My Governor Good Morning, I wanted to add, all protocols observed but I am confused on what is the right protocols today, so I move straight into the days business which is more important than any niceties.

So I have right to stand down with Hands Akimbo and mouth Zipped, though it is difficult because those that are in sharrap mode are those observing Table manners which includes "No Talking while eating" but moving on..
Now as Your Special Adviser on Good Governance (UNPAID) my duties are just to protect and project the Government, until the end of Tenure.
When that time is at hand, if the Government did not pay me old Debt and all accrued payments, allowances, gratuities due for SPECIAL ADVISER, not Special Assistant, then I will start my own Lamentation and believe me, I can be handful that is harmful and it has no tenure , the worst is that I am protected by Mpa Nnukwu, so No plans against me will ever work and anyone that look at me with disdain will travel to meet the Lord before heading to Hell his resting place.
Today, I want to bring your attention to heart wrecking atrocity at Fire Brigade Anambara state which you tried to make a difference but those who never wanted to see your Shine will always bring asunder to some progressive works, just because they knew you are not grounded in Local Politics.
Sir, do you know the recruitment of 120 Fire Fighters granted to Fire Service was sabotaged?.. Sorry, scratch this line, let me rephrase,.
After Martin Agility the Fire Service Chief in the State used his Balls and Will power to put out that Fire that Killed Ada Oka ETITI with her Child on questionable circumstance at Adjacent to OCHANJA Market , An incident that involved Fuel Tanker and the magical Spread of the Fire that is yet to be explained...
Then our Fire Service battled the Fire as if thier own life was on the line with Guts than equipments , within that period, Fuel Tankers were falling here and there as if Demons were fighting on our State and using Fire balls as projectiles, but our Fire Fighters really stood like Rock of Gibraltar against all Odds that militated against Anambara as a state .
You promised them more recruitment because as at then, amarom na fa erukwolu 20 Active fighters with others that wore that Uniform, even though thier pay is sorry sight, even though the Harzard allowance of a Fire Fighter is less than one Pot of Isi Ewu na Abakiliki street on a weekend ..
Let me explain, as a Man or say Mpa Mmadu who works at Peril of his life, who goes out without knowing if he will perish in Fire fight that he did not start, a Man whose family waved good bye to and expect that he will come back to pay the Landlord, pay school Fees, feed the Family, drop money for unforseen expenditures...
That same man received Harzard allowance that can't take a man out to stroll at Abakiliki street, where SA reigns Supreme as Ndi Nwe Ogbe.
Sir, that 120 Civil Service slot given to them have been Politicalized by the illegal plant in that office, I mean a Man who knows AIR more than Land matters, the Man who should be on your inner Security Council but demoted or pushed to Civil service a place he knows next to nothing or how it works, as he is not operational nor will he be at Fire incident site, I mean Air Vice Marshal BEN CHIOBI Rtd, who is made MANAGING DIRECTOR of Fire Service, a position that has never been heard in any Fire service commission.
Well he was given the office of the Managing Director and he is managing and directing the Fire service to Hell, though I do not blame him but the Director of Fire service who know the Job so well but still hiding under the siholte of a Man who doesn't know a thing about Fire.
Because he doesn't know the functions of Fire Men, he stopped the STIPEND given to Station Chiefs to operate, meaning in event of Fire, if they need Detergents to serve as Chemical, they will quickly unzip thier pants then use Urine to quench fire, and Martin Agbili the Fire Chief kept quiet, how can he not protect his boys who dares fire?..
Unless he gets share off the Man but, I doubt because Martin doesn't have any thing to his name, he is a Tenant even as fire chief with 25 Years in the service, his Car that one must be Pushed to start, is official Car, which means he can't just sneak out unnoticed..
He doesn't have Farm talk less of Land for Future or for his retirement, so I doubt if he gets anything from any deal and that also is his problem, if na those Boys from side KOGI , They will be in front of raging fire destroying properties and negotiating price for intervention, since the Government can't do a thing to help the service, they will start AIRTEL SERVICE "pay as you go"..
Anyway back to the report, the Air Vice Marshal headed the recruitment of Fire Fighters, train them on whatever but I know it is not Fire drilling with Professionals..
Most likely with OCHA BRIGADE approach .
Sir, let me shock you, I snooped around Civil service commission and there is no record even photo copy of that new recruitment, which means that recruitment never happened in Government book.
The Civil Service commission makes bold to say that FIRE SERVICE recruitment is a fluke, they said it is an Adhoc recruitment, which means they are in same capacity with OCHA Brigade, since both are not on Norminal roll of Civil Service Commission.
Since the new recruits were paraded as recruited, they have not been assigned to any duty, they were sent home to go and wait, please I don't know what they are waiting for again at home?.
Though I don't know if any of them have received salary or where the salary comes from, but what I know for sure is that those Children should be liberated if they can't be on Civil service commission list, plus they need to be trained the real way before they near Fire, fa bukwo Umu mmadu..even though the recruitment was done the wrong way, but we should pretend that the hopes given to this Youths shouldn't be crashed just like that.
Before signing off, let me fish in Political Water... As APUGA Chances in this election is like Mmadu iji Ukwu welu jee Kafanchan from Head Bridge, but in all fairness and truthfulness.. APGA can be a terror this election if they can do what ANIDS Government did by picking and sponsoring somebody..
But this time only 3 perfectionist have I seen as a humanity in APUGA of today or making difference within the Fold, and as Eyes of the gods, sorry mouth piece of the gods, I make bold to announce they are ..
One TC Chairman that has shown the capacity to work and shine, he is playful and accessible to all and his Wars on Social Media is legendary ..
One Civilian General within the inner caucus of the Government but very silent, reserved, not friendly, not talking type , not Social Media friendly but has the ability to snatch victory from defeat...
Finally, that Lady who ran her Commission with such finesse that you have no shame identifying with her as Classic Mother with the heart, among all Commissioners, she takes the Oscar and it is not a compliment ...
Any of them can be handed the Flag and they will turn things round, but others are Politicians who can screw you with a smile and still tell you it was an Honorable screwing..
