UMUERI vs Aguleri dispute... Bring 5 Men from each of the Town, put them together in a Hotel, pair them 1 from each town making it 2 of combine Enemies in a Room.
The mandate is.. They must find a solution to everlasting peace and must agree to live as a brother for ever or die while having stiff neck over it.
Then map out about 200 Million Naira as buy out Fund for the land in dispute, buy the land from them for the state and locate State establishment on it.
That will sow the elusive peace on that Land.
