he calculated the cost and discovered  that the Income from such Airport if it enjoys maximum patronage, it will take about 80 Years to cover the cost.... 

Just deduct the fact that under Oracle it would've cost couple of Billions and it was calculated to be recouped in 80 Years, so with this, we will be targeting 800 Years.

OBI reacts on VP

I’m not in politics for position but to contribute in building a better Nigeria — Peter Obi

Former Governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi, has stressed that he is not in politics for position but as a loyal party man to contribute in building a better Nigeria for the benefit of all Nigerians.

Obi made the clarification while responding to media enquiries while attending the 242nd US Independence ceremony yesterday in Ikoyi, Lagos.

Asked to confirm if it is true that he has been chosen as the vice presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the 2019 elections, Obi threw the question back, asking: “Do you choose the vice presidential candidate before the emergence of the presidential candidate?”

When the reporter replied in the negative, the former governor said: “That means that the answer is capital NO. Nobody has discussed that with me. Let me point out that the position of Vice President is not something which one can vie for; it is the prerogative of the candidate, after due consultations with the party, to choose his running mate.

“I am in politics because I want to help in building a better future for Nigerians, especially for our children – we must bequeath them a better country.”

Continuing, Obi, who was days ago rumoured to have emerged as the running mate of PDP frontrunner Atiku Abubakar, said: “Every Nigerian must be concerned about the daily killing in our country. Every Nigerian must be concerned about the high level of insecurity in our country today. Every Nigerian must be concerned about the 10 million children out of school when they are supposed to be in school – considering that education is the most important investment we can make for our children for their future. Every Nigerian must be concerned about the millions of unemployed people, especially youths in their productive age who are unemployed.

“These are my concerns. As I have always said, I would prefer to be an ordinary person in a great country than to be a great man in a failed country.”

Obi also supported the call by the USA Consul General, Mr. Paul Arkwright for Nigerians to embrace mentoring, saying that the same urge to mentor the young ones was one of the reasons for his school apostolate.

Obi extended his condolences to those who lost their loved ones in recent mass deaths in the country, especially in the Plateau massacre and Thursday evening’s traffic inferno in the Berger area of Lagos. He appealed to government at all levels to rise up to the challenge of securing the life and property of all Nigerians “since the primary duty of government is to secure the lives of the citizens.”

Saturday Political lenses in the midst of Senseless pursuit by Mazi Odera POg 30/06/18

Was it not Ukwa Achinaka Ona Agba from NNOKWA that said "A Fool always see through the Anus, the Eyes on his face is just a decoration " ?.

As I was rounding off my morning jogging from Ugwu Nwasike, I saw Paulina Ukwu Nnu coming down from her Husband's Bike and on seeing me, She hissed a high one, spat in general direction and it was so vexed with venom that splinters of the acidic spit brushed off my cheek, but since I have learn the lesson of "Iteta ula na ututu Okuko chuba gi oso, gbaba maka na imaro na opuru eze na abani "(At the wake of a dawn, a Chick started coming after you, simply run because she might have grown teeth in her dream) and that gave meaning to the saying "Dike ezeghi eze ,obulu ntashi nmeyi "(If a warrior refuses to dodge a machete attack, he will have bleeding moment as result). 

I allowed her to finish the periodic outburst, calm down to a reasonable extent, then said in a resignation tone "POg, you and PETER OBI has killed us in this state " ,I pursued that line in my mind to understand where she is coming from but I came out empty, so I ask her,,, 

How , and can you elaborate please!!!,, 

She said, I was on my own minding my business in 2013, choosing a different candidate for continuity after the tenure of OKWUTE, but you and PETER started marketing OBIANO as a talented Banker, as a man who will walk in the Shoes of OKWUTE, then I joined millions of others to believe you and now what do we get? 

I am not talking about the bad Governance or the squandemania, the Agulerisation of the workforce, but what brings me to tear is that this my OKADA that I bought under OKWUTE is what your Governor swear that I won't use again to help and put food on my children table, even though none of their child will ever enter Bike talkless of patronizing mine, after all the children are all living outside the shores off this Nation ,a Country in Limbo,,, , but my family  depends on this to make ends meet. 

Is this the promises made to us?

Is this the missing LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTION that has been replaced with LIFE LONG CARE TAKER in the state?

As if that is not enough punishment to us for voting him in after the first dismal display, now as I speak We, my 5 Children, Husband are all living at any Uncompleted Building available because the same Government pulled down our house saying it was a Shanty and they did not provide for us alternative.

Whack, twark, zammm is all I heard and it was on my right ear and it was ringing, when I recovered , I observed that it was group of Men with Helmet that contributed those slaps for me, just because I was trying to defend the Government with what they provided as excuse ,that made this OKADA Riders tuolum Utu ola (contribute Slaps for me).

Now, questions started flying at me as if I am holding brief for the Government, one question that bothers me is when one ask me... Why didn't he ban or pull down houses  in AGULERI? 

Why not at Abagana, OGBUNIKE and all those places his Kitchen cabinet comes from, at least to show that Charity begins at home, but those places are secured out from the Ban and pulling down.. 

Well, I simply ran like Jaguar and let them be, as I was breathing high and out of gas ,I heard OGENE OSUMENYI asking me "Is it true that EBONYI LAW MAKERS are at DAGA drawn with ANAMBARA STATE over the Change of name of ABAKILIKI street in OKA" ..

I said to him, yes and that is just the beginning because they gave the Government 7 Days Ultimatum to reverse the change and keep the name where it was or ani amia anyi na fa amia (The ground will be slippery between both state) . 

As you know, ABAKILIKI Street has been located where it was for a very long time and then it was a slum but now that development has catch up with it, the Governor said that ABAKILIKI is so backward to be named after such development in Anambra Capital, so he changed the name to CLUB ROAD and gave ABAKILIKI to another befitting Slum, and the people of EBONYI is not finding it funny, so they draw line on the sand and wants to retaliate, which I can bet will snowball into a fight that will Mar the South East, make ANAMBARA to loose lots of investment in other places and may result in eribe ma afo ejuna, but as we speak the Governor is in Austria.

Somebody should call him and give him the series of bad news happening since he is away, such as on Thursday heavy rain swept cars and lives away at Upper Iweka ONUICHA but the Chief of Staff and the Governor is not on seat to attend to emergency matters. 

On Friday, the Revenue Touts of the Government went to Main market and while trying to create superiority complex, I read that two souls were wasted but the Governor and Chief of Staff are all in Austria having good time.

Do not ask me what he went to Austria to do because I will honestly say.. EKWERE KWOWA GI ONU... you know it, I know it and even our Epileptic House of Ashamebly know it that Austria has nothing to offer us or offer anybody, after all my old man said "Ohabu onye akojugho mbubo ya, ozaba Eze Ji "(You can't be called King Of Farming if you did not Farm your entire land). 

I have been to Austria just on sight seeing Vacation, and I also researched them to know if there is any hidden attractions and found none, so nobody should ask me what my Governor went there to do, but what makes it funny is that the Chief of Staff also traveled with him, so you wonder what is the business of Chief of Staff with that foreign travel? 

Is he not suppose to be back here looking after the staff and monitoring activities of the staff? 

Now that the Governor is gone for 3 Days with his Chief of Staff ,it shows that odika obu egwu Onwa ka aputara , but moving on.. 

Ikedinobi asked me, how can one get those JAPANESE BUSES they said will replace OKADA that they Ban just to force on us the new Side Business disguised as Help? 

I refused to talk because INNOSON MOTORS can make such Cars at far cheaper rate and that would've place our money within the State and benefit the state through taxes and turn over demand and supply from the money that evolves from that transaction.. 

Well the money was exported to Japan, so nobody can peg a price at the actual cost of the Buses and now somebody wants me to be part of that Charade? 

Mine is, the OKADA BAN will be a Traumatic experience we can't forget in a hurry. 

It will traumatize NNEWI Machine parts market.. 

It will restrict movement around town and getting to any place on time will become ONCE UPON A TIME.. 

It will multiply the Crime rate in the state. 

OGBUOTOBO now ask me, Bia enyia, what is it with PETER OBI sef? 

He said he is not ATIKU Vice, but we know he wants to be, so what gives? 

Before I answer, he said what does HE  actually want, since he is yet to declare for President or anything... 

I dropped my handkerchief on my lap, bend my neck to the left and I answered.. 

Let me ask you OGBUOTOBO, who is the PDP CANDIDATE as we speak? 

He opened his mouth and shut it, then he said at least ATIKU has declared ..

And I said, he declared right, who else has declared? 

Then I stopped him from trying because I explained, we have more than 5 AWUSA ASPIRANTS ,and all are MUSLIMS but NONE has been giving the party Ticket .

As we speak PDP has no CANDIDATE and for sure all the people parading now are from the North, but none has shown that they are different from the present Government,religion aside, which of them has a pedigree that can be used as campaign leveler? .. 

None has openly condemned the atrocities in the land including the aggressive massacres, none has promised to stop that carnage.. 

I am not comfortable with Change BUHARI,, but change him with what? 

We cried CHANGE JONATHAN and now we have seen how we changed him and how it made us realize our foolish pursuit.. So next change must be defined and can be seen as Change that will make a Change.. 

Sure PDP said they will Zone Ticket to the North but that was before the new trend of killing human inplace of Cow ,same Cow that are Sold to human for our use as source of Meat and protein, if they have so much love on Cow,, they wouldn't have turned them to SUYA,, PDP romancing power to the same North is a big concern ,especially now that the nation is living in trepidation.

I can tell you that PDP PRIMARIES is still not here and if PDP as a Party wants to take back the power, they don't need parochial interest, they won't get it by changing a Bad Government with people who do not have a shinning legacy, if PDP or any party wants to win the election, not just winning but doing well, creating and restoring the glory of the Nation,   read my Lips, they simply need  PETER GREGORY OBI  or somebody who they can show the world that has a better record than PETER who creates oasis in the dessert and I MAZI ODERA POg is part of Nigerians that want the best for the Nation and because I have looked at the Nation and see the Hopelessness of it,, I make bold to say that..

 I STAND WITH PETER GREGORY OBI, OKWUTE NDIGBO, IJELE SOUTH EAST as the NEXT PRESIDENT, if PDP do not want a Man who will redeem, any party that knows the worth of greatness will have him and like him or not, the God in Heaven has sighted and signed him as the President because the cries and agony of the Nation has reached the ears of the Almighty God. 

I watched one TV Series called BRAGGING RIGHT,,,,,  I have bragging right on restoration of NIGERIAN sanity, economic revival, peace and harmony, living a good and actual life and being proud once again to say "I AM A NIGERIAN ".

My bragging is not on Party because all of them are same thing, it is not based on tribe for many people were born with Mixed Sperm, but my bragging is based on what PETER did in Anambra state ,which can be said before his intervention  to be worst than current NIGERIA, but he not only reset, restore, revive and recreate.. He simply gave the state a New life and New lease and while we talk about it, he left behind over 86Billion Naira for the state, whereas other Governors that left such amount was as a Debt.. 

Any IGBO person that did not see the similarities in pattern between the Tribe that love the smell of Christian blood,, that person is either with mixed DNA or a lost relation to JUDAS ISCARIOT and what the person want is 12 Pieces of Silver... I am off to the Beach to ask the gods why so much dead this year in Nigeria!!!! 

Is it human sacrifice for incoming elections or just that Nigerians are more careless this days? 

Obi speaking to Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council

After speaking engagements  in the UK and the USA,  Mr. Peter Obi just returned to the country this morning straight into the waiting hands of the  Chief Executive of Commonwealth Enterprises and Investment Council, Mr. Richard Burge. 

He is presently  addressing  the Council in Eko Hotel, Lagos. The audience, as if transfixed, is listening as he plays chess with facts and figures - raising  them up, throwing them on the air, playing acrobatics with them and, as usual, will surely and calmly set them on their feet again.

Included among the audience are the Nigerian Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry, Mr. Okey Enelamah; British High Commissioner to Nigeria, HE Paul Arkwright; Alhaji Aliko Dangote; the Mayor of London, Charles Bowman; Alhaji Alakija, among many others. 

Determined to serve the menu to you  hot and sizzling, I have included part of the video  and pictures in this post.

Vice President OKWUTE reacts

Stop Dropping Obi's name as VP candidate - aide

The Special Adviser to the former Governor of Anambra State has reacted to the news trending in the media that his boss, Mr. Peter Obi is the Vice Presidential candidate to Alhaji Abukakar Atiku.

In a release made available to the media, Mr. Valentine Obienyem  dismissed the news as mere speculation.

In Obienyem's words: " When I read the news in the papers and on social media, knowing fully that no presidential candidate has discussed such issue with him otherwise I should have known. When I saw the news, I exclaimed, 'who is the author of this mischief?' I immediately brought the news to the attention of my boss who is rounding up his speaking engagements in U.K. and the USA and he was equally surprised  that such speculation should be on at this time, when the pre-occupation of all Nigerians should be how to end the killings in parts of the country and return the country back to sanity."

Obienyem appealed to Nigerians to disregard the news, and call on news media to verify all news, even those created in  their imaginations before allowing them free reign.

He said what preoccupied PDP now was rebranding and producing a formidable flagbeaer not who would be running mate.

Obienyem, who commended the writer for  at least recognizing What he called Obi's superlative performance as the Governor of Anambra in all areas, especially setting the record as the only Governor that left over 75billion Naira in savings at handover and winning the best governor in financial management and provision of infrastructure.

Onye Melu NDIGBO ifeaaaaaaa?

After having a healthy free breakfast at Gwarimpa Abuja, as I was relaxing my back on the Bed with innocent mind and nothing sinister on Chest, then suddenly the sound of Truck Tires Screamed as it came to auto stop, then the flat sound of the Car buzzed a silent stop, then Boots landing as Men with heavy breath jumped down from the Truck and many racing up the stairs and I was not just confused , but startled,,,,,,,,

What melted my mouth, shrink the size of my ego, set my adrenaline higher by 480/KPH is when my host shouted "Run, Run he has come back from Sambisa unexpected "....i did not wait to get all the details, I did not wait to access the safety channels ,what I did was what OGINI said to the children "Kama ochi ga achi ozu ya na ite ofe agadi Nwayi, ya chia uzo ya na Dimta siri welu gbaa oso "(instead of people laughing at his corpse which will serve as meat in the soup pot of an old woman, it's better that people laugh at the route he ran an escape from hunter). 

 When I jumped out from the window of the 1st Floor facing that dreaded Bush, I wasn't worried about Cobra or Lion for that will be subject of "Need to know " comparing with the raging monsters bouncing up the stairs at the wake of Boss who just came back from Sambisa still clutching the VARIETY of Guns meant for terrorist which may depend on interpretation of the shooter. 

As I landed in the middle of the escape route, that was when I discovered that it was a Valley and the Hissing sound from under, I can bet is not Twitter that is playing but a mixture of Anaconda ,Boars, Cobra and or Rattle Snakes but in such situation, the best arrangement is Voom, after all Voom is better during Police raid than to explain with "I know follow ".

So I simply draw the ANUKIFUFE tied with a Collar on my Neck and that's how I landed at MILIKEN HILL, and the inglorious laughter from OTUA OGBAJIE and UGOGBUZUE made me to know that shame is part one of Heart attack, so as I was getting ready to use my acidic tongue to have a duel, ANUKIFUFE said to me "POg, we are not worried about your escapade but we are worried that your people are still dumb and they deserve no mercy ",,so I took  a breather and I ask him to explain and he said "Why do your people still run around and projecting another Fulani to replace another Fulani that sees nothing useful good in your tribe? ".

Now, I know and understand where he is coming from, but the answers is not within my strength, so I paused ,looked into the horizon, gazed at the Sun and uttered in absolute submission,, I DO NOT KNOW FOR REAL..... then Nkwuo ikiri, landed at the  CAPITAL OF AKPUOLA GI, so I can look at those statues and get inspired.. 

When I looked at all the statues erected by His Exiled, sorry I wanted to say Excellency and this Device refuses to add such honor to dishonorable clown but moving on, so I wanted to ask but nobody around, so I simply ask the Air, perhaps they will take it far and wide and also bring me whispered answers.. 

1) Have any of this improvised would be a replacement to Baba said anything condemning the atrocities of the HERDSMEN ,the Blood lettings ? 

2)Have any of them stand boldly and demand to know what the President is doing to bring the culprits to a Prison book? 

3) Have we seen any of them visit the ugly sites and promise that under his Government that the dastartedly act will be wiped out? 

4)I want to hear any of them tell us how he is going to turn the Herdsmen and the Cattle into a Ranched incorporation or how they will make lives worth living. 

I think the hour has come for us to ask anybody pandering manifesto of CHANGE to give us details of the brand and kind of Change they have in mind, so that it won't be like how we changed Good Luck to THIS LUCK. 

I am not party to changing my life position from being a Gateman to GM which is same thing with different name. 

My worries is, who will create a better environment for life to worth living again in Nigeria and who will commit to rest any militating group that contribute to all this blood letting in Nigeria. 

Finally, I appeal once again for us to look before we leap for once beating, twice shy... 

I am off but on with heavy thoughts on my mind on Onye melu ndi be anyi amaghi ifeaaaaaaa.. 

The Weakness of IGBO Race

NDIGBO, Little wonder we are despised, humiliated, intimidated, violated and vilified and we walk away and around like acute Zombies, giving impetus to those who humiliates us as a game to carry on because there is no consequence to such here or later . 

Our only Resourceful Senator in the Senate, the one with Voice, the one with Balls, the man who sat under the great Ugoro tree, eat the seed and spit out a loud TUFIAKWA and face the tree with absolute disdain and shouted  "ina enu ajo ilu "(You are extremely bitter).  

This is a man who stood on Senatorial podium and made a declaration that the Presidency are below expectations and should man up, that was while other SINATORS were busy doodling and fantasising on how to continue  representing their Wallets instead of the District that sent them to represent them. 

Suddenly he was arrested by DSS while he was having a hair Cut in a Salon right there in ABUJA , unlike other SINATORS who will import barbers from afar who will come to the comfort of their home or hotel room and offer them same 

service, while at it, the DSS came and arrest him without respect to the mantle he is carrying, not minding that he is a serving on the greatest Arm of the Government, a Legislative band, the highest Legislative echelon. 

I do not know the powers vested on DSS but I know they are more educated than other forces giving interpretation that they should know that such a man ,a serving Senator of the Federal Government of Nigeria should have been invited officially or a visit to his house for discussion should suffice , though he may have been viewed with the jaundiced goggle of he being an IGBO MAN, so his office and position doesn't matter yet the slight was for the office he held and not his Tribe or tongue.  

The Judge sitting on his case said that he never ask for him to be arrested, he said that DSS is not even a party to the case, so that begs for what actually is his crime? 

The sorrowful part is that, not even one IGBO Senator went to DSS to ask questions, none went to Court with him in solidarity, none issued Press release condemning the  desecration of the RED CHAMBER. 

This are same bunch of men who stood behind Saraki during his travail, stood with DINO MELAYE but now on our own Son they all become oka nma na ezi .

Then how about our Governors and Government of South East?

If our Senator can be this disrespected, how do we expect the average IGBO person to be treated? 

Once during the tenure of PETER THE ROCK, we use to have what is called and known as LEAGUE OF ANAMBARA  PROFESSIONALS (LAP),they see self as the Elites and selected Class that makes the difference, but after they wrote to Gov Willie Obiano who also is a member to ascertain how much was the actual sum PETER GREGORY OBI  handed to him during the period when it was politicalized and denial masked with lots of speaking in tongues , when he did not pay them mind, they all went home sucking thumb and hibernating as if Cat caught their tongues, which brings me to the question, can't NDIGBO raise such Voices that will be speaking fire and holding brief for Odinma NDIGBO?

Yes, it's another Monday morning and beginning of another week and that brings a hope na Ositadimma odibalu gboo... 

My State moving from grace , then slipping right after the slope and a stictch in time saves nine as they say , but that can only work if we adhere to Onye agwalu kwe, agwaya Ozo (When an advice is taking, acted upon, then another will suffice ) .

The Present problem suffocating my state ANAMBARA is when we took a Nurse and made him the Chief of Staff(imagine one who never handled even one staff to become Chief of Numerous staff, that means APITI ga agbagbu ewu)  then tactically reduced the SECRETARY OF THE GOVERNMENT to a ceremonial surrogate that does nothing, then almost all the Productive powers in Government were given to a Nurse, definitely the confusion and administrative errors will become overwhelming ,then for him to cover him errors, he will use others errors to cover open committed errors, but that's the pains one inherit from making a grievous choice. 

My Worries is why all other parties are so redundant and voiceless in the state over the usage of appointments to rule over LOCAL GOVERNMENT and the FUNDING? Even the appointment did not follow laid down procedures, as Caretaker committee are not supposed to become the NORM but it has in my state (it's a three months term limit and 6 months maximum) , emesia asi APC sikwa,, osiro.. Kam nnukwa piakam.. 

I remembered that OBATA OSU used to bark about Local Government election but since he was given a gift that was taking from the progressive part and place on his tight which is the greatest mistake since Independent of Nigeria, he seems to have eating the tainted pie of see no Evil and speak no Evil. 

Local Government funding that comes from FEDERAL GOVERNMENT should be managed by elected officials not appointed, because with appointed officials, they are given pittiances and mandated to sign off memos that will bury and retire the fund. 

Now where it makes one to puke is that other parties including PDP, APC, KOWA and the likes are not heading to Courts to demand fair play because they may have eating the poisoned CHALICE . 

They are not ringing the BELLS of EFCC and ICPC asking them to investigate how can they sleep when democracy has been retired in the state. 

OK, how about other Humanitarian organizations in the state, won't they raise a voice and demand to know where is the Local Government funding and investigate any memo that retired it? 

Well, my own is I am worried that the Government having a NURSE as COS is a disaster, but not the kind of disaster that goes around , because the one that follows this one is like HIROSHIMA and Nagasaki. 

The only thing I will add again is this..when a man is appointed just because he shows you where your enemy bury the proceeds of the loot, be rest assured that you will be the next Victim if he seeks a higher favor or if the laws wants to put a Silver Bracelet on his wrist, he will not only show them where you buried yours but will will also show them the one hung on the air and having said the above, I am off but on. 

Bring back our Senses as in Football

Imagine Nigerians, bunch of Clowns ,but thanks to Football by Mazi Odera POg 24/06/18

Just when I came out from the OZER ROOM, sweating and in dire need of fresh air, that was when I noticed that UGO EBE NA AJA of NDONI KINGDOM  and SARKIN KOWA were sitting at the living room, watching World Cup and drinking Cold bottle of NKWU ENU I brought from UFUMA, even though UFUMA don't know how to tap it very well. 

I  grab a local IKO NKWU and went straight to the ITE OTU storing the drink and take a full measure, gulp it down in one swoop then refill the cup which I carried to my Seat for a good measure . 

Then I ask SARKIN KOWA the deity of Local Politics in Sokoto,  how he think that MUSA a Muslim is playing with Christians on same field, dressing in same Room, praying for success at same time and hugging as friends in the public view ? .

How come this Youths had an indivisible boldness, a United purpose to play as a Team and win for a Nation for just a CUP that won't fetch what our Polithiefians share per sitting? 

How come this Boy's did not discriminate nor play a divide, such as when a Christian gets the ball, he will pass to Christian and Muslim to Muslim? 

"Kai Fen af gwad, dis one is putbolu and Ip de no flay it like a team wahali, dem go  commot one time ". 

Paraphrasing  ( Kai, Pen of God this is Football and if they do not play it as a team, Walahi, they will be knocked out). 

Now it gets me thinking, so in this Nation we have something that bars and bury our Tribal differences so we can get a result that we all will celebrate?.

So there is something that will not segregate the Christians and Muslims? 

So this Three Mischievous Tribes can agree on something with a purpose of winning?... Moving on....  

Fine, now we all celebrated the Superlative skill and Ball sense of Musa (I suspect that guy has something to do with my Kinsman that has lived in the North for Decades, the man's name is DONATUS and he has a striking resemblance with Musa) , we celebrated his TELEVISION GOALS that made Messi to develop BP thinking of how this Football super players from Nigeria, a Nation that is on recession  will send Argentina home. 

That takes me back home to why we can't use same sense and choose the best Team that will make our life and economy better? 

So far we have bunch of men who has been playing our Political Football since 1977 ,the same set of players from OBASANJO, BUHARI, ATIKU, KINGIBE, since then it is either they have no idea how to move the Nation forward or they are too old to try it. 

In Football, any player that is aged will simply get out and allow others to carry on, the likes of CHRISTIAN CHUKWU, OKALA, TIJANI BABANGIDA, BAWA LAWAL, JAY JAY the Wizard of Football, KANU Papilo Nwankwo, all are retired and making room for brand new Boys that are making us proud. 

Why can't we retire all this great Grand Fathers and have a new squad to play for us with same Spirit obtained in Football? 

Do we think that if what we have in Russia are tired legs like we have in Politics back home, that they will have the spirit to spank ICELAND? .

Sorry they would've been so awed ,that they would have asked ICELAND to lend us Football ,same way they are begging Nations to lend us money, the Nations they beg today, were beggars while we boast in 70S that Nigerian problem is not money but how to spend it .

We have our priorities so bad and sad that under same people ,Obasanjo the Head of state, BUHARI the Secretary of Petroleum and all this Actors that still rule our lives, the same people who decides if we live, eat or die, same people who started leading us into COUP and Counter Coup and later into GENOCIDAL WAR that ravaged the nation and set us back 50 Years and counting. 

Then in 70s they decided that the evil of 1967-1970 is not enough,the blood letting, the puverization of fellow Black Brothers with armaments supplied by same people who brought us Religion and promised us that what they brought is safeest way to Heaven and they used death spewed from Barrels of Guns to knock our Fathers into total submission, then those that refused even at the threat of annihilation were taking with fetters of Iron and sold as Slaves, especially those that survived the High sea and Sea sickness.

 It never occurred to us to say, even if in conflict let's settle it Black people way, which is to wrestle and settle score with shear strength and muscles and that seldom lead to loss of life but loss of prestige.

No we rather accepted the gift called Guns and it laid Us to waste, that's the raiders sorry the leaders that we still trust our future in their hands, despite the glaring testimony that they have nothing good to offer any longer, same way tired Footballers had nothing to offer anymore in competative Football, but moving back on.... they decided and brought all the Blood Sucking gods from all deadly places in AFRICAN forest to Nigeria in a feast and fiesta and call it FESTAC (FESTIVAL OF AFRICAN CULTURE), the demons that came into Nigeria then refused to go back home and as we speak ,we still live under that bondage without hope of coming out of it ,yet the Youths did not see reasons to say.. 

ENOUGH WITH FOREFATHERS or in a Euphemistic fashion, we should call them ANCESTORS !!!!.

if we can select the best to play for us in Global round leather competition, I see no reason why all AWUSA YOUTHS,YOROBA YOUTHS and IGBO YOUTHS with the other minority Tribes will not come together and with one Voice agree that Enough of this Diabolic choice of OCTOGENARIANS and also Perish the idea of ZONING our life to Zonal leadership. 

It's time we select the Best and only the best, if that will make our future lies in the hand of a particular state, so be it because I have never seen where hunger and Poverty demands for Tribe before it will hook or pay you. 

We can't always act as people under ancestral curses and because I am going to worship with the ALMIGHTY who gave me the Pen,, I am going to stop right now with a quote from a Man whose head the cap fits, he querried and I provide "NIGERIANS, ARE WE CURSED or WE ARE THE CAUSE? ".

ABAKILIKI is a Slum by Anambra state Government

Renaming of ABAKILIKI street, A bad Vibe by Mazi Odera POg 23/06/18

I was against the renaming of ABAKILIKI street in OKA the Capital of ANAMBARA State, but what makes me more angry is now the epileptic defense of the Government on it . 

In a knee jerk reaction of the Government, which was signed by the CPS and I quote 

"ABAKILIKI STREET STILL EXISTS IN AWKA.

The Chairman of Awka South Local Government Area, Mr Leo Nwuba has confirmed that contrary to the recent uproar in the media over the renaming of Abakaliki Street in Awka, the Awka Capital City had long designated another street to be named Abakaliki Street within the Capital City.

The new Abakaliki Street runs from Club Road, across Queen Suites to Enugu-Onitsha Expressway at the Parktonia Hotel end of the road. The street has clear signs identifying it as Abakaliki Street on both ends.

Mr Nwuba expressed surprise that there was no attempt to balance the story of the renaming of the street with the announcement that another street had been also renamed as Abakaliki Street.

Explaining that the renaming of the former Abakaliki Street as ‘Club Road’ was part of the on-going efforts to interpret the Awka City Master Plan, the Council Chairman revealed that the plan was being tweaked to fit things into their proper places.

 Mr Nwuba expressed shock that anyone could have read a malicious meaning into the renaming of the street and quickly dismissed the speculation that it was an attempt to discriminate against anyone as false.

Throwing more light on the development, Mr James Eze, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Anambra regretted that the renaming of the street had been given a wrong interpretation by some people.

"Governor Obiano is the last man to put down a fellow human being let alone his own Igbo brothers. It is totally inconceivable that anyone could assume that the renaming of Abakaliki Street was done with an intention to spite anyone. The question to ask is, to what purpose, really?” queried Mr Eze.

According to him, "Governor Obiano has always been clear about what he wants to do about the new Awka Capital City. The former Abakaliki Street and the surrounding area have been designated as the entertainment hub of the city. That is where you have the largest concentration of entertainment hangouts. It is also a part of the city that never sleeps. We have a 24 hours life there. Government has provided adequate security, streetlights, road markings and everything that would encourage a 24 hours life in that axis. That district is gradually evolving into what might be called the Las Vegas of Nigeria especially on Friday nights,” Eze further explained.

He revealed that when there was an effort to rename the old Abakaliki Street as ‘Willie Obiano Avenue', the Governor had quickly turned it down because he wanted the streets within that entertainment circuit to bear names that reflect the offerings of the area.

"He is meticulous about what should be where. That is why he has mapped out an area that would be known as the Central Business District within the capital. Other areas are also being carved out and properly designated. So, there is really no such thing as an attempt to discriminate against anyone in Governor Obiano’s plan.

To underscore Governor Obiano's openness to all, Mr Eze explained that recently, the Governor announced that he had set aside the sum of N765m for commercial motorcyclists in the state to enable them replace their motorcycles with shuttle buses following the policy to restrict them from operating in Awka and Onitsha respectively.

"The beneficiaries of this loan are indigenes of the five states in the South East, Delta and Kogi State who are mostly involved in the motorcycle transport business in Anambra State. This kind of initiative cannot come from a governor who has any intention to discriminate against people,” Eze further explained. 

He wondered why anyone would associate Governor Obiano with discrimination of any type, pointing out that "Governor Obiano has always maintained the posture of a modern Nigerian leader who treats every citizen with equal respect and dignity.”

ANAMBARA State Government is Interpreting the State master plan and to them the Street has grown now with STREET LIGHT, SO MANY CLUBS and a good night life that it called LAS VEGAS of AFRICA,,, well the state think that EBONYI is so backward that they should be consigned to another slum,.

Yes, they remove ABAKILIKI from developed area and shift it, sorry shove it to another slum, in other words, ABAKILIKI as a Town and interpretation is not good enough to be seen where there is electricity, street light or Club.

Maybe because expensive wine are been sold in those Clubs instead of Kai Kai and TOMBO, that may have informed the new interpretation that move ABAKILIKI away from developed part to under developed, which is a clear message that EBONYI is not fit to feature in ANAMBRA STATE CAPITAL, and the message is terrifying to say the least. 

I do not even want to interpret the Import of KEKE that will replace OKADA, how can I make argument that we want to use few numbers of KEKE to replace Thousand of  OKADA and push millions of Riders into Labour market, well even OKADA UNION endorsed and work for Akpokue second Term, so they got what they paid for, my main concern is the packaged insult against EBONYI as a state and ABAKILIKI as Slum that doesn't belong. 

No matter what plans they have for the Capital, that street were named ABAKILIKI when it was a no go area, when the road was impassable, when few houses can be sighted there, that was when they opened the first Bar called GAGA LOUNGE then out of Frustration and want , another one was opened called H20 or CAR WASH and later COFI,, all this while , the street was a slum and known as ABAKILIKI Street, maybe because it was a Slum we did not interpret it , but now that the place has taking another turn with connecting road to Ngozika Estate the Government has interpreted it as higher and worthier than ABAKILIKI of EBONYI STATE. 

Like it or not,, interpret it or not, there is no reason whatsoever to change the name, had it been it was named after any town in Anambra state, there is nothing there to raise Eye brow but the only street named after a Town in another state and a sister state and we changed it, then reluctantly put a sign post to another insignificant street is a slap and my hands are not there. 

Having said that, I do not want to talk about this OKADA ban again, I have made my appeal because I care, but I will be here when it will happen, when crime in the state will reach crescendo and then even when we unban OKADA, it won't make any more sense, only then shall I relocate to EBONYI STATE and enjoy my retirement in peace.

My Governor ,when my Oldman said "anuta akara Eze, odika Eze  agwolu anumanu "(When informations are timely passed to the King, it will look as if the King is a Wizard of Information) ,

Even though we have House of Assembly that needs another orientation, upgrade and spiritual Slaps to make them wake up and understand the responsibility impeded in them. 

Some Don't even know the duties of a House member, they think it's to get paid, Wardrobe allowance, House allowance, Furniture allowance, Kitchen allowance and NKUKPOLI ALLOWANCE. 

 One day I will come and interview some of them, I know that many will disappear from the house and if I visit their house, they will migrate to KOGI, but I digress..

Look at it this way, those people whose C of O should be quarantined will bring in so much Fire work that we may think we have another post Mbadinuju Era.

I also will not talk about all the Lands allocated to Civil Servants at official rate by past Regime that was annulled and given to current people in Government , I will simply say what the gods ask me to say "iko onye Ji ama, ka aga Eji manyere ya "(The measure one uses, shall be used to the person in return) .

His Excellency Sir, kindly ask them to show you the BOOK of SA and SSA, as we speak they are more than all theTraders in MAIN MARKET put together, I lost count and I think they still have more Letters to distribute, infact the Monthly Salary of the SA and SSA will comfortably build Brand New SCHOOL in 50 Towns per Month. 

The numbers are just too much and added no solution but confusion.

What makes me angry is that our people so much emulate Western repulsive traditions ,ways of life that is nauseating, Marriages that last as long as what engine oil last in a Car, but when it comes to positive events and solutions, we tuck tail. 

We have taking from them Tattoo, we borrowed White Wedding from them whereas they refused to have our own IGBA NKWU NWANYI which is the most authentic. 

We borrowed funny accent and funny lives, Including our women measuring NADIKE OGBOGU with Men against the culture that worked with our Mothers and Fathers that made them to stay married till death do them part, though most time the Man is the first to go, but moving on.. 

Now our wives with Attachment borrowed from one HIV PATIENT, CANCER PATIENTS, LUKEMIA PATIENT, ACCIDENT PATIENT and DIVORCED PERSON, the Hairs with all the Lice and afflictions will be exported to us and our daughters and wives will add them to the head, every 3 Minutes they Will hitting thier head with measured slaps just to get rid of the irritation, but common sense will not tell them that they should get rid of that burden. 

They also borrowed, Eye lashes, Fake Buttocks, and some  buy Used Bra which they do not know if the person that used it has Breast cancer. 

Our Men borrowed Premier League and now borrowed POOL, which ruined most of Fathers way back, but now they renamed it BETNAIJA, NAIJABET, BETFOOTBALL and all those funny MMM name.

What is making me angry is that, we refused to see reason to borrow a unique event like OSCAR AWARD for our Movie stars.... 

Now my heart was glad that finally the Cream of NIGERIAN MOVIE AWARD has been born, birthed and will showcase in Nigeria, not like Big Brother NAIJA that felt Nigeria is so archiac that they move what they call Big Brother NAIJA to South Africa and make our people to pay for it by SMS. 

The NIGERIAN OSCAR VERSION titled FACE OF NOLLYWOOD is packed by ICONS OF NOLLYWOOD for NOLLYWOOD and the cream of it all is the FACE OF NOLLYWOOD. 

i was waiting to see BANKS brace this with fierce support and promotion, but whosaiiiiii... 

I was waiting for our Government to aide them but what I see is Lagos STATE Government advertising for the Governor in LONDON BUSES and I know that even Queen Elizabeth will confirm that we have very Lazy Youths back home, because if that ever happen in LONDON, the youths will remove the person the next day. 

Big Corporations in Nigeria should come out and stand with this Noble event, to bring back glamour to our Nation. 

This award will also help to bring out the best in our actors and actresses, not this sudden buy 1 get 3 untalented irritants that parade as Actors. 

Nigerian Men,Ladies ,Youths should use this to replace that Porn we call BBN, this one is ours and it projects and protect our Culture and children.

As I was coming back from Nke Ndi Nnam Ochie I saw that Sleek White Benz with Golden Wheel,  packed inside the primary School Compound located at UMUNZE under Mango tree , then I knew that he must have sneaked into nke NWANYI Ajadu, so I packed waiting to catch him red handed, the Camera of my Phone was active with infrared and the Shutting sound was off, so that I will make a stealth snap shot . 

Ka ifu ka mmadu si araputa onwe ya (See as one dug his own dungeon) , that may be why Osadebe said "Dimta na ede Nchi, odudu na ede Mkpuru amu Dimta "(While the Hunter is aiming at the Grass Cutter, the Lemon Grass is aiming at his balls). 

As I came out of the Car and was asking the Ajadu living next door, where the owner of that Car went, as she was explaining to me with gesticulations and at a very close range , that was the exact moment he came out from no where and shouted "Pog ogini ka ina acho na nke Ajadu by this ungodly time of the night? " ..

How can I explain to him that I was only trying to catch him in bad action, but he is the one that caught me in a very bad light, so I opened my mouth to explain but the tongue went to sleep and in anger, I decided na etum ori nwuyem, ezuem Nnekwu (if they accuse me of stealing a Chick, I will rather steal A Hen),,

The state had no Government house, no state house, no Governor's Lodge, no state Secretariat, so he was facing a situation that is worse than SOMALIA and LIBERIA in the heat of it, but owing to his calm nature, he worked round the clock,mostly with Empty stomach and which I cannot tell if he is saving money from avoiding  eating or because he had no time but that is discussion for another day, but the issue is that he rescued the accursed State. 

He gave us back our freedom from the looters, he gave us hope, he bring back education that left the state long ago and many of our Youths bido ichu ego like mad. 

Then our schools started beating and breaking records, we confiscated all the first positions from NECO, WAEC, JAMB, GCE and anything academics ANAMBARA will Jump in and whoop others and come see me, I started prancing about boasting that ANAMBARA is Best of the best. 

After changing us right ,he restored our Joy and also put a shine in our psych and we became LIGHT OF THE NATION,  original we were known and address as "HOME FOR ALL CRIMINALS ",well he tactically curbed crime and then drastically swept them away after he erected PERIMETER FENCE AT ARMY BARRACKS in ONUICHA. 

Now the gods ask me, what do I have to say about the man that will bless ,rescue, restore and revive the Nation? 

I wanted to ask them to eat SHIT because they know it, the people of Nigeria know it and even NDI OCHA can attest to it that, for now there is no former, ex, current Leader or Politician that can look at PETER OBI,S leadership quality and say he will challenge it, because ohabu araghi esibe (You cant measure height with one who is Taller than you with about 4 Feet). 

Actually, like him or hate him, like how I place him or hate it, but if you have ever speaking truth to yourself, you should  agree with me that.. IF PETER OBI is a Car, he will be 2020 FERARI. 

if he is Town, he will be OKA ETITI, the most blessed Town on Earth. 

If he is  a NATION, THEN HE is AMERICA and Europe join together .

If he is President, then he is PETER OBI the OBIMETRICS. 

Taking me back to the Political ikpo oga of Nigeria, where we all see that the Nation is already in a deep hole and continue sinking, that we are hopeless and no desire to come out from the pit, if the Nation  actually wanted a future, if the Youths actually think that this is our own and we should take it out of the hands of OCTOGENARIANS ,then give it to those who will give us a hope, a future and make us live and not waste, then we need to start lining up Leaders that will beat PETER OBI with his Record or stand with  PETER GREGORY OBI same way American Youths hoisted OBAMA and aided him to become, as he helped and out them back into annals of greatness.
