Anambra lied again..

 Let's read DON ADINUBA the Commissioner for Information Anambara.. Aru melu by POg.

I have tried to face the other side of the aisle, against the irritating and Juvenile Press Fraud released by the Commissioner of Information Anambra State , it was nauseating to be candid.. The lies and childish tantrum nearly ruin my appetite for Lunch, but be it as it may, let's copy and paste few of it, then dissect same ..The service is just to show him and his acolytes some light as it seems they love staying in Darkness.. 

My Governor as your SPECIAL ADVISER ON GOOD GOVERNANCE, I will always try to show you the Worms eating away the remnant of the Leadership Fabrics within the system ,as you know I can't resign nor be sacked, as Last Born I am Odudu belu na Njo..

The Praise release is numbered and can serve better that way, so I can rebute or opine with brackets.. 

Here we go.. 

1.      The Anambra State government received an intelligence report in late 2018 that there were a number of properties in prime locations in Enugu which were given to Anambra State following the sharing of assets between Enugu and Anambra states when the two states were created out of old Anambra State on August 27, 1991, but had been allowed over the decades to rot away in Enugu, without the knowledge of the authorities. An Executive Council panel headed by the Secretary to the Anambra State Government, Professor Solo Chukwulobelu, and assisted by the Venerable (Barrister) Amaechi Okwuosa, who is the Managing Director of the Awka Capital Territory Development Authority, was set up to investigate the report.

Mazi Odera POg JP reacts (So what a whole Commissioner is saying is that when Gov Obiano took over power, there was no Asssets and Inventory handed over to him or he is saying that the Governor did not read it or He read but did not understand?.. Let him not provoke Last Born to start digging as there are Perm Secretaries and Ministry personnels who will swear affidavit that they have the record and made copies available to every incoming Government. 

If there was no record, it simply means it is not existent and  the Ministry of which it falls under should be brought to book, as the claim provides that many of such properties has been sold by the mangers, or that many still lie FALLOW in some abandon pits, so we shouldn't celebrate that 6 has been found, not only found but crossed to be sold.. 

Note, the said finding wasn't announced to the owners which is Ndi Anambara, but an effort to sale them reached and process underway.. Only to be aborted because Ukwu na eje walawala, just meet an eagle EYES.

3. The Anambra State Government consequently hired the services of a firm with a record of property recovery to quietly identify these properties, take possession of them, eject the illegal occupiers and hand them over to the true owner. Five of such properties have been recovered fully, though there are indications that there could be other landed properties.

Mazi Odera POg JP reacts ( a Government that worth its onus would've asked for Ministry involved, they should've know about Men like ARCH Okudo from Ogidi who worked and represented Anambara during the transition, who also held our part of the inventory, that way all i shall be dotted and T crossed, but we hired a group who know next to nothing about it and I do not need to ask how much we paid them as it will be scandal on it's self and as the Adviser on Good Governance, it won't sound well that I am the one who is rubbing Charcoal on the same Government that has been performing awfully since inception. 

8. Not done, the same people have been sponsoring reports on the social media that the Anambra State government has already sold the Anambra House in Lagos. Of course, only persons grossly deficient in personal integrity could make such an allegation.

Mazi Odera POg JP reacts (Does Anambra State have a High rising at Marina Lagos? Or it wasn't handed over as well. Did Government hired another experts who traced it and yank it back as well?. 

What is the status of the House now? 

Is it still with our name or the ownership has changed hand? 

If not Sold, was it dashed out since the ownership has changed from ours to private.. Kindly help me with this as I want to defend the Government with facts only. 

9. They have also alleged the government has begun the sale of the Commissioners Quarters in Awka at N25m per compound. True, there has been a move to alienate the Commissioners Quarters at N45m, and not N25m, per compound. This valuation was reached based on the comparative market value of land in the area and environs where the Commissioners Quarters is located as well as the fact that the government allocates land at 10m for 1,000 square metres in similar locations. As each of the compounds at the Commissioners Quarters measures 3,000 square metres, the value has been computed at N30m per compound. Therefore, the value is N30m per compound. In addition, an upper value of N15m has been determined to cover the total value of old four-bedroom bungalow of poor finishing and two-room servants quarters, bringing the total valuation to N45m.

Mazi Odera POg JP reacts (So it was agreed that Commissioners house should be sold, but my lie is that it was agreed to be sold at 45 Million and I reported 25 million?.. 

Okay, come with me, where on earth can a Commissioner get 45 Million under a month as the closing date is just one month?.. 

How about the NDLEA, IMMIGRATION, WAI BRIGADE, OCHA BRIGADE that live there as you report above, how are they going to pay for thier own 6 Plots of Land and House built on it valued at 45 Million Naira?.. 

Just for the Record...There is no house in Anambara state for Deputy Governor, the place our Deputy Governor is living now is in lease, he is a tenant, meaning that even Commissioners has more consideration than Deputy Governor, so if the Landlord eject him, he can't be eligible to be considered part of the beneficiaries with the Commissioners. 

As we have Governors Lodge, we need Deputy Governors Lodge as well.. 

The House of Ashamebly should dive into it, with Land that is everywhere and 80 Miliion, one can be erected.But let's move with Adindu.. 

10.The move to dispose of the plots of land and the houses on them, though now suspended by the Governor, was informed by the desire to develop more befitting accommodations for its commissioners and other top political appointees.The envisaged Commissioners Quarters would be fully funded by the proceeds from the sale of the old Commissioners Quarters.

Odera reacts..(Now that it is obvious  the Government has plans to build Commissioners quarters in the Sky, as there is no marked land for it.. Plus,hoping that the money realized from sales of Old allocation will be used to build a new one simply show reason why most people that work with the Governor are incompetent. 

Kindly tell the Governor that all the Spaces reserved in AHOCOL ESTATE has been sold through proxy by relations of the Government, why I inject that one here is to make sure you won't deny it wasn't said, like you said the Properties in Enugwu disappeared and the incumbent use magic wand and recovered it. 

Also for the Record, Maka after his tenure, cases in courts will be battalion.. All the Car Parks, open places at EKE OKA has been sold, so as we speak there is no Ventilation for Shops.. 

No Park for Lorries or Cars that came to load or offload Wares in the market, meaning existing roads will be occupied for such purposes.. Oburu na esi etua ere ya, unu aka afu those spaces. 

For want of time and space, may I say with Humility that things stand better as it was after the report written by me exposing the sales, than now this Man made complete mess of the situation. 

He only succeeded in showing na Calabar branch, mmadu anoghi ya..
