EDO ELECTION, THE SHAME, The Redemption by Mkpisi..
One thing you can get from me is to speak the truth to all in every situation, it also stand as ikwupuru ani(Paying respect to mother Earth and posterity).
It is never an easy task, not a job for Toddlers as Truth has more aggrieved persons than Fans, most times it comes with a little unpleasantness , but i can't afford to force you not to spit it out even if I shove it down your throat, that is a personal choice as there are people who swore at birth never to stand with the Truth no matter the situation.
Election in Nigeria is funny but in other places , it is Fun, it is change for better tomorrow, which it is not to us.
Those with senses understand the implications of changing a Bad situation with sentiments, it can only move down to worst, but in Nigeria, we vote along partisan line, we allow Religion and Tribal divide dictate and decide who we Vote for, even when it is obvious that the person is Kitikpa..but as long as our religious leaders who always benefit from the rots created by the Vandals which makes them to align with them, then spoon feed us to Vote for Wraths of the Land, and such mistake will manifest for 4 Years filled with Tears.
After the 4 years of disastrous outing, we still allow people to tell us to repeat the mistake, this is what will make my Old man go say "Ibu ezigbo Nmeeeeeee" (you are a Sheep).
One can't be found wrong if he say that, The Voting Population in Nigeria are Dafts or can be described as..
1)Somebody who is stranded at isolated and dangerous place, who is banking on using his phone to get help, but instead started using same phone with Battery life of 20% to Play Games just to amuse self. ( Village deity has sacrificed the person long before that day).
2) like a Woman who is about to give birth but more concern on covering her Private Part to avoid Others seeing it. (Her death is surer than the Birth of the Baby)
3) Like a Poor Man who is among "I use to be Rich" group, so in his pride of self destruction, he refused to approach a Friend who is currently Very rich for help, the reasons include that "I use to help him mgbe nwa, it was in my house he lived before, I use to feed him"..
So in that inglorious episode of Idiocy, the Poor insist that his Current friend must come look for him and Bless him, as if it was him that went to search out the friend when reverse was the case. (His Deliverance door was closed and Padlocked with Iron Chain).
4) Our Position in Nigeria was once at a stage of God help us, but all God does to help us, we stupidly thwarted his effort, most time, the Leaders, the Led and Episcopal Men all abandon our senses in Crevices in pursuit of instant gratification.
(God has answered all our prayers but we refused to accept them, it's like going to Restaurant after they serve you food, and you are waiting for them to come and spoon feed you.. You wait for ever).
5) We always forget that onye Ugwo onwa ya ezugholu, Over time agaghi ezu (One who can't make do with Salary, can't make do with Over time, because Overtime is never constant).
Today, one can say it is direct Stupid act in every electioneering move in Nigeria, and seems the masses enjoy glorifying that idiocy.
Last Election in Edo the displaced Chairman of APC, back then he was the Chairman , said that EZE IYAMU The PDP CANDIDATE then was a Thief, a Fraud, laid on him every Evil one can think off, he ended up calling him Fake Pastor who have case with EFCC to the Tune of 700 Million Naira fraud.
He concluded that he is not fit to contest for any elective position in a Sane Nation.
PDP as a party always insist that OBASEKI is a maximum mistake who has done nothing good for EDO as a Governor, so they preached that he should be removed and replaced with a sensible and active person.
Then along the line they switched Positions .. The PDP CANDIDATE moved over to APC... APC candidate changed to PDP.. and wham..
The same OSHIMOLE who Roasted EZE IYAMU as Thief turn around to say he is the best thing to have happened to Edo, meaning He lied before and lying Now.
Meaning He Oshimole think Edo people are dunce with short memory or they are under great Spell.
Same PDP who cajoled Obaseki as Liability that is worthless is now preaching that he is the best of the best...Which is baffling as the changes happened just because he switched Flag and not attitude.
Simply it shows how unserious partisan Politics is in Nigeria, they are shameless and inconsiderate...
If Any of them should defect again tomorrow, the other party will demonize the person and the other glorifying same they castigated,...
In an open explanation, both Parties doesn't worth the time wasted listening to them.
What Edo Electorate should do is to say Hell NO to both of them, say no to APC and PDP, JUST PICK a brand New party, with enterprising Candidate who has not being afflicted with the present whoring called Political MEGA Parties..
What Edo need is total emancipation from the Fraudsters and Liers holding the state to decapitating lay down, to do that, the state needs to emancipate self from this SLAVERY, and those using the state as Fools.
Just choose a neutral person and give the person the mandate and bury the lies of APC and PDP.
Make a King you can trust, even one that you can't trust, just to take back your life away from this Doom players.
