After penning the morning piece on State CHAIRMAN of PDP,the party and the Man in question did Right of Reply, which includes that he wasn't in the court against Peter Obi or Labour Party,that he went to court to witness against INEC and her Mutilation of last Presidential results in Anambara.

From an independent analyst of the piece ,who said that what those in Court who filed the report , and alluded as was what was said by NWOBU was a cross examination from APC lawyer and not the statement of NWOBU which was done on Oath .

Misrepresentation of Chief Ndubisi Nwobu Tribunal Witness Statement

The attention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Committee in Anambra State has been drawn to a publication in the public space where the purveyors of fake news alleged that Chief Ndubisi Nwobu claimed that Peter Obi rigged the presidential election in Anambra State at the ongoing Presidential Election Petition Court.

 

This is not only falsehood, wickedness, and devilishness, but also a deliberate attempt by a few innuendos to discredit and blackmail Chief Nwobu's person.

We wish to state unequivocally and for the record that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) did not file a petition against the Labour Party, nor did the PDP name the Labour Party as a respondent in her suits at the ongoing Presidential Election Petition Court; rather, our petitions are against the All Progressives Congress Party (APC) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

 

Chief Ndubisi Nwobu was at the Tribunal on the 7th day of June, 2023, as the 11th witness of HE, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, GCON, and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), to testify against INEC's refusal to adhere to its own election guidelines, which state that polling unit results are to be electronically transmitted with the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) directly and in real-time to the IREV portal.

 

Chief Ndubisi Nwobu did not, by any means or disguise, state that Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, 'rigged' the presidential election in Anambra State or anywhere else.

 

The Tribunal went further to ask Chief Nwobu who won the election in Anambra State; he responded explicitly that the Labour Party won the presidential election in the state and that his party is not in court with the Labour Party but with INEC, having reneged on her own guidelines.

 

While we call on unsuspecting members of the public to kindly disregard the fake news that Chief Ndubisi Nwobu accused Peter Obi of rigging the presidential elections in Anambra State, we also wish to warn online bloggers against patronizing stories with sensational headlines without proper investigations, as expected by journalists and all news merchants.

 

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Atiku Abubakar, GCON, its presidential candidate, are determined to present all evidence against INEC and the All Progressives Congress Party to convince the Presidential Election Petition Court that the mandate willingly given to Atiku Abubakar by the majority of Nigerians was wrongly appropriated and that such matters must be addressed to retrieve the mandate from the APC.

Chief Nwobu on his personal reaction said and I bring an excerpt ..

"Mazi Odera, it is most unfortunate that you have formed a penchant to castigate my person at every slightest opportunity. The last time you did same I had called you on phone to intimate you that it is bad journalism to write on someone without hearing the person out & then you can evaluate what you heard and the persons response , so as to have a balanced judgement,  but your present action shows that you are acting clearly out of malice.

Let me ask you, did PDP go to the Tribunal against LP or HE Mr Peter Obi, did you take time to read my witness statement on oath, which forms the fulcrum of my witness testimony. We are at the Tribunal against Inec, Tinubu & Apc. My testimony is to give veracity that the Inec contrary to its guidelines & promise to Nigerians ,as well as the International community failed in its duty to upload results real time from the Bvas to the Irev. Nothing more , nothing else, and I can only speak of Anambra State where I was the State collation agent for my party the PDP. If they did upload in your own polling unit, please do well  to educate Nigerians.

As to your allusion that not supporting our brother HE Peter Obi in the Presidential election is an offense, I owe you no apologies as to my political choice(s), when I supported HE Peter Obi, when he ran as Vice to HE Atiku Abubakar, I did not seek your consent to do so.."....

This is partial or relevant part of the  rebuttal.

It will be noted that the reports of Chief Nwobu testifying against Peter Obi at the Court ,emanated from those present in Court,if they obtained it from the Cross Examination or from APC analysis of Nwobu Submission makes your Guess as good as mine .

The bottom line is that ALAIGBO have taking enough slash and bruise and things have falling apart ,the Center can nolonger hold ,unless we decided to hold it with our last Breath.

Having presented the Right of Reply without prejudice,I head back to Nkwo Nnewi for my Usual Mid-day Snack of Utara Ede with Ofe Ndere Akpi .
