IGBO EKUNNIE PROGRESSIVE, a body of IGBO THOUROUGH breed in Diaspora frown on the Utterances and reactions of some Northern Nigerian groups on this RUGA issue.
IPA are saying that RUGA and space occupation is not a problem, since it is private Enterprise, they should also be privately funded and located.
Ndigbo are all over the places, but not with the support or provision of the Government, they go to places, negotiate for Land space as individual, pay for it as individual and develope same on individual strenght.
If the Government wants to do intervention, then Sambisa is a very large empty space of Land which will habour cattles that can fed the entire Continent, since Sambisa is free from occupation, it will serve the purpose while the Government provides Irrigation, unless the mission of RUGA is not for Land space to raise Cattles.
If Herding of Cattle wants to expand to Nooks and Cranny of the Nation, it is a welcome Development, but it should toe the line other business expansion followed.
The individual owners should buy lands, build it up and let thier business thrive on it.
It has nothing to do with the Government.
If the Government shows any iota of support, it will be seen as bias and Ethnic promotion against the Sovereignity of the Nation.
IPA warns some Northern groups that brandish threat and ultimatum against others, to cool it and stop heating the Polity which may create total breakdown of laws and order, if other Ethical groups responded with same tone.
