EFCC and POLITICIANS who take the OSCAR of Corruption?.. SAGG
Good Morning Igwe Mmadu, both the good, the bad and the Fraudulent, welcome to another Saturday.
Usually, I love to Pen down Political Lenses on Saturday, but I do so when I want to, not because it has changed things before now, sometime making serious point to Nigerians is what my Old woman always call "Iku na Mpi Eke", may be the Poverty has eaten out our marrows, obuzikwo na that is the price the Nation pays for the Brutality meted to Ndigbo, a Tribe that did them no wrong but for purpose of Heavenly ordained Blessing, which we utilized well, we became a success against all odds and it triggered untold hatred and Malice.
Today, we just have to consider who gets the OSCAR AWARD for Fraud, Incompetency and can be called a Gross Mistake.
Politicians has been marked as thieves, a prefix that is not contestible, Infact between Yahoo Boys and our Leaders, the Yahoo Boys are in kindergarten class while our Looters have build schools of Great Frauds.
So the difference is glaring, but we have group of inappropriate Men conditioned, sorry stratch that line, it should be commissioned to Fight Financial crimes especially committed within the Government, though they don't even know the terms of reference as they mistake the modus of operation to be chasing those Idiotic boys who made living extorting others with Android phones, or those trying to repatriate the ancient espionage theft conducted by our Colonial Demons.
When the Yahoo Boys bet them for more free money from Continent of Africa, the excitement was to screw Blacks, in that process they get screwed for real, which overseas, the Victims will get more jail terms for Aiding and Abetting crimes.
Let's discuss EFCC... either they are Blind or lack focus or they are incompetent to the hilt..

1)How can a Governor who was elected as a Frustrated Poor person will Build Estate within 6 Months after swear Inn, EFCC will say they are waiting for petition and evidence for them to step inn and do the mumbo Jumbo?.
Who do they want to submit the petition or evidence?. Is it those that are eating with the Governor?
Don't they know that table manners provide that nobody who is eaten talks?
2) There are known lay down measures toward three tiers of Government, but only one controls it all, mop the fund meant for other 2, that way the austerity of cash will force others to become submissive and sycophants to the one handling the Money, it gets bad that many Government sat on Local Government Funds, using same for personal enrichment.. They keep on conducting Transition Chairman, that way the Local Government money accrued can never get to them, the Government simply give them less than 8%, so they pay salaries and have chaff remaining, they won't talk because they knew that the renewal is 3 months and more talk gets them sack..
Does EFCC need Dibia to wake them up to demand to see the Federal Government allocations and query the distribution and usage of the fund by recepient state..
Sorry, they are not competent to investigate such, what they need are qualified Forensic auditors who will trace every penny from origin to retirement.
3) Imagine my state, because the Governor met a Pile of Money, he used 5 Billion Naira to mark 100 days in Office.
EFCC was blind and never ask, how more stupid can a people be.
4) The Pile of Money was till enticing, he started Okwabe IKWUBE, where he built 3 Monuments of Cement that brought untold Hold Up, the Monuments that was originally contracted out to the tune of 3 Billion, then later re-evaluated to 9 Billion, then 12 and finally to 15 Billion for mound of Cement..
EFCC never bother to look at the Contract Documents to know how the Tenders were tendered..
Who owns each Tender and how they arrived at the additional re-evaluations.
5) We have Traffic Lights that cost us Billions to install and it never worked for one Month, yet the EFCC did not ask, why the SCAM.
6) There are pensive cries about the sudden building of an Airport that was subject of debate during the GUBERNATORIAL debate, where the Governor said and I quote "That Airport is not going to cost Anambara one Kobo" he went ahead to explain that it was SINOCHEM and ORIENT Petroleum project, he said that Anambra should relax that the HAIRPORT will cost the investors 2 Billion Dollars (That amount will start and build a new City), but suddenly it seems the state has started taking over the Job at the Cost only EFCC can attest to because the Chinese Ran and my state need what to use and Cover most of the Funds that needs to be retired, shrouded under project like Giving out Cars to Traditional Rulers who has no additional values to things in the state owing to the druaght in the state.
Unless EFCC see self as Hope of the doomed, then start being a Watchdog for the Poor, then they have no business parambulating as Financial Crime stoppers..
