 Thanks Governor Obiano for not selling the Quarters by Obele Nwa Mpa Nnukwu. 

My Governor, good Morning Sir, my philosophy this year remains "Cutting it right in the middle" thanks for adhering to the Igbo advise that provide "Anuta akoru Eze, odika Eze ogwolu anumanu" (When Stories are been whispered to Kings, when he acts on it, it seems the Kings has a Decanter of hearing from the Spirit World). 

I just want to thank you for rescinding the sales Order of COMMISSIONERS QUARTERS, a project approved to  be sold to Commissioners at the Rate of 44 Million Naira (Amended) , which would've also raised a question of where they got the Fund to buy such, as Calculators will be brought into play, just to determine how corrupt the Commissioners are within the Government, but since it was scrapped, the Si si si will be rested for now but never away from the Chronicles. 

I also want to thank you for scrapping the sales of ENUGWU properties belonging to Anambara as a state, especially the properties Anambra inherited from the separation from Enugwu where our Joint ownership were divided, onye na Nke ya, onye na Nke ya, including ANAMCO a Car assembling Plant that supplies Trucks even to Nigerian Army as we speak. 

On that Note and as your SPECIAL ADVISER ON GOOD GOVERNANCE, I so submit that certain properties of Ndi Anambara should be returned for accountability.. Especially those sold to generate money or expedite action, but after selling it to Pseudo or Front, the place went into Coma making one to remember the legend of the dog and the trader, where a Dog ask a trader to buy her a chair, but ages gone by the trader si afu, the chair Nko? For where, so the dog ask the trader to kindly return his money that squatting has mastered her...Moving on with smiles.. 

Nkwele Ezunaka Farm Settlement , which was sold to Onwa na Enugwu Ukwu.. He resold it at 6 Million Naira per plot...

Many Hectares of Land that will be better used for one of the most Lucrative business, such as Planting UGU and Onugbu, so that our economy shall be shored up as we sold in just one Export of UGU worth 5Million Dollars, or kwanu we  lease them to Farmers who atleast will continue with the tradition and of same purpose the place was secured abnitio.. 

Sir, I can tell you that the Land wasn't put in use for the Farm which it was acquired originally, it was resold for Estate and that must be breach of agreement and understanding, and some of us who have Eyes and archives, who kept eyes on Our state inheritance may demand kedu ka ije siri jee after the tenure....

As you remember that months before Peter Obi left, he started a tradition that is innovative to the state but deadly to the Leaders, he called it Report card, that was where he invited the world and show them how he used the state money, what he inherited and how he paid it off, what he left as legacy, that Okwute kwelu other Governors especially na Anambara, ogodo Amu Ibi (He set a terrifying and unmatchable standard).. 

Sir, Since the ONUICHA Hotel we gave to CARDINAL Developers six years ago, which since we handed it to them, they are yet to add even one head Pan of Sand into, atop or around it , the transaction should be invalidated and status quo of 2014 returned after all my old woman once said to her Co wife "Okweghi nrepu, si wenata" (If it is not salable, kindly bring it back home). 

Also I want to thank you for not selling ONUICHA MALL, hosting Shoprite and other Event places.

I know most of them in the Government will be struggling to amass dying minute wealth, so they are showing you places to sale, they will tell you it doesn't add value and plus people don't even know it exist, but as your SAGG, I can tell you that everything you inherited has a history and record that is not visible to you but to many who are silent but watching, the fact is, if it has no record, it would've been sold neon years ago, plus if your Government had added more or done some Magic, nobody would've noticed, but since it seems the Government is only interested on imazu Nke di adi, curiosity became the caution, but let's move.. 

Those Land given to ANNIE OKONKWO, MAJA UMEH, and many others who Lands were given to for Utopian development. 

We wanted them to built Estates aghara aghara na the state, if the Place was for sale to individuals who shall build them, the Government should have done the sales through ministry of Lands, atleast onwe proper documentations. 

It was handed to them to build them up, not to sale them off , but they are yet to even cut the bushes on them , what again do we need to know na fa erigo anyi and the best bet is to teach them na adighi aru Guy na Anambara.

Thanks for imposing Dusk go Dawn Curfew between Umueri, Aguleri, Umu OBA Anam, so that the charged and tension between the towns will subside..

Lastly all the Opposition parties should be recharging our Data (Mine and Few others with Jumbo) and our stomach too, as what we do on Social Media is giving Bite to Opposition, helping to hold the state accountable , if all of you  continue tucking tail, we may get most of the Social Media Top Notch to stand down or face discussing Stingy Men and women association, just like Ndi APUGA ERATS stood down and demand  the Commissioners to come and defend self, we can down tools and let PDP, APC, YPP and others continue from where we stopped.You guys have taking enough grace and  credit while we sweat for your benefits. Oburo onye kwue eziokwu Boxers ya efue..
