Put Alex Otti under APC, he will still come to Governance with equity , put my Former Governor into place with PDP, APC, NPP he will still deliver projects on  SIGN BOARDS, unless on erecting monuments of Cement called Okwabe Ikwube, that he can always do as long as he met mountain of Money left behind by another who can use his teeth to extract ekwere just to establish that there is Always good in us ,when we choose to show same.
