In Anambara today, to have any PG election, it must be conducted with APGA By laws, the Government will whittle down the towns constitution and use APGA constitution as criteria to choose and impose, there's no way you win PG anywhere in Anambara without flaunting an APGA membership card, because the election must be conducted as APGA affairs and all TC of Local Government must deliver towns as APGA or he loose his Seat and the election canceled for interim that will be anchored on APGA person.

Now you can't be an igwe in peace without being an APGA bias child.
