Greetings INEC Chairman PROFESSOR Mammud,though I don't know why we choose Professors to man our INEC positions right from the word go ,outside Prof Humphrey Nwosu who then wasn't part of the corruption that has taking over the Citadel,every other professors and Dr are just doctoring results and exploiting the Nation without regrets.

 it is obvious that our ACADEMIC Professors can't even manage our schools ,they Prefer over exploiting our children ,most times with a  clever coverage of buying Text books or failing the subject the Prof or Lecturer is in Charge,which many never wrote but clever enough to cover the back page with mumbo jumbo and pictures,making the inside a Plagarised work of another good Lecturer.

Meaning they have started impacting exploitation in our Youths,which forced many into Yahoo plus as the Citadel is just giving them First phase of Yahoo.

They don't care if all schools shut down or burn to ashes, schools have continually be on strike with undefined period and the University Don's can't even find solution to such absymal deed, and that's who Federal Government handed over powers of election to ?

Imagine people who can't even elect a VC based of academics or leadership qualification,they are same empowered to conduct state and National Politics.

 And they are selling it the way they sale Scores and grades to students because they have perfected the act,which was why they breed over stack Illiterates in place of graduates.

Many of NYSC servers are a great disgrace if they manage to open the mouth or you interview them on any subject matter.

Now Dear Prof Mammud,the serving INEC CHAIRMAN,I come to you with bended knees and Prayers for a heart,I can't ask for conscience as that seems like a mirage.

They gave you 300 BILLION NAIRA for an election,which in all honesty less than 3 billion Naira can take care of BUYING of BUSES for all the Wards which would've taking care of the Transportation,which lark of same  helped to wreck voting time,as all Voting started wrongly right from many past elections.

There was once an electoral umpire called FEDECO,they bought VANAGON buses and it was exclusive for them because election comes at different times and those buses come in handy and deliver right in time.

If I may ask ,what then gulped the given 300 BILLION NAIRA mapped out for INEC for election but what we saw is erection?.

Can you say it was recruiting the adhoc workers which I can bet that total actual payments for workers can't and won't exceed 200 Million Naira.

Or buying the un-useable B-VAS?

Can we say cost of Printing?

Let's say the one you printed without LP at Presidential stage may be less in Number ,the one without LP names reduce the Epitaph of Dr or Prof to INEC personnels as just a fraud , because even if ,which is not , but even if Political party send names without Logo ,the onus as a Prof demands that you provide it because that's what the people will be voting,but bringing out such shambles tells a different story and after looking sadly at the thing I taught was a Gaffe ,it doesn't make sense to me ,which force me to go to the gods for Spiritual interface and they gave me a simple answer..

The gods said it was an advance fee fraud,that the Government simply paid for a hatchet job in advance and that make lots of Sense.

Sir,this Prank doesn't cost or won't cost more than 20 Billion ,so that excess must be the payment to deliver catastrophy.

Sir,the Nation have suffered imaginable and stayed strong,do not add to the hardship,as doing such will push the Nation and the YOUTHS to Precipice,and kindly know that YOUTHS have reached the stretching edge.

Sir , tinkering with this Election Which started by mis using B-VAS, allowing Vaulance, allowing Ballot snatching results and other heinous crimes is just like Sitting on Keg of Open Gun Powder  with a Burning Cigarettes dripping of ashes.

The Nation was in Comma and we manage,but the strangulation is not what we banked for. 

Do not allow your Signature to be on the Disaster that will befall the angry youths.
