PDP ELECTION..

 PDP ELECTS NEW NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITEE to SAVE The Party by POg.

As PDP Met at Enugwu the Capital of Alaigbo to deliberate on the formula to divide the Offices ceded to South East PDP, 

 it was agreed that South East will have Secretary of the Party and Auditor of the Party, which was agreed that ANAMBARA will take the first pick as Diokpala , then IMO next , so Anambra after a caucus meeting agreed to let democracy run it's course, they ask Competent hands to Vie for the position of the Party Scribe .. 

It is of Note that one of the South South Governor wanted to recolonize PDP by sponsoring unacceptable candidate from another State for the post of the Secretary, so that SOUTH EAST PDP will be in tumoil and he will come to play the Devils advocate, but good a thing, ANAMBARA once suffered Abandoned Property which apologies from the actors are yet to tendered and it is still enshrined on the Walls of Ihe Emere (Chronicles) , but that can be addressed as Water under the bridge.. So moving on.. 

Meanwhile ANAMBARA PDP in all fairness clothed with equity are jointly sponsoring a Capable man to hold the Job and show capacity, which was why they endorsed-

Chief Okey Muo Aroh a foundation member of PDP, one of Anambra State conveners of the Party and an active friend with all and sundry HUNCHO of the Party in all tribes and state, which officially bestow on him the Official Master of Ceremonies  of PDP, which can be recalled of his exceptional outing for the party at the launch of PDP in August 1998. 

He threw his Hat in the ring to take what fits him but for democratic sake, he wants to contest the position of the National Secretary of Pdp, a position which should be given to him without contest. 

Mr Aroh was one of the elected Chairmen, a prelude to  election which PDP was registered as a political party. 

He later served the PDP Government of Senator Chris Ngige as a special Adviser.

 He has maintained a very visible presence in the party as the Lead Master of Ceremonies in all the major party functions at the state and national level. 

To be a Master Ceremony (MC) one has to be knowledgeable of people, the titles, pedigrees, so that you will announce them without running round trying to  pry out the details from Sundry, Mr Okey position makes him a CONNECTION to all sector and the Job of the Scribe makes life easy for the party especially when the Scribe knows all actors and can reason with them as friends not fiends. 

He Moderated the last two Presidential campaigns and his mantra  in every thing concerning the PDP remains "there will be no retreat and no surrender". 

He is an elected member of the highest organ of the party, the National Executive Committee where he is one of the National Ex officio representing the South East. 

A consummate political operator with vast knowledge on party administration and management.

 He had at various time served as ward Chairman, local Government Chairman and state Chairman, which can be called "BOTTOM TO Top Knowledge " . 

He was at a time the Secretary of NPP youth wing as well as the Deputy National Secretary of Nigeria National Convention(NNC) which later with other parties metamorphosed into NRC. 

A legal practitioner of more than 35 years experience in the bar, so having the Job of the party Scribe, he knows where the Law should be bend or avoided and he will make written decisions as the scribe from Party point, street prism and Legal purview. 

An astute administrator with courage and the conviction to reinvigorate the administrative structure of the party. 

He know the narrative and has the language power to manage and structural conversation on all the competing political issues that is always the bane of Politics and when it is not handled right, it falls unripe . 

He comes into the arena as a man committed to the cause of PDP and competent to execute the identified cause.

With Chief Okey Muo Aroh, I can say without swirling water in my Mouth, PDP has come back to center stage and I can only tell PDP smile for your light has come back.
