Diagnosis of PDP..

 PDP SCREENING COMMITEE, the Report that Touches by Mkpisi.

I took a painstaking time to study the Documents of the just concluded PDP screening commitee 2021 Edition. 

As at today, they are the only Party that insist on Democratic Choice for the Flag bearer, others dreads such.. We know that APGA Has bastardize Democracy so much that dogfatherism has crept into the Party with Venom, so they have buried Democratic process and embrace APC style, which makes me to get angry whenever a member of that Party complain about  Fulani grabbing  everything and every position at Central, because APGA as she is presently grabbed everything in Anambara. 

When I say APGA, just know that I am talking about the present Lopsided one, dominated by Ndi Side KOGI, those who changed the Mantra from "Onye aghana Nwanne ya" to Nkea bu Nke anyi bu Ndi Side KOGI, the attitude can only be liken to "Onye Amaro na oga Echi Ozo, mesia chie Ozo, ogbagide eriri Ozo, orue na ikpere" (One who never knew he will get go be inducted into Ozo fraternity, if he eventually get the induct, he will wear Anklet from Leg to knee, instead of just one tiny one as required) .

In 2019 they committed the worst of all Political Heist, it was so bad that General Ojukwu turned in his grave way before fa piawa the Wife Azu, not withstanding the wife and face of who she it. 

Currently the APGA National Chairman who should be in Abuja manning the house they bought at extra ordinary imaginary price that can only be heard in APGA, but he left it and consign the party Chairman in Anambara to Dustin, a he started usurping his functions and power.. 

Now he wants to build ANAMBARA APGA office as if the state Chairman is Ngworo that can't manage that which is under him.. But ka Ana ejegodi.. So the extortion of Aspirants enters part 2, and he thought APGANS are bunch of Dafts?. 

Not only the APGA from the North raped the commission of the Government, but they ceded everything to thier place, and tomorrow they will say AWUSA took everything, if you support them with such sectional thiefry, you should know there is nothing different between you and Ndi Ugwu, it is same mentality and philosophy but the Gap is that you are still a Local Champion while they are at National level.

So APGA choose or say ordained a flag Bearer thereby denying other Aspirants who have the urge to throw Cap into the race for a democratic choices, but the party Echelon  who are migrants in the party by crook and hook, they surgically removed real Party faithfuls from the party and handed the party over to bundle of mischief makers, that was how they stared on Last election where they gang raped  Aspirants and ask them to smile for the Camera.

YPP also did not risk or crave to discuss anything called Primaries, so they have annointed a Flag bearer and it stands without question or even reservation, as a member you must swallow the Choice Hook, line and Sinker..

APC as we know believe in what JAGABAN or ABUJA honcho decides, Infact they don't know their stand as at today because they have undemocratic Party.

So that reduces my choices of discussing Democratic process, and on the Documents of PDP SCREENING committee it provides for..

S/N, NAME, DESCRIPTION, PARTICULARS, REMARKS.. COMMITEE RESOLUTION..

All the 16 passed Aspirants met the target, especially..

Evidence of payment for FORM. 

Party Membership Card

INEC voters Card

Evidence of contributions to the party.

Certificate of Origin

Birth Certificate /Declaration of Age.

Income Tax clearance /receipts

Educational qualifications.

Other questions..

All the above, except the last one are marked.. ORIGINAL SIGHTED and in Order.

Last one... Provides.. ANSWERED SATISFACTORY.

Then the Summary is.. CLEARED

So the job for the screening commitee can be said to have being done with rules aided with Guidance provided by the powers contained in the Terms of thier reference.

Where many of the Aspirants would've been roped to the Corner rope is Educational qualifications..

Nigerian electoral provision provides, that if you finish your first Decree any where in the world at below age of 30, you must come back and serve Nigeria as a Cooper, if not the Law in Nigeria cannot recognize your PROFESSORSHIP as long as you didn't attach Youth Cooper certificate, or you can get a waiver if you graduate after 30 Years of Age.

So many smart ones who didn't abide with the Youth service terms of reference, simply supplied WAEC as qualification, so there is no ground to wrestle them.

On the issue of ZONING, it wasn't enshrined in the Party constitution nor ever agreed in any convention, but it was a Gentlemen agreement which can be called Mutual or Shoved down peoples throat, but Politically it was fair as other parties are waiting to use such to bias the minds of Electorate, that must be why PDP decided to lean more on the Southern Turn as Noises of Turn by Turn is on the street. 

PDP Clandestinely ENDORSED going South, which can't give them powers to screen out Aspirants from Central and North as that is enough to rubbish the Party in the Court and most likely obtain Justice in favor or against, but however it goes, it creates unhealthy relationship within the Party.

Just for the Record, Zoning has never been discussed any where by any party, it was Peter Obi that started it after he saw how disenfranchised Anambra North are in annals of Governance.movibg on.. 

What pricked my interest is that of SENATOR UCHE LILIAN EKWUNIFE, the Lady with a Midas Touch, the Senator with a Swag and Obiri Obata Osu aka na Ani si ya ebena Akwa.

From green corners many naysayers are giggling that she has no Locus, that she is from South and serving in Central, to stand as unqualified to represent Ndi South.

So I looked at her rating by the Screening Commitee to see where they placed her.. 

it said DUAL ZONE. meaning she is from South and married to Central and in Igbo parlance can be said with alacrity that "Odi na Abada, dikwazie na iyaji"..

So I dug deep to know how safe is that claim, that was when I discovered...

Available and Goggleable records show that women have politically benefited from their dual Indigeneship.

 The former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke took the ministerial slot of Bayelsa state in lieu of Enugu state where she is married to.

Iyom Josephine Anenih, an ex-officer of Edo PDP is presently a BOT member of the party in Anambra state not at her place of marriage. 

The Senator nicknamed Mama Bakassi, Florence Ita-Giwa represented Cross River South in 1999 even though her husband is not from South South, Nigeria. 

The same was the fate of Edo South Senatorial District between 2003 - 2007 when the constituents handed over their mandate to Senator Daisy Ehanire Danjuma who is married to Taraba state.

Politics aside , Justice Mary Peter Odili upon her elevation to Supreme court bench is benefiting from dual Indigeneship. 

She took the South East slot because she is from Imo state, but married to former Governor of Rivers state. 

Same is applicable to the wife of current Minister of Labour and employment,  Senator Chris Ngige who was a director in Anambra state but recently was appointed a Permanent Secretary (South South), benefiting from the privilege nature conferred on women. She hails from Delta state. 

Justice Anyanwu is an Appeal court judge from Anambra state but married to Imo state.

With the above short examples, the worries of Ekwunife eligibility to vie as Onye South has been laid to rest after the test, so what should be the focus now is.. 

Is she qualified for the position? The Gender and place of Origin and representation is no longer an issue to be taken serious.
