As the Election was declared, and swear inn of President Obi and Datti dated, that's when the drama begins..

Just as Peter was studying the handover note from his predecessor, where the only subject of interest is how much we owe China in money borrowed to build UTOPIAN projects.

The Brand New President was sweating badly despite the FACT that the Room is Super Cold, then Perm Sec in charge of Frivolous acts came with  expense that needs the President signature, as he explain, the committee have vetted and scrutinize the budget and it is no longer subject to amendment, he just need the signature of Mr President as tradition demand, the Perm Sec have serve with over 4 President, so he don't expect any haggle with a newbee.

And President walked into the office of DATTI his Vice and both of them sat in one corner, having discussed in a very low tone, then the president brought out his Phone and call the Chief Judge to come and meet him now at the office of the VP, the CJF was scared of this kind of emergency call, so he came packed under the Mango tree and entered the office and the President with the Vice ask him to proceed and do the swear inn there and now and the CJF with mouth agape asked, how about those that must be traditionally invited, how about the Hotels booked to lodge witness, how about the food and drinks, how about the.. 

And President cut him off and advise.. It was that protocols that kept us in this present quagmire, so once we are sworn inn, every body should tighten the Trouser belt as the journey will be turbulent for any of us in ASO ROCK, until the people on the street start having a good life, we shall have a bad life to balance the good life.

Which reduced the strength of our security and allowing criminals field day on our towns and states.

Datti was now on another phone taking with BANK heads while reading from the Note the President dropped in his hand, telling them that all Government accounts should be shut down 20 minutes ago, that any withdrawal shall put the bank in confrontation with the Feds, also that every withdrawal hence won't be by Proxy, but by individual so it will have visual for the record.

The President smiled and thank him, then tell the Chief Protocol to call him those selling BELGIUM CARS in ABUJA that he has Deal for them, he specifically told him to bring those selling Luxury Cars and School buses, as for him that he still have good Car he is using and nobody should tell him about Security for now because he has security of all the OBIDIENTS, that the security shall be secured too.

As CHIEF DETAILS for both VP and President said they brought catchment of Securities, asking the President where they will station his securities, he smiled and asked him, how many will enter in a front seat of a car and how many behind? As the man is confused, the President was on phone with INNOSON shouting with him, when will you give me Cars that are not using Fuel as what I saw as expense for Fuel here will feed the Nation, as INNOSON replied implying that Charging the Cars will be problem, that he has built a sample but having Light to Power it is not easy and Prez Okwute said to him, in less than a Month, locate your plant anywhere in Nigeria and if you don't have more electricity than you can use, I will personally join engineers on the field.

In less than 4 hours after swear inn, both the President and Vice were seen in the office of ASUU discussing how they will beat OXFORD and CAMBRIDGE in few years and as ASUU said, only money will do it, Both of the Prez and Vice said, don't worry the first budget we sign will get Education the priority and it will be in few days time.
