My Governor Prof Charles Soludo, I bring you greetings.

Sir, I noticed your commitment to SECURITY of lives in Anambara state, as you bought over 200 SIENNAS and recruited enough Vigilante to Man them all for the Security of the state , from my investigation, the Vigilantes are geared in readiness, but Sir, they are still  stationed at LION House and the Boulevard and patrolling OKA the state Capital, such act is like one buying Million Dollar Safe and saving only NOKIA TORCH PHONE in it. 

Prof, as we speak the Volume of KIDNAPPINGS happening around UKPOR, NNEWI, NENI, OKA ETITI, NNOBI , ICHIDA, IGBOUKWU and many places around this areas are so alarming, on daily and weekly basis and then magnified stories helped to twist them out of this earth and causing emotional Torpedo to those outside the state and coming back home seem like heading to doom or disaster.

They walk into Burials or Wake Keep and pick anybody they want because they know there won't be consequences then or later. 

Sir, I beg you with whatever you hold Dear to despatch this Vigilantes, let them go into Towns especially all the RED ZONES and partner with Town Vigilantes.

ANAMBRA have official 177 Communities, if you add the Obiano created but not gazzeted, it will amount to 181 Communities, meaning that the SIENNAS can go round (1 each) Stationed permanently and have excess that will be shuttling as back up or SWAT of the group.

Sir, with coordination of the Vigilantes and with the fact that they will be operational in each town, with Back up of the existing towns Vigilante, Anambra will be back and better.

Sir, having ANAMBRA VIGILANTE only in OKA limits her importance in the State, as I speak IDEMMILI SOUTH has become the OPERATIONAL Focus for the Nappers and Sir we the citizens are more scared now at home than even in Northern places.

Kindly flex your muscle and give us some rest in our mind, we can do with bad road or no road at all but not without security.
