I am pissed with some of our people ,little thing they will like to tag it Ethical Conflict,I watched on Video about Demolition in Alaba ,I just watch a fraction of the Video and I deleted it Because I saw that something is wrong and somebody is playing with his phone just to whip up disgusting sentiments, not as if when it comes iwaaa iyi.

I started investigating the demolition,I discovered though not conclusive that most of the buildings are dilapidated and many time the Government have warned them to pull down the building and build a strong one to avoid Stories that touches the heart,but either the Land lord or the tenants refused..and you don't screw the Government,no matter what is at stake ,they will come when they come .

There are so many of the houses blocking the CANAL that channel water out of that zone and a particular building was erected on the CANAL and causes the flood that was using the channel to reverse and this is Rainy season,the upsurge must have sacked many building,so the Government intervened just like PETER OBI did in OKA when they used buildings including hotel to block water channel and cause untold hardship to environment.

I have pleaded with our People,if you want to buy land or developed one just ask a Lawyer to make findings about the said land or even if it is erected and wants to be sold ,it may be on Government space and if the owner gets served a Notice,he will do a distress sale of the place .

You went to Omo onile and he promise you that the Land is free from Government acquisition and you believe him ,then you are on Hard smoke,you don't expect sales person to inform you about the defects of his product,he will love to sale it off and let the buyer worry about the scam or implications and if you start having problem,they will even nominate self to go and settle it for you ,that is not generosity,it will another scope,another way of obtaining another money from you because you have become Mgbada.
