In my younger days, my ears were filled with atrocious pledge which I joined in my Primary school to render in some mumbo jumbo chant, and I quote "I pledge to Nigeria my Country, to be faithful, royal and honest, to serve Nigeria with all my strenght, to defend her unity, uphold her honor and glory, so help me God"..
Now that I am grown enough to reason, to question certain idiosyncrasies, to take away metaphor from reality, it dawn on me na anyi banyere Motor bu nshi even when we had all it takes to advance or add value to our future in particular and the Nation at Large.
Today as we speak over 70% of the elected leaders in this Country including PRESIDENT, GOVERNOR'S and Legislooters are all on Vacation Overseas, I did not say in other African Countries which by right can be said are more advanced, more organized, more developed and with leaders who thinks about progress, to contrast with our leaders who think more on how to give us retrogression and drag us down the path of decadence.
If our emergency Leaders ever wanted to have a Vacation, that is why we build houses in the Village, that is why we have tourism in Nigeria which include OBUDU RANCH CALABAR, OGBUNIKE CAVE AND COVEN, yes that is what the Nation we referred to as Giant of Africa with mosquito legs can boast of.
Other Tourist places are not developed, not because we don't have sense to develop it, but because patriotism has never been practised in this Nation in Limbo.
Have you ever heard that any President of Nigeria, spend his Vacation in Nigeria?, they will take our National Presidential Jet and zoom off to another Country, stay in their CCTV MONITORED HOTELS, then at night they may have reason to have some Professional Akwuna massage their back and other places, like it or not, the rooms will be bugged with advanced gadgets by the security of the Nation, then whenever they want to watch the movies they titled "IDIOTIC AFRICA", they will be watching how African leaders, Governor's, Presidents, power brokers slay with White Whores and tomorrow you ask the same country for loan, which they will approve with interest rate that can be only accepted in Nigeria and Africa at large.
Ask any of this junketing Leaders why they prefer vacation in the West, they will without shame and no malice advise that they are More advanced, clean and Secured and such makes me to ask, why the gods in Nigeria become Lazy that they can't send Kitikpa ka ogbachie fa nile Anya (Send them Kitigba to blast them to blazes).
All those Nation, none have 20% of our own resources, but they use what they have to make progress but in Nigeria we bury what we have because we also buried our senses and import a Blighted one from a Nation that eat what we call Abomination as food, yet we place them ahead of Nigeria that is blessed with Passion of God.
At 59 years, this Nation was unable to refine Crude oil, we take pride in giving out our Crude oil on Barrels and buy them back in particles at prices that will make one ask, did rat eat our senses?.

We invented the first Mobile Radio station, manned by OKOKO NDEM and the Legendary Chukwumerije.
We printed the only Currency that has lasted 52 years as we speak and still strong both in value and appearance thanks to Sylvester Ugo the then CBN Governor.
Under such intense impossible bombardment from allied forces, we built the first ever INTERNATIONAL BALLISTIC MISSLE called OGBUNIGWE and later when we Build the Bomb (Flying Ogbunigwe) that would've made Hiroshima and Nagasaki to look like child play but for respect of humanity and God, it was not deployed... The nation did not say, let us integrate the brain that made Biafra to scare the world that a Russian General cried and said "Give me a Platoon of BIAFRAN Soldiers and I will Conquer the World".

Why can't this Nation look inward and bring back all this wonderful brains to aid the development of this Nation..
OK., just last year our Girls From Onuicha went and beat rest of the World at Silicon Valley, but did the Federal Government show any interest to harness the skills in this wonder girls?

If this Nation truly wants to move out from the decadence we are sleeping inside, we need to restrict the export of our currency toward the West by serving leaders in so many guises.
We need to invest and have faith in our own makings and life.
We need to revert to the pledge we chant and have a little respect for the Motherland.
We need Ministers that are not Partisan, but professionals who can work what they know about..

Drive away all this Oil Companies who Suck life out of us and leave our lands ruined while they use the proceeds to develop Western places.
