PETITION TO GOV OBIANO, the Path to better Anambara state by Mazi Odera POg JP.

Good Morning, Happy Sunday Governor Obiano, this is Mazi Odera POg JP, the UNPAID, UNHIRED SPECIAL ADVISER to you on GOOD GOVERNANCE. 

I know that many of those incompetent Dullards in the Government who whispered to you that the BEST way for your Government to regain favor after the Fire anomaly was to SACK the Fire Chief, they  boasted that they will extinguish the Fire in the Rising of the Young Man.

As if that will cover the POT HOLES that made us "Anambara the POT HOLE of the Nation" 

To them INEPT is a mirage, because competency exposures the real them. 

It get worst that they always boast on how they influence your decisions, even the ones that are repulsive. 

I know they must have advised for my SACK also, but the hard truth is that I wasn't Hired and can't be fired and even if I am Hired, firing me has dangerous implications and consequences that is very large, such is not good to be expirienced.

One thing anybody can take to the Bank is that agam azota Nkem, Zota Nkem Umunnam, ma na azonaghi, that's if Push comes go Shove.. 

Thanks that you did not satisfy them one bit, but let me led you into Confidence of what they plotted with the orchestrated Sack of the Fire Chief,they have shopped for all this Buy one get 3 Media Nuisance to nail him on the Cross, they say he is getting too much Positive  attention. 

So they line up replacement that will be ejirim guzue..and they hope that it will brew a very Bad blood, which they will sponsor behind the scene, then run to you as Problem Solvers. 

Had you sacked him, the issue will arise that of all the unqualified Norms in the Government, made up of Ndi Aguleri and Ndi North, that none had been fired even when they are grossly a minus..

Mazi Odera POg JP would've dug into his rich archive and brought up over 300 Misfits in Government that would've been in Jail,not limited to sacking alone, all from Aguleri and North in General.. 

Then the only person from ORUMBA SOUTH in the Government will be sacked for covering the ANUS of the Government, by not telling the world what Hardship his ministry is going through. 

ORUMBA SOUTH is the only Place that has never expirienced even Member house of Representatives talkless of a Senator, thank God that Ndi SOUTH wants Gubernatorial turn for the 5th time, so they should come to equity with clean hand, that means it should be turn or ORUMBA SOUTH but I digress.. 

I will say, you made a good Call on it, but if you ask me, there are Dead woods around you that you must remove to have a better Focus and breath of fresh air... 

As if we have Operational Ministry of Works or any other ministry, unless Ministry of Ichughali Petty Traders and raising Revenue that never reflected on our Roads, but I digress..

I know by speaking out now, so many of those Market looters, sorry, I mean Raiders or is it called Leaders would ask "Onye si ya kwue?", they should know I speak for the gods and if any of them felt pained, I will double his Pain by looking deeper and writing extensively. 

Every Market in ANAMBARA has a Chairman, which when they wants to elect one, they fight with Conventional and unconventional methods, but once they got elected and sworn inn, they behave like Politicians who never remember Campaign promises. 

The elected will came out a Billionaire without accounting for what they made or pretend to hide the wealth.. 

Since Fire gutted our own, our Son's, Brothers, relations source of livelihood, it is time to do the needful.. 

1)All the Chairmen of all the Markets should Deep hands into the SECURITY, UTILITY, NEPA, SANITATION bills they collected (I did not say WILL, but COLLECTED, I phrase it in past tense) which they never spent more than 10%,they should deep hand into it without asking anybody  from market to pay Kobo more, they should BUY  WATER TANKER with Sound Status , which they will fill with Water mixed with DETERGENT and have it standing by at the market, if the Market is too large, they will make it two TANKERS..

Paint it RED and write boldly on it.. PALLIATIVE FIRE TRUCK.. 

The Detergent serves dual purpose, to make it  effective in quenching Fire and also to make it impossible for them to use it for Private Water supply and make side money. 

2)They will make sure that all the Paths in the market are Motorable or they Buy HOSE that will go from POINT of the last Park of the TANKER to the end of the place, that way, when there is Fire, they will use the Tanker as PALLIATIVE MEASURE before Ndi FIRE SERVICE arrive.

2B) Such Job can't be obeyed if you ask any of this Money conscious buffoons in Government to monitor it, they will start extortion and make mess of it, just look deep into your Government and find MEN with absolute dedication in making your Government acceptable, hand them this task and I can say, they will execute it and make sure that it doesn't add pains on the Traders and also that it doesn't cost Government Kobo.. Because those Chairmen will not want the Government to audit them, starting from all the Levies they collected.

3) Government should do the ones they can, there should be Division of Labour, as for markets, the Union should secure the markets totally, they should provide alternate source of Security of Lives and properties, if they cannot do that, then they have no business being in charge. 

3B)Everything should not come from State Purse, if they say they don't have the Resources, I can get it done within 14 days in all the markets and that will also Open Cans of WORMS on the extortion that is going on in those places. 

4)Sir, there are people who were drafted from outside the Market to become the Market Leaders, as if this state has no brain at all.. 

Any Market leader must be one who has shops that are Operational within the MARKET at least for 5 years, who has a stake and not one who is imported from no where, who doesn't know anything about the Market but will be imposed on the market with ima mmadu style. 

You can't hand a Plane over to a Luxurious Bus Driver and expect him to FLY from ABUJA to Enugwu, the best the Plane can do is to hit the Terminal and cause untold damage. 

Now that most of your Kitchen Cabinet are asking for Sack to set examples, I can say that you should ride on it and clean house, Chua achu achu and all will fall into the crave and Yearnings. 

Finally, I pray you again not to bring the Victims of OCHANJA FIRE DISASTER to OKA, they should be met at thier place of Work, that way the evidence and testimony wouldn't be available, because itupu NKITA akpi, igosi ya.. If any of them say, the Shop got Burnt, then the neighbors will attest to it and questions puta, afu oziza ya.
