The Right of ANDY and the Court..

Good Morning or compliments because of those living outside our time zone.

I want to look at the NON ACCEPTANCE of  Anambra Election result 2021 by a Political Veteran , look at it from truth and right prism and not with  furious Voice ladden with hallucination.

To many of us, the election was free and fair, but one Man made an Argument that should always be a decider to us, the Man said, it depends of your position that determines the accuracy of NUMBER 6,that one can stand on an angle it will be 6, but adjust to another angle, it will be 9, so when one argues that your 6 is his 9, don't insult him or throw tantrums, it depends on perspective as both of you are right.

Senator Andy Uba looked at the election and see differently and he did not March on the street, he did not started flexing his muscle, he did not start picketing but he wants the Judiciary to intervene and see the number 6 from his Position where he see it as 9,so he has the judiciary right to pursue same to a logical conclusion as provided by the Constitution.

The argument may not be about outright rigging, but may include VOTE BUYING, may include a calculated manipulation which disenfranchised over 90% of registered and agreed Voters, then use 10% to determine the faith of the people, which may give kudos to those who accused us as 5 perceneters.

There is a View to the Political Igbadirigba being played by the outgoing.. 

With powers of incumbent and having the cushion of Chief Security Officer of the State, with the SECURITY VOTE that is unequaled, unsupervised, unaccounted for, one can provoke an ugly situation where larger percentage of Voters will, can or may feel threatened and stayed away from the ballot , whereas the ones Royal to a cause will be in the know, so the 10% may be activated to swindle the swing.

Like during the active days when we wrestle ACN on ballot, they will be plotting all kinds of ill but will first jump out and accuse other parties for the act they have perfected and while people are feeling sorry for them, they will Unleash that which they have accused others of and get away with it. 

As this is Politics, anything is possible, especially when the figures are mischievous and lopsided, and having in mind that the Man who disagree is a Veteran that can't be placed of same pedestal with Neophytes who saw 6 from position of weakness.

In 2003 Mr Peter Obi saw things from similar position and even his party washed  hands off him, the Churches threatened him to let go, alliances formed behind him like we all are doing now , but his tenacity paid off and after brawling for 2 years and 6 months, he got back what started the Political rearranged calendar in ANAMBARA state.

His mandate was returned, all of it including the one runned by the usurper. 

Other Neophyte Politicians or say ROOKIES agreed that the turn out favored the winner and for that let the Winner take it, but how about if it was a calculated game of swindling the players in a broad daylight which is a scam?

Like, twisting the security of the State and having the atmosphere charged, create tension, spiked adrenaline , then made sure that  certain numbers whose allegiance are in control will come out, come Hell or Thunder because they understand that the Thunder is controlled , then some others with determination may join the already assured Voters and the result that was meant to spell Doom, showed skewed result and a POLITICAL veteran in ANDY saw it and smile a NO NO and want Justice to look at scene ?.

So what wrong is in the asking of "Ife emelu Nma?" and why are they sweating?.. If they went to equity with clean hand, they should relax and enjoy a smooth ride. 

COME with me and let's stand on the dwarf fence where Senator Andy squatted to view the election, so we can argue from same position..

ANAMBRA GUBER ELECTION 2021 ELECTION  RESULT AS DECLEARED BY INEC:

 APGA - 112,229

 PDP - 53,807

APC - 43,285

Total registered voters - 2,466,638

(Two Million, Four Hundred and Sixty six Thousand, Six hundred and thirty eight). 

Total accredited voters  - 241,090

(Two hundred and forty one thousand and ninty) 

Total votes cast - 249,631 ( Two hundred and fourth nine Thousand , Six hundred and thirty one ***more than accredited as we can see with thousands of Votes ) 

Total Valid Votes cast - 241,523, (Two Hundred and forty one thousand , five Hundred and twenty three ****still more than acreditated. 

Total invalid not added yet, which will make it higher than accredited Votes.. 

Now if it is proven that this is INEC STATISTIC which the court will prove , then there is a fraud on the numbers of Voters that VOTED as it is different from accredited, the worries will be why and how? .

Then, the investigation of the Cymbals Of NO ELECTION that Clanged and projected Fears , no movement can be viewed with magnifying glasses to see if there is anyway it was propagated to effect the desired result.

Maybe  Andy has over 70% from the desenfranchised Voters, and if that is, then it is FRAUD. 

Then the Court will decide if it is fair that 10% will determine the faith of the people or  it's wrong, as 70-85% would've sufficed. 

10 % with over Voted above accreditated numbers is something a Veteran will watch as Nwa Akwo na Azu, Edina Nne ya.

It may Mean, if the Court decides that the Election result wasn't representing the Population, but was like Tea party, then they can call for a State election as this also will determine our Voting counts in 2023, and which may exclude those who accepted the and hifived the result.
