ANAMBARA NUJ grinded by State Government by Mkpisi. 

Though i love minding my business, but obele ife na atam anya aru , and when the Government i am serving without pay is dancing bluez with Mkpokiti attire instead of corporate outfit, i feel shame faced for them . 

I read few days ago where NUJ Chairman Anambara Branch , Dr Emeka Odogwu said on an interview that State Government is not in Love or even like NUJ, which in any other clime the Government should've reach out to know the problem and amend it because Journalism is the conscience of any SOCIETY,when they are not happy, either with your performance of attitude,they will truly wear you Loin cloth that is a serious discomfort,but a Proud and Know it all Governor decided to go to trenches with STATE UNION OF JOURNALIST, the factual point of View from the Chairman drew a fire fight from GOVERNMENT and i read so many irritating nuances from High offices of the  Government that should be trying to carry Press along , but they Choose to drag air waves with professional writers and i smiled like Ewu Awusa that this people na akpa ebe Ewu na efu. 

An English expression will define such moment as TREADING WHERE THE ANGELS DREAD.

Imagine a Government that have never called Press conference nor invite Press for a review or a Melee trying to have a pissing contest with even the President of NUJ is that not a drunken move? 

I read and i made enquires on how the Government neglected NIGERIAN UNION OF JOURNALIST by not offering them even a Cup of Rice as Christmas gifting which is standard gesture everywhere even if they are gwoing the Government Ji Mmanu, they gave the Chairman one Bag of Stone filled Lice without transport fares as Christmas present and that's the first and the Last, even Willie Obiano parley with the Press and honor them as well , I won't run comparison with ENUGWU STATE that are investing on the goodwill of NUJ, not Ebonyi who are sowing bountifully on NUJ, not Imo State that are watering and manure pressing the NUJ of the state, ABIA is also Press friendly, but imagine Anambara that has election in less than a Year and they are having a pissing contest with the Press because they consider them weaklings and they forgot that no matter how caged the state press is ,they just need to send SOS to wider press and SOCIAL Media Cousins and both amateurs and professionals will look deep into the government and all the buried animosities will  be unearthed and the Gross INSECURITY shall be placed on the table and surgically know if Security funds are spent on such , and some will check if the IGR drive is transparently married with the Government.

After reading the above from Chief Nwosu,i wanted to cry ,as i learnt that what they pass as Government regard to Press of the state was having ministry of Health to check BP PULSE of NUJ on an occasion?

That they were individually invited to 2 years in office ? Maybe they gave each a plate of LICE and may be ZOBO JUICE and that's a well packed invite.

Not that they have ever had a session with the Governor where they will ask him probing questions,like promises he made prior including "Is the state broken enough" or you still stand with the culture of "It's not broken and need no fixing".

Where they will ask him ,why is the insecurities getting abnormal in the state?.

He said that he and CPS have visited them on two occasions, not that NUJ have visited them at Government house to ask pertinent questions.

It's not me will tell Oppositions to wade into this and get themselves a bargain, imagine a state where IFEANYI UBAH is coming in to take the position, where Valentine Ozigbo is calculating how to wrestle them down, where Barth Nwibe "Ugo Igboukwu" is throwing his Hat into the Race to bring back good Bacon into the state, where the Northern Part of the state are coming like Hurricane and all this people need NUJ intervention with lots of Social Media influencing, That's where the state government is oppressing the Press fa gba ya nkiti? 

This is why i am Always looking at ANMABRA press as Akpa Amu, if a government whose Brand New Road collapses after small igirigi should throw them a punch and they did not deck them , infact i would've said na fa nwuru ukóro, but i won't say it .  

When the Press would've investigated all contractor handling all project's in the state,narrow down the relationship of any Contractor with any person in corridor of Powers and raise Hell.

imagine a state that inherited over 3.6 Billion from Past Government and said they got less than 200 Million and NUJ gbachite nkiti and you want me to say what? instead to sniff around and know how much the State is getting from Central Government and follow the Forensic route of the Money ,just to make sure that transparency is forced on the Government,but they are not doing it.

NUJ are not asking,is International Conference Center built by Obiano, that is now only used by a privileged family and how much do they pay for the usage and you want me to have pity for them? 

When the State did not Choose the Fight rightly,the fight should meet them justly to balance the equation.

imagine a state that build Business Shops na OCHANJA with mkpóró aziza instead of Rod and it collapse at romance with wind and NUJ kept quiet, instead to use fine tooth comb to investigate that fraudulent enterprise NUJ are doing tum saa , even members of the body that should dissect every Principal officer of this Government and put them in proper historic places but they are waiting for Government mercy instead of the reverse.

Well, if you call your working toll just a prop, even enemies will prop you up with it . 

Imagine NUJ premises in OKA that is unfenced, even though Chief Ezemo build them the building and  NUJ did not approach opposition to come and fence it with extra large Billboard that announces the donor Since the Government can't do it. 

imagine NUJ that is owing couple of millions as Dues and the state did not clear it and they did not visit opposing forces to do the needful, well they love pity and na so dem go dey ride them . 

If NUJ should put ears to the ground, they should know about a powerful candidate in AFRO Hair SETTING out North , they should take the complain to him and allow him to intervene and they dance with proficiency of the Pen to balance the gesture, this madness of tum saa from State house would end up na Anyam anyam. 

What i know is that , if you throw me punch, i will deck you without stress. 

Having said the above, i am off but on and we know that truth is my Standard and i love shoving it down throats of unbelievers with happiness. 

Why i can't get involved in this altercation is because onye nsi na akpa ga ebu uzo,let NUJ lead ,then send SOS and all Scribing hands will be on Deck.
