I come as the out going Special Adviser on Good Governance, and Incoming PITA (PAIN IN THE ASS) please I have problem with my temper, but manage my presentation.

We are proudly handing over the HAIRPORT to you as commissioned, and named , don't bother asking if it is completed because our parameter for measuring completion and yours may not be same, just know we have spent only 37 Billion on the Airport, debt to banks on it not included. 

Yes, there are few cracks on the roof, some windows of the Tower may have fallen off because of shoddy works or minor neglect, but that evil Rain of last week sent by Peter Obi and his Boys did lot of damage to it , so they can snap it and torment us.. But the Airport is Commissioned.. Period.

Don't mind the naysayers who will say that cost of flying into the Airport is far higher than flying to ASABA and Enugwu just because certain interest are considered and factored into the air fare, let them say what they want. 

We hand over to you 3 Monument of  Cement, they are located at Amaobia by express , Kwata and Aroma, we spent only 15 Billion Naira on that Bridge.. Don't worry about the Barrier placed on it, just that we don't want articulated trucks to use it again, not because it is falling down but.. Never mind.

We hand over the OLYMPIC SIZE swimming pool used to Host Police game, the pool was sited at EKWUEME SQUARE, currently I suspect that Peter Obi may have stolen the Pool as the whereabout is unknown.

We hand over abbatoir supposed to be located at Amansea Bush, you can find it in one of the files or check out the pictures on Facebook.

We are proud to hand over to you Drones we planned to used to catch Pickpockets in AWKA but the Drones have minor battery problems.

We hand over the CCTV mounted at UNIZIK TEMP SITE and Onuicha Head Bridge, I know you will be mouth agape when you see the price, just know we factor in the maintainance into the price and don't worry if it worths it, it worths it to us.

Let me proudly present to you the monument sited opposite LATE DORA AKUNYILI WOMEN AND CHILDREN CENTER which currently is under used, we hand to you a Gigantic edifice called ICC, we are still working on getting the Sum invested in it sorted, so we will know how much Debt you will balance The Chinese Company that is working on it, if they say we owe them more than 3 or 4 Billion Naira don't agree, i don't think it is up to that, though the Record is not straight, it is fuzzy, we agreed that it will cost us 11 billion to erect, but price of fuel and diesel affected the original projection. 

Some other contractors will say we owe them, but none of them delivered thier Constituency in any election for the party.

Teachers will say we owe them, whereas thier reward is in Heaven and they should wait to get it in heaven.

I know you will ask why ONUICHA roads, especially the one leading to head bridge is completely covered with waste, well it was flood that drag them out from gutter and we are handing same over to the new Government.
