Dr Abati, I watched Videos where you said that Chief TOS BENSON Former Minister of Information, who said he has Igbo Wife and daughter wanted to buy UMUNNA LAND and it wasn't sold to him and you concluded that Igbo doesn't sale Land to outsiders. 

Just imagine if your Igbo friend come to your House,you prepare Visitors room and he opted for your own Bedroom and to sleep on your Bed,and when you point him to Guest room ,he will say you don't allow visitors to sleep in your house.

Then , when Joy anchoring on morning show on Arise TV, ask you if you wanted to comment on the topic , as there are reactions from Public and you flayed up and insulted the Lady to her Bones, you said among other things and i provide "If people have selected hearing,...

I said what i said from a Context, nobody can challenge me , go back and play the tape , unless you wanted to challenge me ,if you try that we will fight".

Dr Abati ,you flay up like ordinary tout rather like a seasoned broadcaster,the way you sound ,i am not sure if any Servant will have opinion where you have influence or where you Preside over affairs. 

I am sure your driver and House help are walking with spiritual shackles ,and they always walk on egg shell around you.

Telling a Lady you will fight her on a Life Broadcast of "MORNING SHOW" is like XRAYING you before the world. 

Sir,if you can be this Toxic on life Television show, I wonder how you will be in the office or your Kindred and or Family where you call the Shot? but,i will Leave your reactions and action as method of Upbringing and also when a Child washes hand ,he think he will eat with adult, but i can advise you for free ,we have a saying "Nwata kwósia Aka ,osolu Okenye rie nri" which is a METAPHOR for good home trained children,as for those kids with bad home training,we say "Nwata Kwósia Aka,oficha ya na akwa ya".

Sir,Dr Abati ,you may never grow tall , bold enough or have the privilege of residing within igbo community,.

Your Bitter Soul with self hatred can't allow you to live within environment where you are just a Puppet,but i digress. With this mindset, I wonder if you will ever have respect for your Boss who is Igbo or not from your Ethnic group.

Let's visit the analogy of TOS BENSON wanting to buy Umunna LAND for his Wife and Daughter as you quoted, come with me , let me school you just a bit.

In Igbo land,there are ancestral lands and somebody from outer Community can't buy such land ,because the Land are weaved into kindred to knot a unity for the Umunna,if somebody from another Umunna dares to buy Ancestral Land of another,no MATTER the Guise ,then even the gods will rise in anger.

As the UMUNNA will feel insulted for the effontery and temerity of the one asking,it doesn't happen and when it do,the consequences are severe.

When i say ancestral Land,i mean the one inherited or bestowed,not the one bought by the incumbent generation.

Mostly such Land are located WITHIN the living environment of the kindred,so that they are living in unity and they have the privilege of knowing who is who and know visitors and Aborigines.

Also it's best for zuzugbe and izu ka nma na nne ji.

They can sale or dash to you lands outside that immediate enclave, especially nke di na Agu , asking one to sale you bequeathed land is like asking one to sale his parents burial site to a Visitor. Ani akugbue ya on the spot.

Just know that cultures and traditions differs, Ndigbo has a Culture as above addressed, there are no go area for another Umunna talkless of in-law, rather they can Dash you Land Outside that immediate Umunna as in-law,but you can't live within environment.

Moving on , let me also advise you that many Rich Men from outside Igbo land dread buying lands in igbo land because of the price,many places the price of Choice Land will buy you a Village Outside igbo Land, it's interest and ownership.

Ndigbo do not struggle for anybody's land,if they want to buy Land , you name the price, he pays it and bring a kind of progression that Community have not seen.

If an igbo man buys land from any community, the prices of Development in that region will sky rocket, it's a gift and well taught out plan,as when Igbo person buys your Land even in squalor,he will build a befitting home and he will bring peers or Men of equal repute to also be his neighbor,so they can jointly fortify the area for security and drag down serenity.

They turn squalor into real estate with all paraphernalia.

Onye igbo doesn't live life of meager,they live a fulfilled life and they always create comfort.

While Ndigbo develope a site for resident, they will tar the road,Drag Light into the community no matter the distance,do drainage that will be super and they expect neighborhood and neighbors that can contribute,but if you are poor person,you can be exonerated from any developmental fees. 

As life goes on and they see the poor person not meeting up,one of them will change your level,he may Volunteer to buy that your present ramshackle with price of perfect duplex in another side,so your life can upgrade and you will enjoy a good life,he knew if he pull down your house and build you one at same spot,you will be paying expense like others,but you may not even have enough resources to fete for such luxurious life style and they will relocate you as King with enormous wealth that you will enter a new world as a Made Man.

Igbo made manifest the saying of "From grass to grace",just pray for the favor of attracting them to your world.

Ndigbo entering any community is a packaged blessing as the Grace that goes with them will change the lifestyle of the community.

Sir Abati, we survived the Genocidal hatred that were muted at Mapo Hall Ibadan in 1966 ,which caused the Coup that started the Genocide of 1967, sure Ndigbo survived even the Diatribe of 20 Pounds for every igbo bank account owner which were targeted as last straw to break our Camel Back and which was called the last Supper.

We survived the invention of calling our sweat build houses "Abandoned properties",we bounced back , repurchase those houses and more and wherever we stepped into,we rub our Jerican of blessings at the environment.

I advise you stop hating Ndigbo,we are not learning the act,we are living the Life.
