As onye igbo , i don't see it that way, you van use Igbo sense and add some caveat and get back advantage. 

You can make passengers check in from KANO, ENUGWU, OWERRI, PH on same Ticket and also coming back even local route will be inclusive, that way nobody can wrestle you down because you have existing structures on all airport, just make use of it .
