In so doing, we met with Chief Uzuegbunam OKAGBUE, a Powerful force behind the last Government of Obiano, who served as Chief Protocol officer and deputy Chief of Staff , also who hail from DUNUKOFIA which is same Local Government with UKWULU and other Towns everybody agreed that are hosting FULANI KIDNAPPERS, when asked how he felt about his next door town hosting Ndi FULANI that are Kidnapping and raping our people, his Face reden as he said with measured fury that , such lies of FULANI operating anywhere in ANAMBRA is from Bowl of Hell, he went ahead to make his case by asking, how can Fulani operate in a Town that is not a bordering town?.

How many kilometers of any surrounding Bush do any town have that can hide them ,as none Aborigines who must stay off grid ?..

The circumference of bushes all around are not dense and vast,so where shall be the canopy for the Criminals?

He ask what then is the duties of ESN and IPOB who said they got the back of Ndigbo and are active on enforcing SIT AT HOME?.

NOTE; His argument is not if there was Kidnapping or continue kidnapping on those axis,but his argument is that most crimes are committed by Ndigbo both aborigines and ndi Mbia Mbia that are masquerading to shift blame and dodge scrutiny of Government.

If they can enforce sit at home and an invading forces are enforcing STAY OFF ROAD daily it means two captains are manning the ship and it will capsize ,it can't work because there will be conflict of interest and one will rise against another, knowing that there's always home advantage,we know where the Victory will tilt.

He said that all this crimes as  experienced from the previous Government are committed by our people, some in disguise, some slightly using confusing and smattering Hausa to make the captors to fear and believe that they are FULANI just to shift the blame and focus. 

Personally,i remembered during Obiano government many of the people killed on Gun Battle with SECURITY forces at NNOBI are all Hard Core Igbo men ,even when we all agreed that they are Awusa Herdsmen,but I can't remember any one caught that is Awusa ,talkless of FULANI.

The above argument makes more sense to the case, where can Fulani stay in a town without Vast Forest? but onye Igbo will hide in plain site and may even partake in searching for Ndi FULANI.

He went ahead to ask , if it's FULANI that are killing PEOPLE at OKA the state Capital or Ndi be anyi ?.

He said as matter of finality, that if anybody can get a FULANI as the criminal or part of it anywhere in Central, that he will give the person or persons 2 Million Naira, he said he know there's no way FULANIS who don't have population and real knowledge of Terrain will be commiting heinous crime certainly not in Anambra Central with austerity of Lands.

As much as we are Open minded in this matter, we also looked at .. 

How come Vigilantes that entered UKWULU BUSH this morning did not caught any FULANI? 

Maybe the Aborigines after committing the crimes, will change from disguise and become natural citizens and all eyes will be searching and hating FULANIS for nothing. 

Question that need answers remain, who are those murdering our people at OKA the state Capital without fear? are they also FULANIS or Cultist as said and , whosoever they are , if they can Kill for nothing, what guarantee do we have that they can't kidnap as well ?. 

Do we have FULANI population living in the bushes around, not those who herd the Cattles of our Men who pay them monthly and can attest to whereabouts of the Awusa Herdsmen at anytime, for we know that KIDNAPPERS should be spending more time in the Bush as Normads. 

Those Hired Herdsmen only took Cattles for grazing and must sequest them before 6 Pm ,so the owner can lock his Barn and call it a day.

Our SECURITY is for everybody and we must commit our lives providing SITREP to security forces and VIGILANTES, and observing events around us .
