If the Government did not do the needful today, certainly the disaster will happen and many lives will be lost because anyi na ekwe isi gaaa and then our cries will be that Government saw this and kept quiet.

Just know na many other buildings especially some located na AMUWO AREA,ILE EPO,ABULE ADO all in Lagos were located illegally and once the Government warned you ,they might go to sleep,do not rejoice yet ,that you gave them money and those one's gone is just a postponed doom, let me tell you ,they will come when you think they have forgotten to cause you sorrows and lots of pain because they have a plan drew many decades ago that captured that area and it can't be altered , they must follow it to later ,may be not on your time , but it must come to be ...take this to the Bank.

We should grow sense and investigate properly before Buying lands or houses ,some properties sold to you are moving nightmare, which if you had investigated,you should have ran like Osam Bolt.

You may be swimming in cash when you build on contested Land ,even the one you took from a poor person because you are richer, when you age and his Children will become Very Rich,they may decide to come after you for intimidating their father which was the reason we say Onye añuna Nga ,na Oyibo anaghi.
