As NNAMDI AZIKIWE UNIVERSITY IN OKA is waving bye to the out going Vice Chancellor Professor Charles Esimone and a replacement should be suited,the gods think that some crystal standard should be established for the school and corridors of ascension into CITADEL hireachy.

There are Schools where Deputy VC are referred to as VC ADMINISTRATION ,but some are not called to Man the seat maybe because of the unmatched shoe size,but in places where there are established and or perfect replacement, I see no reason to play kpukpu mkpu ogene with fitting the right man into the void ,to avoid importing stagnancy and build a corrupt decadence, to avoid such,a tested hand should be handed the placement without much i do.

The reason we train protegee is to find a replacement that will suit the Vacancy, especially to abort some abysmal substitution that is prevailing in NIGERIA,where they by-pass a solid replacement and brought a Hollow gaffe and whatever progress recorded will become a retrogressive effort.

In UNIZIK there's a Man who got the Job tethered in line of progression,he is currently DEPUTY VC ,and VC ADMINISTRATION meaning he know the School,the students,the staff,the management,the Senate and he is ATOP the Academics, what he need is to move the School into top 5 of the Nation.

Once a Professor said and i quote "It's not Broken, why fix it" ,UNIZIK got a perfect VC designate ,lets not play POLITICS of reward and bring in one disaster to stew the school into sewage,and having argued as above ,i bring to us -

Prof. Joseph Ifeanyichukwu Ikechebelu  a PROFESSOR in OBSTETRICS AND GYNAECOLOGY, Faculty Of Medicine in Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

Prof. Joseph Ikechebelu is the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration) Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. 

He rose through the ranks to become a professor of Obstetrics & Gynaecology in the University in 2008.

As a Gynecologist, it means he is tutored scholarly well , we all know that  medical subjects and certifications are not for lilly livered, then to get GYNECOLOGIST is a Golden sepulchre, join it with his experience as DVC ADMINISTRATION ,shows in him we found our elusive Joseph. 

Ladies and Gentlemen, Professor JOSEPH should be adjusted from his present position unto the Numero Uno and having said the above, let me go to festival of the gods at the basement of the Initiates.
