IGWE, I doff my Cap as I come to you with this open Appeal, one may wonder why Public instead of Private, but for reasons I have encountered , Specially from Expirience dealing with Offices of the High, I discovered that most Mails sent to Men of Authority get lost in transit, but once it is Open, the personality won't feign ignorant for posterity will be watching and the Read who are Led will also be taking notes and have it on record that it was suggested but onye agwalu kwe, agwa ya Ozo..

Igwe, I read the advertorial about THE incoming AUGUST 8 OFALLA FESTIVAL, which will be filled with Glamour and fanfare in short word, it will be Pomp and pageantry.

I graced the last one, it was awesome, so many things to eat, so many Costumes on display,Masquerades of shade and color, it was a Glamor galore, but I observed it lasted for just one day and entered the annals of  another OFALLA.

May I crave your indulgence as I bring under advisement, that..

Since we have Extreme Epileptic Power supply in OKA ETITI, and you rode into Power because of your exalted position with the Defunct NEPA which we believe  you will Bank upon and attract serious improvement to our Power supply, but it wasn't so, but can be if you so desire because we expected such.

That New Deity hoisted at OKA ETITI HALL with a New House attached to the Hall with Akwa Red amakwuichalu all around it gives us a bad image and created New relationship with Ekwensu, I wonder why we should allow such this trying period, I won't be surprise if by December they have started dropping Eku na Oku ejiri chu aja all over the Hall and in middle of the Town with Ewu na Okuko killed to show commitment with the Devil, but you are the Igwe, which they can't do this without your approval, if they did, they simply challenged your authority as number one Man in OKA ETITI, if you  allow them this success, they will grow stronger wings and reduce you to Acting Igwe instead of IGWE na onweya. Moving on.. 

If you restart the episode of bringing back progressive into the Town to mark your Ofalla,  in subsequent years, we can go back to what use to be the standard of OKA ETITI, where we Tar our Roads, Streets including Path ways, back then it was individuals that Tar those streets, roads and Paths, then it will be named after them, we can start that again in commemoration of your Ofalla and it will build your Legend like no other. 

Meaning instead of dancing IGBADIRIGBA and some other Traditional Music or Hip Hops, the Town will be following you to Commission projects your Offala attracted.

Sir, OKA  ETITI needs to stand up and retake our rightful place, but one thing with us is, we love to live with improved challenges, if you start this OFALLA PROJECT instead of OFALLA FESTIVAL,Many will join in prosecuting it to perfection, I can assure you that your reign will be great in our CHRONICLES ( Ife Emelu na Ubochi Ndi Eze) .

Don't forget that starting won't be so encouraging but I can assure you that once our people saw the Vision, they will key into it and not even gate of Hell can stop the new Dawn.

Igwe, you can turn OKA ETITI round and what a better time than marking Your Offala with activities instead of celebrating no success..
