DISCUSSING THE BUDGET OF OUR 256 BILLION NAIRA ,even the AHSA won't discuss by Obele Nwa Mpa Nnukwu.

It is okay that out ANAMBARA HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY are bereft of Ideas ,or they are struggling to grab the status as THE worst set of Assembly Men in History of Democracy in Nigeria, but I will be banking on what MBAUKWU MAN said at EKE AWGBU when people tries chastising him for looking at improper sitting of a Woman in market place , he said and I provide "Obu ifere emero NWANYI jaghere Okpa,oburu munwa na Eme nkiri ka ifere ga eme "(If a woman who sit without decorum is not ashamed, certainly it won't be me the observer that will take her shame).

Yes,our House or Ashamebly reclined in the confinement of her Chambers, giving self Home advantage,and the Governor came on away Match... 

Which removed some of the feathers and paraphernalia of the office when it is observed by Men and women with eligibility...The house will speak as House owners and that a great advantage..

First there is no way they should've allowed Live TV broadcast of BUDGET presentation, because there is no fanfare and beside the Governor said he will cut off all un-neccesary spendings in this Government,so the issue of Budget presentation should be a close door tetetete ,but an Imported Television station were imported,not as if we don't have a State Television which should've ran the anchor and other stations will hook up ,that way giving legitimacy to our own station,but none of that were considered,we pay taxes and also our OIL PRODUCING MONEY were channeled to prosper another state investment when we have eligible version that is under used.

When the Governor presented the Budget,the house would've bid him bye and get to work on the content of the OUTRAGEOUS,over padded BUDGET,if we are to judge with the BUDGET of Willie OBIANO who was building AN AIRPORT and can be said to may have cost money , yet his budget which was considered outrageous then ,it was at 144 billion and we borrowed to fund it .

Now we have a professor of economics whose exploit can't be pointed as there is no Verified office where he displayed his wherewithal in Economic wizardly, rather his one and only public display was his debut at CENTRAL BANK where he merged Banks that collapsed before the papers it was signed on got dried.

Then we can also said he made the first calculated Financial reckless blunder when he turned our money into POLYMER And printed a Sovereign Nations Legal tender in another country called AUSTRALIA,just like when a man prefer going to another man's house to make love to his own Wife,just the begging of another man to give you room to have your conjugal right is enough shame and the man may wire his rooms for sight and sound,but Onye iberibe may not care by the way .

Discussing the BUDGET of the incumbent at 256 Billion,which we know must be borrowed to fund ..

The Budget will be based on ,how much were carved for SECURITY and how will it he narrowed? does it include fortifying VIGILANTES in every town around the state or just a bulk sum where the Governor takes what he felt is his reward?.

How much goes to our Health?.

How about our agriculture that is almost death,is there any lifting to it?,so that we can have a Plan B if the food Corridors are frozen .

What are the sources of funding the budget ?

If he can present a budget of 256 billion Naira whereas the Government he vouched for with "It is not Broken know need fixing" ,that Government he said is not BROKEN budgeted 144 Billion,as it wasn't Broken he should half her Budget to show stability of the inherited Government.

And if he said it is Broken,then he should tell us where was broken,how deep or how slight, not just word as his words are now a big vague.

Did the house demand to know why he used meat cleaver to skin MINISTRY of TRADE AND COMMERCE,which he yanked off and placed under his own office?.

What about the JAC that was also hidden under the office of the Governor?.

Meaning there is no oversight in the present ANAMBARA STATE for SECURITY VOTE,TRADE AND COMMERCE,JOINT ACCOUNT that controls Local Government allocation and the House of Ashamebly are not seeing the monster in the making or they are just silly to kept quiet,so they can be returned to the house ?.

 Can't they see that APGA is now Okuko uyom mmiri na Ama,that the Governor doesn't care about the party,which was why he refused to kick off Campaign for the party,so it is every man on his own .

The House should invite all ministries to defend every Penny allocated on the budget and if it wasn't ministries that perfected the content of the BUDGET,the House should throw it into shredder ,and if there is discrepancy on the notes ,the budget goes back to the Governor as NO NO .

The house should threat the mandate of working on the budget with 24 hours as Impeachable offense and make move to impeach him.

AHSA is a third forge in the Government and shall be treated with decorum and not disdain,how can they reduce our HOUSE to Umuazi bialu moonlighting,as if they are off no consequence.

I do not know if the House are designated to overlook appointments of the Government,which is dead on beginning, but I know they have all the powers to Scrutinize budgets, cross all T and dot all i,and if they do not make self relevance,I will simply advise the YOUTHS of the state should rise up and demand Desolution of the house and the state will then stop wasting money in such bunch of irresponsible people or let them rise up and be responsible.
