Averting Danger in ANAMBRA Environment

 Sudden SOS to Gov Charles Soludo on Anambara Environmental emergency, written by Mkpisi Ndi Egede.

Dear Governor,I come this night because this is pure emergency and which will save life and rescue the State , especially with this torrential rain and wicked flood that is terrifying everybody.

Sir,the Saturday clean up will be a huge flop if you do not have supervising Agency and head who will be on 24 hours cleaning the pile ups from the sanitation.

Let me explain, all the dirt removed from gutters and drainages needs to be scooped out immediately,so that it won't go back to same gutter and constitute more hazard. Which is most likely, as any rain will send them back to places it will cause more harm than good.

As you know ,we are in heavy rainy season,it might rain on that Saturday night and once it rains and the dirts remain at places it was scooped out of , definitely it must be washed back into places, and flood will turn untold carnage in the state ,so the aim will be defeated.

The question now is where will they dump the trash even if Trucks are pushed out to the street for evacuation of dirts? 

As all dumps in the state are non functional as we speak,the last one is the one located at Onitsha Owerri road,which is without access road and taking dump into it kills most of the Vehicles because of the extremely bad road into the dump,the place is dump and the road is dirtier and more useless than the dump itself.

Engr Chikeluba who is in charge of that Dump is not doing any job that can maintain the Dump and now it has collapsed,soon Waste will clog owerri Onitsha Road.

You need somebody who understand what it takes , somebody who will start with access road and make the place Working again and who can partner with those who can recycle and have solutions to the dirts generated in the state .

ASWAMA doesn't have CEO after you dissolved it ,it must be operational to have effect, And a seasoned participant with ASWAMA will bring seamless reality into it .

Without swirling waters in my mouth, I want to align with the current bullies egged on by Caliphates, especially holding Peter Obi and the nation on strangulation Hold ,as they kept kicking Nigerian citizens at Solar plexus,as we smilingly place our neck on hangman noose and in total submission asking them to tighten the noose,even elites are that daft,but moving on.

Peter Gregory Obi has been an Odd man out of the Pack ,he has worked without an iota of blemish,he refused to be caught with his hands in the cookie Jar because he ate before the meeting and he has high value for morals ,now the main reason that Man should be deregistered as citizen is because..

1) The Man is acting like ABC TRAVSPORT from the get go,when other transporters believe that you must extort passengers , exploit them,pack passengers just like Sardines inside bread, then add Attachments to same stuffed seating  arrangement ,but the company came out with timing, coordination that is impeccable ,they board and depart on time ,have speed limit,move without attachment of any kind and even with half bus loaded ,then other Luxurious Bus operators were laughing on the Stewpidity but they refused to see that the owner came into the business not to compete but to create perfect ways of doing commuters right .

WHISPERS TO GOV SOLUDO

 ÓCHA BRIGADE,THE CLEANLINESS AGENCY OR MENACE AFFLICTION OF THE STATE? Written by Mkpisi Ndi Egede.

We know so many things na ada ifókwó with ANAMBRA State Government but we can't get it right but we shall get them right by building one brick at a time.

Some of the agencies are obsolete and Hisbah of the State ,a pariah to be candid and allowing them continuum is burning and burying the state in turmoil.

Ócha bridage was formed to keep the state clean by Gov William Obiano,but what actually do they do today if not creating brutality, enforcing unrestricted AGBEROIC ways of life and making Ndi Anambara to live Worst than Nigerian living in South Africa under Xenophobia ?.

They have departed from the original plan and start working as Mafian enforcers.

The Governor has been using kids glove to treat them even with other agencies and it embolden them the more . 

You can't see them keeping environment clean ,what they do mostly is to arrest,harras ,beat and extort citizens under the influence of Governor Charles Soludo and his protection,they align with the metaphor of Nwata Nna ya dunyere oshi,na Eji karate agbawa uzó.

The work of Ócha gbúte Brigade should be to make sure our water ways are clean,make sure dustbins are evacuated as at when due,which is on daily basis and not hanging around streets waiting for visitors who disposed pure water sachets on the road ,so they can snatched them as Kidnapers with license to Kidnap.

WAY TO UNCLOG ANAMBARA WATER WAYS

Sure ,Gov Charles Chukwuma Soludo uses substandard contractors to build and tar our roads,which is bad enough,but our people uses drainage which we call Gutter as waste bin.

The way we dump refuse into gutters even at sight of rain , many Youths and Adults will bring out bagged or loose trashes or dustbins and dump inside flowing ideyi ,where do they want the ideyi to dump the dirt if not along the road which will breed nuisances?

Come with me Ndi Anambara and residents in the state , we can blame the Governor when he carry out any gimcrack or his usual ramshackle projects,but we should shut up when we sabotage ourselves by unmaking the goodies we should enjoy.

How do we criticize Government on clogged Drainage which causes water to seek it's own route,which in other words to give self a pathway,it will create water ways that passes through houses and aiding with availability of Phones with Video and Camera,every  Okeke na Okafor will be forming reporter , shouting na Government egbue anyi, whereas we are the ones acting like Ndi Ara.

Unless we task selves and clear our gutters ,Nke bu Mmiri ka na Abia , gbanú chelu torrent or ideyi ,which will sweep our houses ,wares and school children along ,chebenu Governor ka óbia gwó gutter or even come and clean our dirty compounds.

Enforcement; every Chairman or Chairperson of every market ( markets produce so much trash in every state ) should put up environmental team that will enforce cleanliness in all markets, they should enforce people to trash dirt at appropriate places or designated points for ASWAMA to collect same,this is called self help and neighborhood help.

The Environmental task forces shall make sure that any body who dump trash in drainage or at improper place should pay for evacuation of the entire gutter,no any other fine because paying for cleaning of the gutter carries more brutal consequence than collecting Kobo na afú as fine.

Even Markets should install Solar powered CCTV along drainages to monitor the semi Mad people that constitute the menace. We should know na agbaghi Okpanga Azigbo ka ana ayi Ara, ónaghi adaba.

Then the Governor should have a modern agency that will be in charge of environmental mkpócha na nzacha na the State ,not the Ócha Brute forces that doesn't concern self with keeping the state of the street Ócha,they turned self into Sharia like Police,they became enforcers of Ndi Aka Odo and they are commiting Viles ,with the congested drainages in the state,the Governor should stand on that premise and sack them all ,but even sack , just scrap the agency.

There are qualified APGA faithfuls,let's not talk about ANAMBRA Men who are eminently qualified, because our Governor doesn't accept the good people of the State but reward the dunce in APGA or APC, though we expect better ,just to Prove that he is Eludite,but atimes I wonder the difference between the act of a professor and hard Core Agbero on the street,but I can't digress.

Government can establish just a clean environment task Force to bring a fresh state back to us,he can give the Head to War Machine who can work without AKA ODO, but with carrot and stick ,he will bring us out of this Flood enhanced environment, clean our connecting drainage,make sure trashes are removed and trashed on daily and rainy season will stop being a monster kicking our solar plexus with delite.

On a Monday morning after the fathers day ,I was heavy hearted because we have repeatedly got bashed by same protruding branch on our path even when elders said na Ófú osisi adiró adu Mmadu na Anya twice,but in our case, it seems we prefer it gorge us and we continue to geniculate toward the protruding branch to have easy penetration to our eyes.

The problems included,if your plane lands later than 9 PM at the Airport,they will take all passengers into town to decongest the airport,even though it wasn't manifested on your ticket,so the next morning when the resume normal oppressions and want all passengers to come back and board planes to final destination or onward journey,they will search all Nigerians coming out , despite they didn't ask you to declare your Money while boarding or even while they ushered you into town for the rest against the next day .

After writing the piece about Prof Chidi Odinkalu where he tried to malign Chief Kenneth Emeakayi the CEO of UDOGACHI who brought peace back to the State,I started getting whistles from the gods.

An act that rattles the vermin's in the state,as Udogachi brought smiles back to our faces ,gave us back our homeland,reignite the saying which provides "Ani adighi Nma bu úrú Ndi Nze" and in this piece ,it should be ANAMBRA adighi Nma bu úrú Ndi Ekperima ,so the Vermin's removed are working for some interest groups and fighting back from them is normal ,but at whose expense?.

They have unrest which they trade for wealth,while we live fear shrouded in agonies and relaxing in pains,while we sleep unknown tomorrow.

 Fear became our normal,the man died in our Men as Children took our homes and freedom as they command our life with treachery of the Gun.

They simply want to return us to former land taking over by Evil Men and the cohort?,when we relocated even burials to other States and the gods were shouting TUFIAKWA.

Well peace have retuned and we shall maintain same by all means .

What baffles me is the reason why the Governor even set up a committee to deliberate on inanity, giving recognition to Nkwugheri.

What's the Governors interest over Ara Óhú ,arahó ? nya the Governor nwelu so much time ikpe ife gbasalu aramara ? Especially on consented adults and none accused one another of inflicting harm on selves  or compromised our Security , ikegwuru Eziokwu.

Biko Governor Charles Soludo,you should know that Udogachi stepped on so many legs and those legs are trying to tackle them back with venom. 

So they will manufacture many ills just to cause dissent, but gbachifa nkiti,just  remember the metaphoric saying which provides "uneasy lies the head that wears the crown'".

The Sponsors and operation syndicate who Udogachi drove away wants to stage a comeback,but they must plant discord between Udogachi and the Government,so they can come back and gwó anyi Iba ,do not give them ears ,as Udogachi is holding things right.

Last week ,in one of the frenzy moment of our Governor Prof , Charles Soludo,he said that Burials should be shifted to Saturday and ...I was expecting Bishops of two most prominent Churches to speak ,I mean the Denomination that share leadership in ANAMBRA State as if Ndi Ózó na apú Ara ,that's Catholic and Anglican.

We know that CAN is longer functional,they are like Plane with Bicycle tyres.

Either the bishops are hard hearing or they may have ingested some nasty stuff and it sent them into hybernation.

The Governor that shifted burial to Saturday,how about ff there's wedding on same Saturday,what will they do ?

Sire,my Governor,I have serious quandary,how about family that doesn't have money to keep the Corpse in mortuary for a week , talkless of weeks ? 

As we know some town doesn't bury many corpse at same day ,so if a town have about 10 corpses and no Money to keep them for alternate Saturdays,what do you suggest?.

Also ,most burials are during the week,so on Sunday eje Uka ,onye óbúna anasa.

How about some people that insist that once they die ,there will be immediate burial,they insist na fa abûró Azú fridge,so what's the case like that? Should they go ahead and bury or abandon same for government?

The Bishops of Anglican and Catholic should meet with immediate effect and make a strong joint case for the Church,if not ,may be next year the Governor may shift Burials to be on Sunday during Church service.. we know that both Bishops are more concerned about acquiring wealth from the brows of the congregation ,they don't strive to make things better for them ,but the case has gotten to ogini na afio.

Jenu jua Gov Soludo,how about situation where the Death don't want mortuary?. Or Government will now mandate people never to die of week days .

How about if he family doesn't have money for prolong keeping corpse in Fridge?.

One thing again that made me to consider asking our Bishops if they smoke pot, is that in Lagos today ,Churches doesn't have license to Wed anybody,so it's now marriage registry,some of the officers are divorced and they will use same hand of Divorce to pronounce people Husband and Wife and we think it will fly ?
