RETICULATING ONUICHA HOUSING, a Cause for concern by Mkpisi.

After wandering the length and breath of Onuicha, especially ODEKPE AXIS, Feggae, Ochanja and OKPOKO ,one noticed the hazardous setting of Estates(Houses and not what Nigeria called Estates in liberal meaning), some houses were designed like settlement of LUNATICS or asylum for Outcasts. 

There is no fencing or perimeter barricading for all houses, land owners tried building wall to wall and no provision for Vehicle parking in the compound, some even dug SOAK AWAY Outside the land out on the street, and we have Building approving agencies who still amass wealth approving unplanned houses for Tokens?. 

Most of the buildings are constructed to 3,4,5 story high without safety protocols and the dwellers are living in them as if something is Wrong with configuration of our thinking  Boxes or that we don't have regulating agencies that oversees habitation ?.

No Water provisions to occupants for somebody living at very high place,maybe Maids and house boys are meant to be fetching requisite waters that will be servicing the house round the clock,and Landlords think it's duty of tenants to scout for Water and travel the height of the houses including 5 story with penthouse,some Landlords Dug Boreholes and are selling the water to tenants without remorse as if abnormality has become a normal.

The State Safety commission should wade into the un-implemented safety standards to liberate Tenants from Man made wickedness that has become a Normal,but the essence of government is for check and providing balances, maka Ndigbo said na eriwo anu, ewelu Azu kwa ugwo,so the eyesore and man made gigantic Lunatic housings shall be discussed and find a Solution that will reverse the ugly hazardous setting ,they mistake for Town planning.

If i am Nudged to venture a suggestion,i will say ,Hence let the Government oversee the habitable standard and brought healthy living and environment back to the state starting from Onuicha the window to the state,which will place the state on quality standard.

The Government should enforce reticulation of Buildings which must enforce installation of MAKESHIFT LIFT to any building that is higher than the Constitutional provision for houses which limits houses to 3 story, make in enforceable or they seal off the 4th and 5th floors of those houses, not when they grease palm they allow the barricades to be loosen.

The state will make sure that all buildings ranking above 2 story high must have BORE HOLE that must be providing water to entire building ,the best will be to allow a tailored acceptable water charge that will benefit the landlord for the pumping and treatment of the water. 

Ogini di ifea ? if one can raise building to 4 story, the person should raise the supposed amenities befitting  the house including lift , Water and Fence,if Residents of Onuicha love living like Lunatics,the Government can up the standard to show we still have a Government who they catch phrased (Solution) and now we have caused and call for Solution.
