As Senior Advocate for Good Governance (SAFGG) I have duties to remain a Watchdog between the Government and the People.

Though we have every reason to start looking at our new Governor with same mindset which CAUCASIANS looked at  ALBINO back in the days, they look at them with ponder (is this one of us?). 

Yes there was this excited expectation from Soludo after the dismal and Tufiakwa performance of Gov Obiano, as most of his initial promises died at infancy, but www.penofgods.com has duties of remaining transparent, Focussed and consistent in her reports, not because we want to be just, but because we interpret the minds of the gods and we mediate for Human, little playing to the gallery on thrifle mission, the gods may bring out Utali and we are making sure - never for our back, coming back from digression .

SOLUDO has committed some Gaffe just like recruiting commissioners that shouldn't be, especially that of Education who is not qualified to stay even inside a compound next to any CITADEL of Higher learning talk less of having Tenure in one , because she has ACIDIC mouth and character and we all agree that, when head of Corporation is Bad, it tickes down the system and corrupt all the system , but this morning let's look at the newest attack at SOLUDO that he PADED BUDGET.

I haven't seen the Budget nor will interpret same even if my breakfast depends on it, but those who allowed the news to flow or should I say, those who planted the news are the LAW MAKERS who we know as STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY and in some cases, House of Ashamebly.

Some will call them Ndi dum tufue, dum Cho (One who will hide away your stuff and join you in search of it just to make sure you are not getting closer to where it is hiding). 

Knowing that he inherited that house (ANHA) from OBIANO and I Mazi Odera JP POg have never heard the same house raised eye brow on OBIANO BUDGET and needed Loans, even his excesses on spending, that house did not okay nor querry the disgusting 2.5 Billion heist shrouded as SECURITY VOTE.

We know that most times the house will be awake when thier consents are needed to rape our patrimony which they never argued as long as they got well taken care off the Nigerian way.

Today, they are shouting that SOLUDO PADDED BUDGET, I agree but can they kindly show us the budget, analyze it and point out to us the paddings.

Did the house invited all the Ministries and there was discrepancy with thier figures and that of the tabulated from Governors submission?. 

Did they ask the Governor to explain if there are gray area?. 

How should ordinary man on the street know when budget is Padded when it wasn't open for scrutiny?. 

As much as SOLUDO inherited Ugwo Obiano ji munwa bu Last Born , as long as Government is continuum and he inherited that debt and which he must pay, but that will not affect my views at his Government.

In my mind, I think that maybe, just may be Soludo decided not to oil the letters as it was done in the past (When he grease palms they can even sign a blank paper and allow him to fill later) , the house that approved all manner of loans for the exited Governor wants to frustrate him or push him into Submission. 

Well somebody should tell ANHA to kindly point out the padding or shat up and give him his budget, before I start investigating them one after another ka ohu na ogodo ke nsi. 

They should know I don't make threat, I only deliver Deliverance. 

I hate Nonsense and Finally, it seems the Governor na azoru Eze Umuazi ndi UGM na enyefa na Onu, if he continue recovering our state and restoring peace in our state, I will host him na Obalende Kitchen with ezigbote Fisherman's Soup, he is doing good in some part and it is not easy for him, he met a system in rubbles, renovating or rebuilding it becomes a quagmire, so let me watch him a bit even though I have my fist balled, but ka Ana ejegodi.
