The reason we are weak, lazy and crying like baby today is because we have been having it good all this while, imagine today, hardly can one trek from Afo Nnobi to Eke Oka ETITI, it seems an impossible task because there are alternatives counting from Bike to Cars and that creates laziness and weak minds.
Before the advent of those Inconvenient Convinience, many can trek from Igboukwu to Nkpor, buy stuff, carry same and trek Back.
During the days, we trek from OKA ETITI to Mgbor Nnobi, fetch water from the Stream with Gallon larger than us, carry same uphill back home and still do chores that no kid today will do and not complain of wickedness of the parents.
During the Genocidal siege of 1967, when they invaded us unprepared, no friends on anyside, Global conspirators that agreed that Ndigbo must be eradicated because of our Technological advancement, there was nobody to cushion the effects of the famine unleashed to Ndigbo and Biafra in General, but we survived because we started farming and implementing emergency planting off season.
But today, most lands in Igbo are left fallow because no boy or a Girl wants to Farm, the girls gets more money acting as Runs girl na agba Haku Akwuna, while the boys prefer to indulge in Yahoo, all brings easy money that doesn't last but the nemesis stays for ever..
Then we think we have arrived but not knowing that we are facing doom and extinction.
We await food relief from Government and Rich Men, as if they owe us debt..
Before you shout at me that they caused it, just shoorop and listen, we have a situation that requires all hands on deck before we get to level Ndi America, Italy, Spain and the Capital of Fraud called China.. Don't say God forbid, for should not bid in the first instant.
The Government care less about you, me or anybody who is not blood related to them or serving the same Devil that is thier master, so crying for help only makes them happy that they got us where they wanted, the place of misery and pains.
Same is applicable to everything, imagine today no child goes to school without Lunch pack, Water, Chemical spiced with Sugar mix with water which goes with many names including Bobo, then a child goes to school 7 in the Morning comes back by 5PM and with Home Work that will last till 10PM.
Just wonder how the Child will learn to help the parents?..
Our Education ministers and Commissioners never saw reason to cut down that Idiotic bullshit that is making us losing our senses.
With that mother's don't even remember how to cook lunch, some use the vacuum to start going wild with erotica.
The Worst is that during vacation, they fix Holiday lesson and i Iook at our Governors and those in Charge of education and I shake my head that we have lost it..
During our days... You go to school by 7,have short brake by 11 just to relax the head, then Recess that last for 45 minutes after and class dismiss by 2PM, you head back home, do your chores and eat cold left over meal, then be happy to face the Main HOME WORK not school brought home Work... Ndia na eme mmadu 30..
We should use this period to look back and start Farming our abandoned lands, make Garden in our houses where we can plant UGU and other Vegetables.
That will prepare us for days ahead...
Stop waiting for those that will give you food relief, be a food relief yourself.
