Common Wealth Nations are group of Africans and third world Nations subdued by Britain, raped for decades and every Minerals in their Soil stolen to make British richer, so they call those Nation "Common wealth for the Queen".

The agreement is that they can go to any of those Nation take what they want, but none of those nation will get anything from them without paying 5 times the price.
