When you want to buy a Land, especially in a place they hated you with Passion which is everywhere in Nigeria, make enquiries through a Lawyer who is vested in Land matters not just any charge and bail please, so the lawyer will check if the Land is free from Government acquisition, check if it is industrial} or commercial Zone, just abide by what is written not what the seller say, which also include "It doesn't matter" once he takes the commission you will see it matters a lot at your expense.
There are places mapped in Government gazette as Industrial Layout, such as AMUWO ODOFIN but our IGBO MEN have bought it all up and turn same to RESIDENTAL Zone, just pray that one PHAROAH who did not know Joseph won't come up, as such Pharaoh will surely revert to original status quo as designed in Government Gazette and we will cry that Aru Eme, that they have destroyed Igbo properties, but the truth is they punished those who trampled on the Laws set aside to have their Land designed to Last, just like Okwute Ndigbo did at Onuicha where some Hoteliers built on recreational fields, because some Men think they are above the law and that Earth tremble before them, so they conspired with Ekperima leadership and take over the possession of the people and made it individual own, then a power that is higher than the conspiracy returned things go status quo and HEAVEN DID NOT FALL and will Never fall.
