Upon returning, the spirit finds the house to be empty, swept, and put in order, setting the stage for the next verses which describe the spirit bringing back seven other, more evil spirits."

Sir ,I ask some VGN operators why they are not on strategic places again as usual which boost morals of citizens and commuters ,he made LAMENTATION that shocked me for real .

As Anambara is my State and we are roped with you for the next 4 years,I should be shinning light of progress and at same time crying ebewu when things go awry. All to Project,protect and provide better days ,ways and means for our dear state Maka odinma na agam nirú of our only state.

Sir ,I went to CHUKWUEMEKA ODUMEGWU OJUKWU TEACHING HOSPITAL  known as AMAKU TEACHING HOSPITAL, LOCATED at AROMA ,ÓKA for medical emergency and what I saw is cry for help.

Sir ,I have complained many times about the place, but now is time to proffer solution and or whisper ideas ,as we know that anuta akórú Eze, ódika Eze agworu anumanu ( When King is fed with information on time ,he will guide self and make a befitting choice and if will seem he has Decanter of all knowing) .

Sir,that place needs a new Touch,let me rephrase ,AMAKU need a new Digital idea that will bring colorful healing to it ,what will upgrade it ,what will make the place to serve as befitting place of training medical personnel of the future, also a general hospital situated in the heart of our State capital.

It need a Youthful Huncho who can relate with modern yearning and aspiration of Gen X ,so we can regain Medicals that will be world Class. Someone who fits and can meander with this Generation of Umuazi Ógwúgwú oge.

Sir,I know there are centrifugal choices considered while making certain appointments ,there are Political Choices and there are people that can be rewarded with positions even the ones they can't fit in to manage,but I simply wish my State best of Hands in making our Future ideal ,I will say ,why not take a Younger, Dynamic, somebody who is tested and trusted at least we have seen his reach and care ,hand him that Hospital,so that the state will breath sigh of great medical relief,I suggest you give Dr Nkem Okeke,who is in charge of Medicals in Idemilli North, give him the head of AMAKU and see the needed transformation,that way ANAMBRA State will rise above Normal.

That Young Man is qualified as a Youth with medical medals and reach,he is qualified as Onye ANAMBRA,he is most qualified as Onye APGA which is not my concern,my concentration is just who has the needed edge,who is welded as the cue for a good cure.

I come this time of the Year to help the Government to have good traction,it doesn't mean ,I won't be using my Ónu ike to shove Truth down throats,after all I am Dibia ónu ike and adighim agbalu Ekperima afa.

I have seen many POLITICAL deadlock weaved by sect as they drag turn by turn or Zonal beefing,at end of it ,anyi abúrú Minority year in year out,but ka anyi na ejegodi.

Once Nnewi had a Dynamic Young ,Smart state Legislator called Smart Nonso Okafor,known and addresed as "Nwa Nne ya na eghe Akara" ,he was the Band of good Legislation during his tenure,as he made his Bones in the house with perception and perfection.

If Nnewi did not Bundle him out with the swindled concept of unuchia one term ,iritue ka Ndi ózó jekene. 

He would've been suited to serve as House Speaker and his Tenure would've been a dawn to celebrate,he would have served as Voice of the masses and never work as Special assistant to the Governor.

As much as we love Wider Roads and even Urbanized towns, but there are pros and cons that should be considered before embarking on certain ventures.

Though it's waste of time trying to suggest or make sense to Gov Soludo,unless you are Prof without published journals in certain Discipline,he dissed advise ,hate correction, especially coming from onye Ceremesi and onye Central for reasons best known to him.

I suspect the phobia na Central Nwelu edge in great thinking and better Governance.

In ANAMBRA State, especially in Central where there's excruciating Austerity of Land , certain towns don't have ancestral land bequeathed to offspring to afford the one to be obliterated ,those towns make do with whatever available and buying of land in such communities are more expensive than Asokoro Abuja, higher than Banana Island Lagos.

Then a Son of the State will maul down houses built on such places of want without asking self ,does it worth the sacrifice?,the self asked question should be onye ji óhú Nkwu pia Eze, óga amuta onye na amu ?.

Then a Man who understands economy will render some families destitute without care or cosmetic provision , and my old Woman will ask ,Maka why ?.

Had the Governor consulted Men with conscience,they would've explained to him that it would've serve better to introduce Flyovers to criss cross roads,as it can be seen in many advance town ,such as the proposed model  nations of Dubai and Taiwan which was his selling point.

Gov Peter Obi who Prof Soludo referred to as trading Governor and who he said is Second class Student were able to understand the pains of affliction of crushing ancestral bequeath,and what he did instead of Expansion of Roads ,was to create alternative Spurs. Rather than creating expansion like Prof Charles Soludo is doing,he will halve most houses, render many compounds useless,take more than required space,then after knocking down houses ,he will reduce the Gutter to former position it was ,the examples are from Nnobi down to Igboukwu with a little Kiss at Ekwulobia, but tactical adjustment through Isuofia his home Town .

The worst is that the roads expanded so far, serve as danger to dwellers,as there is no walk way for the inhabitants,you can't walk out of your house and have somewhere safe to balance , once you walk out , you step into Expanse of Express with Commercial Vehicles cruising for return trip at Neck breaking speed,then kaping innocent citizens are just collateral the Governor did not consider.

If you want to walk to next compound , it's at walkers risk,as you will be use mental trafficator to warn Vehicles which you are sharing same Road space with.

If you drive out from your half slashed compound, it's right into Express, either your vehicle became danger to already moving Vehicle or Okada ,or kwanu they will smash your into bits ,just because you don't have culvert or embarkment that served as buffer way back before the Advent of Expansion without vision.

I just don't know if the Civil Engineers worked with Town planners to arrived at the smashing of houses ,pulling down of fences just for split second applause ,they would've considered safety of pedestrian ,we all know na Express Amaka as long as it's sited na ana onye ózó.

Sir ,my prayer to you is to call back your engineers with the Civil Engineers and reshape, redesign all Roads that are yet to be constructed,improve those places with over head bridge and let owners of land recover the already lost or demolished spaces and land,after all what smokers want from cigarette is the smoke and turning the Heart to Charcoal,what we want is larger road that will contain more Cars,and Enwe ebe Motor na Agba na enú,Agba na Ani ,the problem is solved.

You can throw the advise under bus as usual ,but discuss it with Civil Engineers and also Men that matters in leadership.

My own is always what is good for our people and not what is Politically good for our pocket.
