As A Special Adviser to my Governor on Good Governance, I have to run a Chronicle of Events as I remembered them, then make another appeal, so that we can finish this Government strong.
My GOVERNOR, AKPOKUE GLOBAL, I come once again like always come as a Friend with Voice that Booms like IKOLO.
I wrote an appeal to you on one of my are report cards and here is a sequel to that, I truly hope you pay mind to it as it will help to make you finish good, because the hard unbelished Truth is that, IF WE JUDGE YOU WITH THE PERFORMANCE SO FAR, then Mbadinuju may have a stronger case and appeal.
I read one of this most deadly sycophants working for you, who said na IBENEME ya, whereas he is the one na eme Iberibe, a Man who was sacked from UBA for Fraud, who abandoned his own Baby Girl and Wife after selling his family Lands, then currently enjoys sleeping with married women after he wrote with Pseudo as Usual,a piece he accused the Wife of Governor for amorous affair.
Reading that kind of people, is like Reading Daily Times and hoping to get something meaningful out of it.

Sir, as we all know, you are very busy with lots of things resting on your shoulder, so after you may or might have set up a program or system, those who are suppose to monitor it and make progress reports to you, will compromise and either in kind or Cash, the effort will be buried or Blurred, and all the backlash goes straight to you the Governor.
Let me just remind you on some, for you to ask the relevant agencies or offices to render account or run an update.
Infact you can choose a No Nonsense person to look into them and feed you back on his findings.
1) You remember you launched POLICE DIGITAL CUBICLE(For Traffic Control) that cost us 5 Million per unit, and over 500 Units were paid for, but as we speak, none is standing, infact what was delivered to the state is not more than 6 in numbers... Ask for Update
2)We also launched DIGITAL BUS STOPS, that will grace all our Bus stops, which Cost us 25 Million Naira Each, but can only be sited at ABS BUS STOP (I mean ABS the CUCUMBER STATION) and they did not include the advertised Digital function... Ask them where are the rest.
3)We brought over 150 THAILAND IMMIGRANTS that they told you are investors, they came here with us paying for the flights and Logistics, they ate our foods, Chop our girls, signed MOU and that was the last time.. Ask them what held that one too, if not let them refund the Logistic we wasted on them.
4) You bought TAXIS to aid the transportation in the State, but none was sighted on our roads, sorry not none, may be 3 out of the whole Lots.. OTHERS were taking by those who are not Taxi qualified, remove the paints and turn same to Private.. Ask them to bring an update or investigate that Fraud.
5)Sir, after we gave our hard built 4 STAR HOTEL that is between ONUICHA GOVERNORS LODGE and SHOPRITE, we gave it to CARDINAL DEVELOPERS and as we speak, they have not added even one bag of Cement to it and it is about to be called Monument, which is shameful.. Since Cardinal Developers are Cardinal incompetent, I advise you cancel the MOU and return it back to the state.
6)Sir, all the Government Lands in Onuicha has been Sold or acquired by offices that should not have meddle in Land matters,,
I know you still have one MEAN and Ruthless person around who don't Fear on stepping on any guilty Toes in your Defense, who can wrestle even Whirlwind for you and without iota of Noise,,,
Let him do a recovery mission, I can bet that he will only have to move back to accient Land register, locate where was vacant before the advent of your Government and check what is on it now.. Then I can tell that he will make BULL DOZER to become equalizer..
7)We signed MOU and handed our vast land beside NNPC to Senator Annie Okonkwo, then we heard that within one Year the entire Estate will be in service, but it is over 4 years now, only one Gateman house can be located in the entire Land... Since the MOU did not Work, it should be reverted.
8)We also signed away our lands for ESTATE development to MAJA UMEH, Okwuka Amichi.. Since there is no activity on the said Land, the best bet is to cancel the MOU and return the Land to the state.
9)The abbatoir we announced to be built at AMENSEA to curb the Meat scarcity of the state has gone for 4 years and not even Trees at the Location where felled... It seems the Contractor forgot the location.. Just send the MEAN MAN to get back our money invested and secure our Land.
10)The Street Lights are a Super Conduit that siphons our money, get somebody to bring you just a Monthly expense and you will shout with shock and mouth agape... They are committing KIDNAPPING of the STATE FUND through that street loot sorry I mean Street light.
11)You can't believe that OGBUNIKE CAVE your inlaw place, that the people handed the Contract to make it Tourist attraction have not even placed a Bucket or Cement near it, not to talk about the Hotel you instruct them to build by it.
This will make your in-laws to have negative view of you.
Sir, the truth is that I don't want to put the Government in further bad light since the Opposition are too LAME and Dumb to speak, the Press are suppressed, the Masses are enjoying what they planted which is 21/21..
Even you are owing me for the past 6 Years as SPECIAL ADVISER ON GOOD GOVERNANCE..
So having such overwhelming burden militating against me, I decided to watch with hands Akimbo.
That's is more reason, I won't bother to tell you that the celebrated TRAFFIC light worked for just 2 days, meaning the installer should Refund and I won't talk about the SECURITY MONITORING CCTV, for it will help to monitor Cars stucked in POT HOLES..
Let me conclude with the acts or what should be credited to the office of Commissioner for WORKS,he should be able to update you on the nature of the below Roads..
