DEAR GOV AKPOKUE DIKE, there are so many irritating happenings around Town that needs your urgent attention.
Sometime this Year, the Government shared Vehicles to POLICE stations in the state, I think they shared to Judiciary too.
I read online where people bandish figures, I read that it Cost us 11 Million Naira each for the Refurbished, and nobody from the Government wants to correct it which remains a mistake, because EFCC and other Agencies may think na ogbalu Nkiti kwelu ekwe and shall enter the Purchase to be so manipulated.
The wonder is that for reasons not known to me, I discovered that the POLICE AREA COMMAND located at UMUCHUKWU was denied not even a Vehicle.
I sniffed around and discoverered that they purposely omitted the place, so that Dr Godwin Maduka will be provoked and buy them the Vehicles himself, thereby making the Government to look insensitive or callous, then make the Man a Caring Pillar.
Imagine this brand of News mischief maker like Mkpisi Ndi Egede will come out with, such as "DR GODWIN MADUKA, the Pain Doctor from UMUCHUKWU wades inn and rescue the Government of APGA, by donating Brand New Vehicles to Police when the Government can only afford PUSH ME, I PUSH YOU version.. DR MADUKA supplied all the stations the Government Fund did not Cover.. The Doctor have started healing the pains even before election".
That alone in the hand of somebody who worth his Onus with Pen, is a big plus for the man's political Pursuit.. Moving on..
I am sure My Governor, you may not be aware of this calculated Oversight, which must be the plots of the Commissioner in charge or Commissioners, but as it is, it is time to rectify the situation by offering UMUCHUKWU POLICE Command the Vehicles that is due to them.
Let me speak Politically,if the Government did not give the Command the Vehicle as they did to others, and the UMUCHUKWU Billionaire be compelled to buy them the Vehicles...
The implications are..
1)He is now the CHIEF SECURITY provider of that AREA COMMAND and in event of Election, do not imagine where the Police Allegiance will lie.
After all, he that Pays the Piper Dictates the tune he plays.
2) If he also equip the Judiciary after he have done the WORDLESS feat of building and empowering such, it will also make him the LEGEND of the Law, if the Government makes him angry, he will resort to the Court he is funding to get judgement.
3) He have build the Police Station, Churches, Schools, Roads and Court... The Government should thank him and start treating them as part of Anambara structure or they will make Dr Maduka a Legend and a Phenom.
4) Other Commands may likely go to him for same Rescue and he will provide it.. That means he is the one who heals the pain of even the Police... Let's do the Maths
UMUCHUKWU Area Command suppose to get at least 3 Vehicles, unless it was because they have a Billionaire Dr Maduka who built the Station from Scratch to Finish, but it sends a bad signal...Moving on..

Imagine during campaign, some candidates will be saying.. I ran Medical missions, I build Schools, I built Roads, I build Churches, I have many Youths under my employment, I created employment and some APGA candidates will be campaigning with "I managed a HOTEL and Sold it".. then somebody from another Party had to come and rescue my party with Funding.. Mbanu, that is demarketing of APGA As a Party.
Let's face it, the UMUCHUKWU Dr is coming From place of Intimidation, with 3 Professorship under him including Medicine, Pharmacy and Co, then coming with too much Money, build his Town from Bottom to Top, then if he walks into APGA and start sponsoring events where there are Candidates that wanted to fly the Party Flag, it is over killing.

You know this Phone Cameras are not helping, so I will suggest, the Government to initiate a mantianance outfit that will go through all those vehicles, especially this Yuletide and maintain them, put them in order, so those that came for Christmas shall have a camouflage excitement, than seeing Ramshackle state of the Vehicles, that way they will leave with the impression that everything is shambles.
Sir, may I also suggest that as Chief Security officer of the state, that you should step inn now and clear all those FRSC, POLICE at the entrance of HEAD BRIDGE, they make the unhealthy Bridge to take so much weight and having stationary Vehicles with Heavy loads day inn, day out is a recipe for Disaster.
